Can get my food it cold or late that need to work on that

I do enjoy the delivery services, however your refund policy is not working out. I've had several orders that were to be refunded back to my bank that were either canceled by the store or needed to be refunded. I NEVER got my money back nor a credit. I called several times but i never received my refunds and Door Dash blames the bank every single time. Once that money is taken out it's gone. Please work on this as it's bad customer service.

I find transparency paramount. Recent transactions with DoorDash are so less than expected (based on estimated delivery times). Just be honest. An estimated delivery time of less than a half hour should not take almost 2 hours. Just saying

Great platform however, they permit the Dashers to leave reviews on the businesses that they deliver for. Clear instructions are listed for pick up but they do not read them, cause a scene in front of guests and then go write negative reviews because guests were helped ahead of them.

Customer service was excellent until I paid for their monthly plan. Since then it has seriously gone downhill. I recieved a burnt $18 Chicken burger and they refused to offer any refund.

I placed an order with filibertos and doordash used the location 8 miles away with estimated time of delivery of 90 minutes when there are 3 other filibertos within 2 miles in my area. As soon as i placed the order and saw the eta and distance i went to cancel the order and i was notified they can only refund $7 since the filibertos started making the food. The food will be cold and stale by the time it gets here and this isnt the first time this happened. From here on out im going to be using someone else other than doordash or go get it myself.

Customer service is great at apologizing. I’ve deleted Door Dash and I’ve spent $100’s a month with them. Attached is their confirmation and then my time talking to DD support who confirmed they had no driver even though they sent an update that I’d get my ‘soup’ almost an hour after they confirmed it. I live THREE minutes away. So over ‘the bigger the get, the more they suck.’

I’m a handicapped person and specifically asked that my Panera Bread order be left on my handicapped ramp. However, my order was placed on my front porch and the pizza was cold because I wasn’t expecting it to be there. I was very disappointed.

Today, as has happened many times before, my DoorDash order is cold. This is because the driver either doesn’t have GPS or has one that’s not working! I watched him drive well past the turn off for my address. He didn’t respond to my call telling him he missed the turn. I watched as he sat in what was likely the nearby target parking lot (maybe picking up an order there?) then watched him drive past the turn to my house, finally turning around and finding my house. Cold food that took double the expected time to deliver. I understand that occasionally the place is hard to find. Unfortunately, this has become a consistent problem with DoorDash over the last few months.

Several orders incorrect with missing or wrong items delivered. Cannot speak to anybody on the phone to correct issue, cannot get items replaced and cannot get a full refund for incorrect or missing items. Horrible customer service.

I live 1.5 miles from the restaurant and the dasher is delivering to someone 6 miles in the other direction. Now my food is cold and dasher now has to drive back in the direction they came from to deliver my food. This happens often and makes no sense.

In the Tallahasee area the drivers are just poorly trained. They often don't deliver, or misdeliever. Customer service just puts store credits to your account as if you're going to continue to use doordash which...I never will. I had two mis-delieveries from them and one was never delivered although I got a text that it was. I will say that I ordered a lot through them for a year and most of the the orders did make it to me. It just pisses me off that I tipped 3 drivers that didn't do their job and I always tip 20%.

Why is this company discriminating? Im going to give them 2 stars because my delivery came on time, right as rain. That’s not the problem I have with them. The issue lies in DoorDash promoting black Businesses as a special designation, as if black businesses are more worthy of ordering from than a white, Hispanic, or Asian-owned businesses. Coronavirus has hurt the restaurant industry as a whole, not just black people’s restaurants . And I’m sure as heck not going to show race-based favoritism for a purchased service. If you’re food is good I’ll buy it. If it’s bad, I won’t. I don’t care what the person who makes my food looks like and neither should anyone else. It’s just unethical and belittling to put one person’s business above anothers based on superficial skin differences rather than merit.

Doordash, doordash drivers and their client restaurants do not review their orders. They leave out everything from sauces to menu items. Beverages are prime suckers for being left off deliveries. I'm tired of paying for milkshakes only to find them absent from the delivery. I'm glad the restaurant staff enjoyed the milkshake I paid for.

Usually I love DoorDash, but I've kind of fallen out of love due to my experience tonight. I placed a McDonald's order at around 03:30 because I'm working on a school assignment and need fuel, just to receive a text at 04:00 that it had been cancelled due to an "unexpected issue experienced with the Dasher." This was after verifying that the McDonald's was a 24hr store and seeing that the Dasher had arrived at the restaurant. I'm still hungry and don't have any food at my dorm I can eat. Thanks, DoorDash.

I stopped using DoorDash when I had several drivers not know how to get to my condo building even though I include explicit directions on how to get to my building. I get my groceries delivered and found out DoorDash is taking over the deliveries for the grocery store in late February. I thought I had a brief window of period to continue getting my groceries delivered before I discontinue the service. Unfortunately, I had a grocery delivery yesterday and it was a DoorDash driver. The driver didn't bother reading the directions and almost drove off without delivering my groceries. I had to look for the dude and help carry the groceries to my unit since he didn't have a cart to contain the grocery bags. The company is getting too big without building a proper infrastructure. They need to first, hire competent people, then train them. I don't 100% blame the drivers, the company probably assumes they know the app and the system.

The driver took my order to the wrong building- I work at a large hospital- then had the nerve to ask me to go get it because he was "on a tight schedule". I declined, and he did get it and bring it to me. Please make sure your drivers are familiar with locations such as Mayo Clinic. This is a large hospital in a small city, so drivers should be familiar with the different buildings and how to find them. This is not the first time Door Dash drivers haven't been able to find this building. And then to ask that I should get it myself?! Poor.

Consistently arriving late now. My orders have consistently been late 30-40 mins the last few deliveries. It has become the most unreliable delivery service. Not the driver's fault by the way. I don't know what they are having them do, but the reliability is just awful.

If you asked me 6 months ago I would refer so many people to door dash. Not anymore......every order I make is missing more than half of the items. Maybe because the tip is upfront and they don’t care. I’m going to start using another service and letting all my friend know as well. Customer service is also not good.
