“I pay money every month to DoorDash and I can’t get on the grocery stores on there. So annoying!”

“I ordered door dash and the driver decided they wanted to drop my order off once again for the 4th time at the house 2 doors down . This has happened for the fourth tome because they could not follow directions in the small lot I live in . There’s literally only 6 houses in this lot . I’ve was compensated each time until last night the driver dropped my food off 2 doors down ( which I gave clear instructions on how to get to my house ) I was told my food was delivered and low and behold no food at my door so I tried to get a redeliver even tried to get refund and was told I can’t be compensated anymore , made me feel like they thought I was lying , I can’t help that the drivers don’t know how to follow clear directions. The woman that received my food all those time kept it , she claimed she feed it to the raccoons . I don’t want to take anymore risk with Door Dash , most times my food is delivered without a problem .”

“Today I placed order for food was to be delivered around 2PM. I tracked the order and I noticed Driver past my location and heading to different direction. I called the driver and asked her to turn back and gave directions. She doesn't understand English and asked me to speak in Spanish. after five minutes got message " your order is dropped Picture was attached but not of my location. I called customer service Door dash and got back my refund”

“Door dash use to be an awesome side hustle very transparent with your earnings per dash but now if you pay attention to your earnings they no longer let you see as you go. We all can count our much needed money very well . So be very aware of your earnings because they have cheated me out of one hundred dollars and it over frustrating to continue to drive for them. Once again pay attention to your earnings because they are skimming your pay little by little. ##not to be trusted”

“the merchant was out of the food i ordered and they replaced it with something else and I was charged for the replacement when that wasn’t even what i wanted. 2 stars because that’s f*king stupid”

“Don’t use door dash if you’re on a military base. Dashers pick up orders and do not have access to the base. Then you have to meet them to get your food. After doing all of that you might as well have went and picked up your food from the restaurant.”

“They really need to check up on some of their drivers as some are obviously smoking crack. There's this one negro driver that always has underarm hair sticking out and never wears socks with its shower shoes. Seriously!? Who goes out and delivers food with their nasty toenails hanging out? Half of the drivers I've seen are creatures I wouldn't want near my food”

“Got a delivery from Door Dash and they just left it on the front porch, didn’t ring the bell and the Squirrels got in it. Not happy . When I called the delivery person told to chill out . Never use again .”

“Tired of poor service. And no help when there is an issue. Tonight was the breaking point when request for delivery was inconvenient for the driver. I've tipped well for all deliveries so not a Carl or Karen. DD isn't about service, the business has and is opportunists. Bye bye... removed the app and this business will go the way of BBB.”

“My gf and I just ordered on DoorDash for some doughnuts and this guy is Lenon James. He stole our doughnuts and he only left empty box of doughnuts on the doorstep and idk if I even want to drink my Frappuccino … what if he drank it too??”

“I have people pick up something. Right by my house. I have had dasher that are right by the location. It took 45 minutes just for a jack in the box breakfast sandwich from 2 miles away and the dashers location was in between those 2 miles when he picked up. Like do you have him wait? I have a good tip and still can’t get good speedy or semi warm.”

“Am I the only one who keeps getting missing food from Door Dash? The food never comes on time and there is always something missing from my order the last few times I’ve used them. The last 2 years their service has become horrible. I’ve had missing food delivered to the wrong address and they don’t care.”

“Almost every time I've used doordash, something was messed up. Yes, most of the time it was the restaurant. Of course. But, when I have to go through doordash for a fix or help, the issue was only refunded or a discount code was applied. After a bit, I was told I've complained too many times and would have to wait to see if I could get a refund. I don't want a bloody refund, I want the error fixed!!!!! The dashers have been great, but doordash needs to figure out how not to make the customer the villain. I won't use again. There are other fish in the sea.”

“The 2 Stars are because Door Dash needs get it together on the tips. People are NOT tipping, and you pay 2 bucks a delivery. Maybe put a banner on all orders that the TIP IS NOT INCLUDED. I know someone that had a HUGE order, including 4 cases of water and had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs. Her tip, $4. Why, because the lady thought tips were included in her order! Come on Door Dash! Look out for your employees and let people know the TIP IS NOT INCLUDED! FYI - I do not deliver Door Dash and ALWAYS tip on when I order!”

“I placed an order for 2 pizzas and when they arrived they weren’t even lukewarm. I contacted door dash and was issued a $4 refund. That’s less than what I tipped the driver. When I called customer support I was told after 3 days they couldn’t do anything. It hadn’t even been 48 hours. Twice I was told a supervisor would call me back but no one did. I chatted with someone on the website and was told again that someone would now contact me in 24 hours. I know they are stalling till 3 days has passed and then tell me they can’t do anything. It’s their way of not making things right. This is not customer support but a scam. Funny thing is all I wanted was a little more of a refund not a complete one.”

“Customer service is awful . At Panera bread I got more juice than food . I ask door dash customer service to much sure that they Panera bread to have more juice and customer support said yes they did got it and nothing had change but just having less food and more juice . Contact support, asking them the same question have them to add more food then juice to my Panera Bread soup and this time they lady talked so long and said that it maybe a new charge to my card . Why Panera Bread did not do that in person. That up to the company and sure enough the same thing happen more juice and less food :(.”
