Doordash, doordash drivers and their client restaurants do not review their orders. They leave out everything from sauces to menu items. Beverages are prime suckers for being left off deliveries. I'm tired of paying for milkshakes only to find them absent from the delivery. I'm glad the restaurant staff enjoyed the milkshake I paid for.

Usually I love DoorDash, but I've kind of fallen out of love due to my experience tonight. I placed a McDonald's order at around 03:30 because I'm working on a school assignment and need fuel, just to receive a text at 04:00 that it had been cancelled due to an "unexpected issue experienced with the Dasher." This was after verifying that the McDonald's was a 24hr store and seeing that the Dasher had arrived at the restaurant. I'm still hungry and don't have any food at my dorm I can eat. Thanks, DoorDash.

I stopped using DoorDash when I had several drivers not know how to get to my condo building even though I include explicit directions on how to get to my building. I get my groceries delivered and found out DoorDash is taking over the deliveries for the grocery store in late February. I thought I had a brief window of period to continue getting my groceries delivered before I discontinue the service. Unfortunately, I had a grocery delivery yesterday and it was a DoorDash driver. The driver didn't bother reading the directions and almost drove off without delivering my groceries. I had to look for the dude and help carry the groceries to my unit since he didn't have a cart to contain the grocery bags. The company is getting too big without building a proper infrastructure. They need to first, hire competent people, then train them. I don't 100% blame the drivers, the company probably assumes they know the app and the system.

The driver took my order to the wrong building- I work at a large hospital- then had the nerve to ask me to go get it because he was "on a tight schedule". I declined, and he did get it and bring it to me. Please make sure your drivers are familiar with locations such as Mayo Clinic. This is a large hospital in a small city, so drivers should be familiar with the different buildings and how to find them. This is not the first time Door Dash drivers haven't been able to find this building. And then to ask that I should get it myself?! Poor.

Consistently arriving late now. My orders have consistently been late 30-40 mins the last few deliveries. It has become the most unreliable delivery service. Not the driver's fault by the way. I don't know what they are having them do, but the reliability is just awful.

Messed up address twice even after putting the correct one. Drivers are always nice, but doordash is just awful.

If you asked me 6 months ago I would refer so many people to door dash. Not anymore......every order I make is missing more than half of the items. Maybe because the tip is upfront and they don’t care. I’m going to start using another service and letting all my friend know as well. Customer service is also not good.

Maria M. Was our driver. Showed up almost 20 minutes past the latest delivery time shown for our order. The restaurant we ordered from is no more than 15-18 minutes away from our house. After our order, total time until delivery was an hour and 20 minutes!....The food was cold. Also she had two children in the car with her. She had her 14 yr. Old daughter get out and hand deliver the bagged food to me personally..I know this because I asked her daughter who "Maria" was, as she pointed to the driver, then stating her age after I asked. Unfortunately you're provoked to leave a tip before submitting the order....wish I could take that back!

Once again when I was counting DoorDash, they let me down. Unless I’m ordering fast food (& even then), they get it wrong or I don’t get everything I ordered. Tonight, I ordered dinner for my family & I got the salad, the drinks, the cookies but the entree was missing! My response? “Sorry....” Thanks for telling me when I ordered or when the order was being prepared. They’ve got my phone so they can text me when it’s on it’s way!” But NOT that the main course is missing & my family gets salad & cookies for dinner! FYI- the dasher left it right in front of the door, so it all fell out of the bag when I went to get it. So DO NOT COUNT ON DOORDASH FOR GETTING IT RIGHT OR ON TIME. unless it’s cruddy fast food & you don’t need a straw. Or napkins. Or your fries.

DoorDash have some of the most incompetent & careless Dasher I have ever met. They will leave your food at the wrong address & won't even bother rectifying it. Some of them are just so CARELESS. It's a shame because there are Door Dashers who are good at what they do. However, the bad always overshadow the good.

They tend to allow the drivers to overbook. I placed an order at 4:45 and the order kept getting pushed back starting at 5:35 then as late as 7:30. Who wants to wait three hours for an order?

Drivers for Door Dash in my experience are friendly and I have no problem with them. I'd also like to say, having been a delivery driver before, that most problems are the company's fault, not the drivers. My main complaint is why have an "arrival time" on the app if it's not usable and just keeps changing to a later and later time for OVER AN HOUR?? That's a bit ridiculous. Either make that feature usable or don't have it at all.. Messed up my schedule for lunch, thanks a lot. Arrival times are not arrival times if they just keep changing. Ridiculous.

Okay so I had DoorDash deliver some food and when I got the notice it was here I went to my door, opened it and there was nothing. So I called the number given to me for my DoorDash person and all she could say is she delivered it to my apt. So I walked around my apt. Bldg and she had delivered it downstairs to an apt with a realtor lock on it. She could have gotten her tip if she had apologized and said let’s see if we can figure it out. Instead she kept saying she delivered it to my apt, so I called DoorDash and had her tip removed. This point forward IF I use them I will wait until after the delivery to tip them.

Absolute BS!! As a driver I am expected to text clients that their meal is late. WTF!! They can see it on the app. Then they can leave negative feedback because the meal is late. At $2 or $3 a delivery paid by DoorDash you have to maintain a 4.2 score or you can be deactivated. I have a huge issue with being held accountable to shitty restaurant performance. This needs to change!!

I am a door dash driver and have sent in multiple complaints regarding their requirements on the app and an irate customer regarding requirement to take picture for leaving food at the door. All they do is acknowledge, but don't do anything about fixing it. So, if you request food be left at the door, then meet your driver, there is nothing to take a picture of except a portion of the customer's property. This picture ONLY goes to the customer's app... not on my phone. For customers... that $5 fee you pay to door dash for getting your food delivered does not all go to the driver. We get $3 per delivery as D.D. rarely offers "promos" where we get any more than that UNLESS a tip is given, whether in app or cash. Believe me, we GREATLY appreciate cash tips!!! We get to decline or accept an order and when the trip pays $3 and you don't tip cash we are basically delivering for free, which is sad and quite disappointing. D.D. won't change or increase their pay, so we rely on tips... just like the waitress had you gone out to eat.

I had Daniel deliver my food my fiancees jalapeños things was gone but had the box they came in we got everything else and I dont know how to review it other than here. Never again
