“Ordered a kamado grill last July, it developed a crack in the fire basket. Contacted customer support and had a replacement within 5 days under warranty. Excellent service.”

“Ordering was easy telephone assistance superb. E mail contact quick. Howe vet my delivery slot email said the driver would contact me Halfcan hour before delivery. But he did not which meant the item was delivered to the property without my knowledge. Fortunately the tenant was in. But this is the second time this has happened. Also the tenant said that the delivery guys were not very happy or helpful.”

“The toilet seat we ordered arrived damaged, almost certainly during transit as the corner of the carton was broken off and the seat corner broken as well. We contacted customer support who were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the following day. There was no hassle and the service was excellent. The courier was efficient and gave a timed delivery slot.”

“I purchased an Air- Con unit, they had the best price on the Internet for the unit that intrested me. They also provided a pdf copy of the user manual on their web site which made it easy for me to pepare for fitting it before hand. The Air Con- unit was delivered within 24 hours which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the unit I purchased does not perform as I expected but this is not the retailers fault more the poor quality of information provided by the manufacturer of the unit. So overall happy with Appliances Direct. Very good service.”

“Ordered a Motorola G9 Play phone from Appliances Direct but the next day i realised it did not have a Wide Angle Camera so i e-messaged App direct asking to cancel and i got a prompt reply back saying it had already been shipped so i was too late. After receiving the Phone i started a return and was given a return code and instructions by email. I returned the phone and was refunded 2 days after it got back to them so i am impressed.”

“Damaged products delivered, faulty products delivered. Products delivered late. Unhelpful staff with no knowledge of the UK sale of goods act 1979 on the phone. Most of goods had to be returned, expect a lengthy wait for a refund. Avoid like the plague”
