“I pre-paid for a Car in London Victoria. When I was in London Victoria, they told me the car was actually in another location 40km distant. They told me I could ask for a reimbursement if I did not take the car. So I rented a car from another company and asked for my money back. 21 days have passed and there is no updated on this and no one is replying to me. Also, no one has ever apologised for the inconvenience!”
“They took over $300 from me because I was sick and couldn't pick the car up in time. The rental company said you can come late and pick it up but when I arrived they said Car-jet had taken my money and I wasn't able to take the car. I was stranded with no car and -$300. Most horrible experience I've had with a rental company. I HIGHLY recommend using another company.”

I booked a car and got to the airport terminal 5 LHR and went to terminal 2 as per their instructions to take bus to holiday inn hotel and the bus in no longer going there since 2 years ago and then when I took a taxi there and waited outside the office of car rental company for more than one hour the man asked me for my driving licences,national insurance card,passport,credit card and bank statement and a copy of Council tax and after all this he tells me he can’t find me in the system security check. It’s a biggest lie I have ever heard. And after all this I have not got my money back from car jet either”
“First time booking with this company. Seemed OK. Was emailed saying I needed a £200 cash deposit to which I phoned and asked would my visa be OK. Was told yes not a problem. When I arrived I wasn't able to use my visa and it was a £1000 credit card deposit I needed instead. Which I didn't have on me. So I have to cancel jetcars insurance then pay for the hire company's one. Paid £137 carjet also £149 for company plus deposit. I was mis sold information. In the end I never took the car. Got all my money back from budget car rental with no problems. I asked for a refund from carjet but now I'm not hearing anything back form them. I sent them the email regarding the £200 cash deposit they sent me. Also I sent them the receipts to show I never took the car and budget car rentals refund. I have emailed and phoned now I'm getting my phone calls declined. Very professional. I would advise not to use this company.”

A scam, fraud and an unprofessional team. I am sure the other reviews you have got from them are fake. I have never had such a bad business in my entire life. By giving misleading and false information, they put me into an agreement, didn't provide me with the service and at the end of the didn't agree to refund my money. I can't imagine how come a business in 21st century cares less about their customer and more about few bucks.
They told me that I can upgrade my service, which was not true,
I booked a car with them, when I went for pick up the car was not available,
When I asked for an upgrade, they said they don't have it, even the company said to me that these brokers are just fraud and scam and don't do business with them.
My suggestion is NEVER do a business with them, if you care about service, professionalism and your money. They show you the cheapest price and trap you in the worst possible agreement and make sure that they loot your money.
I tried to ask them for a solution, and their response was can't help you and we don't have any solution. Which in ordinary language means we don't care about you, as we got your money and you can get lost.
I talked with their three colleagues namely Laura, Dario, and Inma, and all of them were so coordinated to loot the money they had got for providing no service. None of them, not for a second, put themselves in the shoes of their customer. I am glad that I am able to share my review with you all here so you not fell in their trap. I will make sure these comments go to other review platforms too, to help few people are safe from their bad businesses. I have all their unprofessional responses and emails, which only focuses on their own benefit and looting the money.”

“Never do business with this company. Bad customer service, unprofessional staff, time wasting long repetitive rental paperwork. I spent two hours before being told I can’t have the car. Missed my flight and ticket value. They ask for document you normally wouldn’t have on hand. Then they will tell you you can’t have the car. If you’d booked and paid in advance online, your money is gone. I am fighting to get refund of £75 with no chance of it happening. My total loss so far £295 in missed flight and unused rental, not to mention my time, emotional real down and local transport costs.”

I cancelled one day before rental was due to start, which is allowed in their Ts&Cs, I was redirected to DOYOUSPAIN.COM and completed the cancellation request (twice to make sure). Called phone number approx. one week later and was told they have no record and I will not receive a refund of £161. I have been conned!!”
“My worst car rental experience ever. Never, ever, rent a car from this company. I rent a car from carjet Heathrow airport. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait for more than two hours in the rain, since the guy did not let me enter the trailer in which he was serving costumers ( yes, that’s right , trailer). He had only two clients to assist prior to me. He also made me check in digitally to speed up the process, which did not help at all, on the contrary, I was commited to pick up the car WHENEVER he was done. It was a torture. I was so upset by the worst customer service, that I did not want the car anymore and I did not picked it up. The money were NEVER returned to my account, although it was not my fault. They refused, because the employee told them that I was upset by the deposit of 1500 pounds I had to make. Which I was, after all this mess, but I knew about it from the reservation I made and I was willing to pay, if I was treated in the right way. I had to call for a taxi to pick me up and pay to go to Surrey. After so many years of renting cars abroad, this was a first and worst. I feel disrespected and I lost my money.”
