“Service was excellent and the drivers friendly all in all very good”

“I paid extra to have the cooker put into a room of my choice and all packing removed and taken away - the cooker is in the garage still wrapped because it would not fit through the kitchen door with the packing on! Not only that but the delivery guys damaged our new neighbour's tree leaving two large branches in the road. I just hope the cooker is good when I unwrap!!”

“I would like to say how impressed I am with Appliances Direct and their amazingly quick delivery of my microwave. I paid for next day delivery, ordered at 4.45pm and by 4pm the next day I had received my item. I was able to track my item all the way through to delivery. I would certainly order through Appliances Direct again. Their service was excellent.”

“I was very happy with the customer service I received…communication was excellent….delivery was fast & the drivers were extremely polite, helpful & they adhered to all Covid 19 practices very well. I’m not one that likes to complain & it is a stunning Fridge/Freezer, however the description online stated black & even the box on arrival stated Icon-Black but once we had removed all packaging it was definitively not black…it was more Silver!! I’ve told the other half that I don’t want the hassle of sending it back & now he needs to re-decorate the kitchen! 🤷‍♀️”

“The add on's were much more expensive than normal. ( Delivery, connect, disconnect and remove old machine) I was willing to put up with this, except they didn't fit the new machine as they said they couldn't get the water pipe through the existing hole in a cupboard. We managed to do it after they had gone. Feel as though I have paid for a service I didn't receive.”

“Ordered a Hotpoint fridge on 31/08/21 on 5-week delivery, but delighted to hear delivery on 17/09/21 with an e-mail to follow with a time slot. Online account said “delivery today” Monday, 13/09/21, but no e-mail with time. Appliances Direct clearly do not bother about customer service when it already has our money. E-mail will be responded to “by 10.22 am on Thursday, 16 Sept”. This is too much after wasting half an hour waiting for Chat to be connected, after waiting for Customer Service (ha-ha) to answer first of all - and I still do not have my fridge on which to comment. It must be down to “The Pandemic”, as usual!! Wish it were possible to give zero stars.”

“Job done! Needed a washing machine (other sites didn’t have what I was looking for dimensions wise), good price and availability. Aftersales call to inform of delivery timing, called from the driver on the day, disconnected, removed my old washer and installed my new one. Another call to check all went to plan. Good customer service all the way through. Zero complaints so far, all went to plan and v happy with my new washing machine!”
