wont be using amazon again on the 30th sept 15 i ordered 4 dvds /teenage mutant ninja turtles £5 / dumb and dumber to £4.99 / dead rising watch tower £4.99 / kingsman £6.99 = £21.97 and they sent me an email saying on the 3rd oct 15 it is out for delivery then a few hours later i checked the amazon tracking site and it said delivered and handed to recipient. i contacted amazon and asked whats going on and said im in 24/7 as im disabled and i have an ip camera out front to so not like i would not of seen it. they said please wait 24 hours as the courier could of just said was delivered as they do that sometimes wow really even though on my account says handed to recipient. so i decided to go to a house around the corner 17 cleeve drive as my address is 17 woodview drive so the courier has in the past been lazy and post men and put my stuff through there door as a courier did it last year with a drinks order and it said delivered and signed for by shaw and i knew that name so i asked and they said yes and he brought the opened box down even though it was tracked he thought i would come get my property. but anyways i went round no answer and lights off so they're out. and what i catch a glimpse of on the porch hardly hidden from a pacing slab put on its side like a barrier. a amazon dvd shaped packing and i took photos as proof and the address and looked and said my name and address on so yes the couriers are bad and crap they put it in the wrong address. so i headed home with my property and pics of proof and got back a hold of amazon to let them know about it they tried to replace them i said no i have them now i said time and time again can i have an email address to send these pics to you so you can use them against the courier they said ive escalated it with out logistics department and they'll investigate it. i asked again she goes its ok we trust our customers she said you can keep the pics. i said yeah but i went through the hassle of going and taking them she said for the hassle ive issued you a £5 voucher on your account great like im going to use it. that will get lost to.

I was loving Amazon for their quick deliveries and large selection of items and quality of product UNTIL I logged onto my bank account and seen that Amazon.com had charged my account 99.00 for something called Amazon Prime (which I NEVER signed up for or gave permission for them to bill my credit card). I instantly called and had them refund my money and I also had them delete both Amazon and Amazon Prime. I will NEVER purchase another thing from Amazon. They lost my trust.

I've had trouble with my kindle fire. Amazon gave me instructions it didn't help. Talking with tech for 45 minutes didn't fix it either. He said " I'm giving your problem to a designer and we'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. It's been a week ans no return call. Time to go to the Apple store.

Amazon has always been great, used my own credit cards and bank cards. I closed most of my accounts and applied for an Amazon store card thinking it was directly from them. No it's not. it's from a loan shark second rate bank that is as close to loan sharking you can get. How is this legal? They make their own system failures and make it impossible to make your payments on time. Then hit your credit in a second, charge you a late fee and jack your rates. CROOKS!!! Amazon should be ashamed, do you not read the blogs about these folks on your own site? Losing trust in the fact you use companies like this, worried about doing business here all together.

Amazon Prime needs to get out of the video business. They offered Inside Amy Schumer for free for Prime members and then turned around and sold it to Hulu a short time later. Amateur move.

Since June 3, 2015, I have talked to six Amazon customer service reps regarding one of their updates crashing my KF and rendering it non-working. Each conversation required me to detail that the update immediately preceded the crash. Each time, they said they'd get back to me. My last call was on 6/6 and I am still awaiting a call back from "Jenny" who promised a resolution call the next day (6/7). Amazon has grown too big to care about individual customers. They don't need me or my business any longer.

Amazons new local register is not ad advertised. They will hold your money on transactions they "deem risky" until they decide you can have it instead of depositing daily as promised.

As a self-publishing author, I am concerned with selling books to Amazon, not buying from them. Amazon will only buy my book at a price that gives me a profit of just over $1 per sale. This is profit measured against the marginal cost of printing the book. It ignores all the fixed costs of my book production, such as editing, design and maintaining my website. To make a profit, just on selling books to Amazon, I would have to sell over 20,000 copies. Amazon then sells the book on their website at a price that is only just higher than where I am trying to sell the book to retail bookshops. They are not just destroying independent bookshops, they are destroying the market for my book. If I try to contact them. I cannot speak to a human that can make decisions. I get stock replies of corporate propaganda. Amazon is trying to create a monopoly for themselves. They claim to care about books, but actually they are just a website with an algorithm. There is no caring involved When you access your account, they don't care whether you are there to buy the complete works of Plato or an electric toothbrush.

I would use the word Bait and Switch to describe why I have Amazon Prime. Free shipping and then I learn it will be $99 for that upgrade of $2. Every time I try and view something instead of viewing it they want more money!

My complaint is specifically about Amazon marketplace, which protects fraudulent sellers from scrutiny. Four times recently, I have been sent a cheap generic fake instead of the branded items that were advertised. Whilst, I have been able to get refunds, it is a lot of trouble for not very much money and I find that there is no way to warn other people. If I leave a negative seller review, they can easily have it removed on a trumped up technicality. If I leave a negative product review that mentions the seller, that is rejected by Amazon. Had these fraudsters tried the same thing on eBay, negative feedback would have given the game away.
