I bought and tried their service for a year. Money wise so but all delivery services are. Quality and customer service poor I will not be renewing my $99, subscriptšŸ˜”

We didn’t get our entire order, and my husband ended up having to go pick it up. That kind of negated the whole point of ordering through DoorDash

Before today I would have said five stars I live in a city where food gets stolen and also restaurants fast food places don't get orders right most of the time I've never had an issue getting it resolved and today I was missing items and they said that they can no longer help me by giving me doordash credits or refunds so I think I'm just going to go over to GrubHub or Uber Eats

Yes its convenient, but orders are regularly wrong, missing something, etc. Also, Im all set with the $10+ worth of fees on a $14 breakfast. No thanks- I am done with this.

I just have one suggestion, please, Doordash, have your drivers check their customers' addresses carefully or at least, have them call if they are lost or unsure of where they should deliver. :) Hope whoever got my food, enjoyed it because it was at the wrong house. lol :) Thanks for the credits. :) However, I will end on a positive note, thank you to customer service for helping me. :)

Order was missing an item. I notified them and got an email with 30% off for the error. I tried to use the code they gave me but it didn’t work. Contacted them again and was told too bad. That restaurant didn’t accept the program. I didn’t get the ā€œsorryā€ from the restaurant, I got it from DoorDash. Their response was too bad for me, no 30% discount. I say too bad for them because I’m done using them.

My Dasher, Miles, quit my order during shopping, 5 minutes before he was supposed to arrive at my home. I had 6 items; it was a very easy order. He didn’t even bother to reach out to me…I’m so angry.

as a driver! we are in it to make $$$ not lose money! to get orders that require 10 miles for only 5.00 where is my income on this? Gas is well almost 4.00 per gallon and we need to at least make up gas money... door dash needs to keep it at a delivery mileage min of 5miles. maybe do a sections delivery only option for drivers. Being a single parent this is supposed to be an extra income seems like if i make 60.00 then 40 goes back in gas not adding up.

I placed an order for 56.10 and cancelled it immediately. I then placed another order for 69.28. I was charged for both orders and was given a credit of 10.80 off next order. Since this was a weekend I contacted them the next business day. They issued my credit balance off my next order but refused to credit my card because ā€œtoo many days passedā€. So I’m forced to use them one more time to get MY money back. It will be the last time I use them!

Never use Door Dash. Second or third time I’ve used Door Dash and OMG it’s always wrong. Either I get someone else’s food. I get mine 35 minutes later than arrival is stated OR it never shows up. Never again!

Tried ordering food for my sister for her birthday. For 2-step verification, could not get the code delivered to me phone. Tried multiple times got the account freezed for 30 mins. Waited for 30 mins and more but could not get out of that problem and the time went by. Lunch time passed by in the waiting game. Live support professional had nothing to offer except to take me through the same steps that I had taken already. I am so dispappointed, could not send food for my sister on her bday.

Food arrived cold again, had to reheat everything. This is the last time I will apply a tip to the Dasher. In the future, if I even use Doordash again, I'll tip them cash at my door IF the food is even warm.

I'm a door dasher and the app gives me nothing but issues...it gets hung up...it tells me I'm on a hot spot but then it's not so hot...etc...it's kinda disappointing tbh

Out of the three times I've used the service, only on order was completed correctly. One was missing sides that I was charged for, and the other order there were items missing from two otherwise-correctly-labeled order that implies the driver, who was not the person listed to be delivering my food, stole some of my order, as there were pieces missing from two items and the entree from a combo meal missing. Account is now deleted and I will never use their service again.

I am a driver for doordash and i want to start by saying .. we are not all bad. If food gets cancelled over and over its because, as a driver, you have to make sure the miles are worth the money you will make. And if not tip and low pay i know I do not take those orders. We only get so much from door dash and if not tip we will not make so will cancel order once comes up exactly how far you are. And if food not done yet at restaurant and will be too long will also cancel. Not waiting for food more then 3minutes. Time is money. If food is missing or cold that is store fault as I do not open sealed bags to inspect what is in it. The only thing I will do is ask for a straw if drink involved even if they tell me it is. As far as not finding an address it does happen. I have had to call customers due to lack of a number or even to find an apartment or house due to gps system bringing me to wrong place. NOW i agree with customer service sucking as lately i have been not able to dash due to too many dashers in my area so I am losing money. They never able to help or take forever to answer if an issue. I have also ordered from them and had to fight for my money back.

Door dash had the wrong order twice in 1 night. Issued me $4.31 for the inconveniences. Deleting the app tonight. Horrible service

The compensation for incorrect orders does not compare to what you pay. If a restaurant sent the incorrect items they would refund you or send out the correct order. Door dash keeps most of the money along with the restaurant and no corrections are made. You're forced to keep wrong or incorrect food with very little compensation.

They allow their drivers to do multiple orders at once. You get your food late and it’s cold. They text you automatically and tell you to wear a mask which is out dated and annoying. Restaurants will somehow not be able to contact customers when they need to cancel orders so 45 minutes after you are supposed to have your food you’ll end up with a text from your dasher saying they waited and we’re told the order had to be canceled … I even had a dasher mad because they wasted their gas to go Pick it up like it’s my fault.

Door dash always has issues with the drivers and the stores making mistakes but apparently there’s a limit to how much you can report errors and get credits. I’m sorry but if I’m paying membership and service fees and tips, I want something done when things go wrong! I canceled my membership because of this, gave it another try and 2 annoying things happened so I’m done!

I placed an order this evening for my elderly mother. I was sent a message that the order was received and was being processed by the restaurant. Next, I received a text from someone who identified themselves as Stan and as my DoorDash driver. He stated he was at the restaurant and was waiting for my order, but they were very busy. Later I received another message from DoorDash, stating my order had been cancelled. I text both the driver and DoorDash back and simply asked what had happened. No Response. I then called the main number and spoke with Chris who said the restaurant had cancelled my order and I would be issued a full refund withing 3 days. When I asked why the restaurant would cancel my order, I was told most likely due to them not having what I wanted. So -- I called the restaurant. Oh, you already know what they said. The lady that answered knew exactly what I was talking about. She said they had filled all of their DoorDash orders that evening, except this one. She went on to say that due to a computer issue, they had instructed the driver to go through the drive through, but he refused. She said all of the other DoorDash drivers had complied, but Stan refused. She then said, "I think you just got a bad Dasher." I then call the main number back and spoke with a young lady (Marium?) After listening to what I had to say, she went on to state the same thing as I was told during the first call, "Restaurant Cancellation". I then asked if she had listened to anything I had said, because it was obvious, she had not. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. After several minutes of holding, I was told someone would call me back. Still waiting on that call. LOL!
