“I am not fussing about amazon its the product I ordered from them.A Laurent Doll Bed four wooden drawer pull knobs are missing, Bed doesn't fit underneath loft bed like it is pictured.Was alot of trouble to put together and time consuming, was defintely not worth the price, will never order from them again!”

“I am 80 years old and do not order on line often. I found the item wanted quickly. It said free shipping. When I clicked on the item it took me to another site. I made out my order and did not receive free shipping. There was a sign up for a VIP Card and a monthly fee. I feel that is deceiving and not totally honest advertising. Sorry. Still looking forward to receiving my purchase though.”

“The new courier that Amazon use, Amazon Logistics is the worst courier I have ever dealt with. They set new records for terrible service. I always pay for 1 day delivery, expedited, and get around 40% of my items actually arrive within 1 day. They deliver from 7am to 10pm, and often my missed deliveries claim to have attempted delivery at 10.30pm. Amazon Logistics have ruined Amazon for me.”
