Not called before the delivery so missed the apparent delivery. Said I was not home. This is untrue. Rearranged delivery but not received a time slot at 5pm day before delivery. Not sure what’s going on.

All good, except the email with the code was not very clear. The code should be made abundantly clear in the email. It took me a good few minutes to locate the code. hope this helps.

Delivery time was way too long. If I'd have known how long it would take I would never have ordered, other companies do next day but 3 weeks is rediculous and no communication either unless you've set up an account and even then you have to go looking for it! Driver was good and put it where we wanted it to go. Would I use them again? Not with these long delivery times.

Ordered a fridge-freezer for a club within a council park, so unusual delivery point which needed a call before arrival as no-one would be there. Order taken by AD staff, very pleasant person, took all details, order arrived back on first time given, date booked beforehand, all good. Great service every tim, and have used them alot.

We purchased a dehumidifier and the Wi-Fi system did not function and it was collected (DHL) and a few days later we were called to say a replacement was going to be supplied. Good service I thought, only to find when I received the delivery notification I had to collect the unit involving a 60+ mile round trip to Donnington. So the replacement unit due to their faulty goods cost me time and fuel - you would have thought their faulty goods would be replaced back to my home address but no, that is not a good way to treat a long standing customer!

We received our replacement humidifier promptly. Your staff were polite and helpful, and kept us informed of the return faulty unit and when we would take delivery of the replacement.

Unfortunately the microwave was faulty. I called AD and was told to phone Russell Hobbs who gave me a code number to give to AD. Called AD back and they didn’t recognise the number. After quite a few phone calls back and forth between both companies I finally spoke to someone at AD who got to the bottom of it all . The microwave was due to be uplifted by DPD who didn’t show so that was more phone calls between DPD and AD. Eventually a few days later DPD did collect the item. I eventually got my refund back from AD.
