Drivers are ALWAYS late and food, is either left at the wrong address or left with no one. It's a guessing game. I'm surprised that DoorDash is still in business. Drivers do not know what they're doing. Most don't speak or understand English.

Doordash pays $4.50 per order to the Dasher regardless of where or whom. There bottom line is the only important thing to Doordash at the end of the week unfortunately. They certainly are bottom of the barrel when it comes to delivery service. I am surprised to see that how many customers utilize Doordash even though they are aware of how poorly they are treated and the Dasher.

Hello I feel to avoid alot of customers food or items misplaced , left at wrong address and etc.. That before Doordash hire anyone, they should have candidates do a basic reading test and direction test. To assure that the customers are getting the upmost professional delivery!!! Problem solved!!

The food arrived 20 minutes ahead of the time scheduled. The price markup was ridicules. This may not be Door Dash's fault, but the food portions were a lot smaller than what is served in the restaurant.

gas is very expensive right now, how could you give Dasher orders with either no tip or less than what a gallon of gas cost. Door Dash either needs to up the pay to the drivers or make it where the customer must leave a tip of $6 or more.

Anytime I get a delivery order from Little Caesars Pizza, who use Doordash to do their deliveries, it is a 50% chance whether or not the doordash driver remembers to get the 2 liter drink. The drinks are on the customer side of the counter so it is the responsibility of the driver to grab it. I've spoken with a couple of drivers who have confirmed that it is their job to get the drink. Doordash should provide an option to revoke the driver's tip for these repeat situations that are obviously due to driver negligence.

They gave me a delivery time of no later than 5:10. It is now 5:46 and I still don't have my food. I hope my food will still be hot but I doubt it. I will never use this Site again.

often more expensive than competitors. with much much longer wait times. times will often change quite drastically (up to a 45+ min difference) then get canceled. customer service has been decent but the wait times on orders, dashers being available and last min cancelations make this a third option above the others. (skip, uber, dash: in that order)

Order was missing items, driver had multiple passengers. Did they eat my food? I have to use Doordash again in order to utilize the sad credit they isssued for missing items? Nope, ridiculous, credit my card for what I didn’t receive.

I was overcharged for groceries and then up charged on my card after. The door dasher delivered my order with the receipt and there was a $30 difference. This is theft. I contacted customer service twice. The first one ended the chat after I uploaded the receipt. When I contacted customers service again the second passed me to his “manager” and the second passed me to his “supervisor “ who didn’t respond. I was online waiting for a response for over an hour. I will be canceling my dash pass and will no longer use this app.

DoorDash has added grocery stores to their menu. However, their Dashers need help in the following areas.... 1) Reading and comprehending what they are reading: a) When an item says it is 1.20 each and I select 1(one) it does not mean I want 1 lb of the item. It means exactly what the option says. (In this case DasherW over purchased not only one item but 3 separate items, increasing the cost because they were a weighed product). Because it is on my receipt I don't get a refund.... b) When it says "Contact Me" it means exactly that. Call me and advise what the issue is. (DasherW did not even try to use that method). c) Refund the item: does not mean select another product that the Dasher thinks is acceptable. If I wanted that other item, I would've ordered the other item or added as a substitute. (DasherW must have not even looked at the list, because I had several items marked as Refund if not in stock and he found the next best thing anyways) I didn't even try DoorDash Cust. Care because I didn't have proof and all of DasherW's misdeeds were marked on the receipt. -IF- I use this option again, there will be a lot of screen grabs going forward. This was one hell of an expensive lesson. 2) DoorDash Substitute Item option a) if they do not have either the original item or the substitute item, it does not give DoorDash license to charge you for the item anyways. (My DasherJ was nice on this particular issue. He contacted me, contacted DoorDash customer care on my behalf and advised that I do the same since my receipt actually indicated the items were not ordered.) 3) Following Instructions So may DoorDashers have ignored the instructions I have lost count. They do not contact you when they have dropped off the order in the wrong place (and they know it, oh wait, I forgot yes this goes back issue number 1 Reading and Comprehending) I don't know how many times I got tied up and couldn't get to the door right away and either the squirrels or the neighbor's dog has helped themselves to the order. But to be fair DoorDash isn't the only one who fails at that one. The other delivery services do too. But it is more noticeable with the DoorDashers. For this reason I have taken to undercutting the DoorDasher tip. -IF- they follow the instructions, -AND- contact me that it is delivered... they will find they will get an additional cash tip and in the case of the grocery trips, also replacements for the bags that DoorDash does not supply to their drivers.

I have had pretty good luck with DoorDash as far as their delivery is concerned. What I don't like is that they ask you to provide your review and feedback about the restaurant and food you received; however, they will reject your review if you have anything negative to say about the food you received or the restaurant. I received raw chicken from Sonny's and they rejected my review stating so, saying it went against their guidelines. I received incorrect items from another restaurant and my review was again rejected as going against their guidelines and I received overcooked, burnt sausage from Carabbas last night and again, my review was rejected as being against their guidelines. You read their guidelines and basically you are not allowed to submitt any negative comments about the restaurants in a review. You are only allowed to contact DoorDash about the poor quality food and they will work with the restaurant. Therefore, customers are only seeing positive reviews about restaurants because DoorDash doesn't allow negative reviews to be posted.

Originally, it seemed to be a good deal, but after one too many deliveries to the wrong apartment, quickly became more of a nuisance than a pleasure. The prices in the app are overpriced causing you to spend more in the end. Saving, you’re not!!

Door dash prices are hiked up on the menu. On top of that 5 dollar fees, high delivery fees then of course one should tip the driver but a 12 meal turns into 18 to 20 dollars real quick. I pay for it sometimes but dang it hurts.

U need to tell people that you are going to be 3rd stop. Nothing worse than get shrivel up lettuce and tomatoes . Food Is dried out.Going to try somebody else

The delivery person was not wearing a mask. This particular delivery person also works for instacart.
