I don’t like how consumers foot the bill for operating costs. Some food delivery companies actually want consumers to help pay for drivers benefits. These companies are make millions each year. They should pay the extra fees!

I don't think a dasher should pick up multiple orders and by the time you get your food it's cold. I am about ready to cancel my membership. It is ridiculous.

The won’t allow negative posts. I simply said food was cold upon delivery and it was denied on their page. Sad. I won’t use them again

My husband and I are disabled and homebound, so we depend on various delivery services. Out of all the delivery companies, we have more troubles with Door Dash than with all of the others COMBINED! Sure, we can choose to not use DDs services for meal deliveries, however, not ONLY restaurants hire DD to deliver for them; sometimes we don't realize it until it's too late and sometimes we have no choice but to chance it (for example, our pharmacy uses DD). Our biggest problem is that they CONSISTENTLY go to the wrong address. Five blocks from us is a street spelled very similarly to ours, and there is a house with the exact same number as ours. Door Dash is the ONLY delivery company that has gone to the wrong address... EVER! It happens so frequently that we have it in our delivery instructions to NOT go to that wrong address, yet, it keeps happening... over and over and over again. We know, for a fact, that drivers can see the instructions. Once in awhile, we've had drivers thank us because they were, indeed, directed to the wrong address but our instructions prevented them from actually going there. We've reported this issue to DD on multiple occassions, at which time we're told it will never happens again, and it might get better for a little while, then it starts up all over again. Oddly enough (heavy sarcasm here), the Door Dash website and/or app allow a person to review the driver and the restaurant or store who contracted with them, but they don't allow for reviewing Door Dash. Well, today, I found this website... and I am SO EXCITED to let 'em have it (DD, that is)! It's quite obvious that I'm not the only one who feels this way. Over 14,000 other reviewers are unleashing their frustrations. If we're honest, though, it probably won't do any more good than just that (allow us to release) because DD will continue conducting themselves with the same poor business practices they have always used. But, hey, that's SOMETHING, at least.

Doordash service is very spotty, on top of being expensive. There's been a few times where we had to wait HOURS because there was no Dasher accepting our delivery order.. on top of that we've gotten cold stale food before, and have also dealt with some pretty rude dashers. All well paying more for doordash's extra charges.. not worth it!!! If you are going to charge that much extra fix the service, it's terrible!! We should not be receiving food HOURS after ordering it, receiving it cold and stale, or dealing with rude/irresponsible delivery drivers.

Door Dash is the EPICENTER OF FALSE ADVERTISING. 50% OFF your first order, but when trying to use my code states ITS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY!!!!!! UHHH DUH, I just created the account. Door Dash is taking full advantage of the simple fact that since the pandemic more and more people are utilizing delivery companies such as DOORDASH to prevent themselves an others from being infected. Door Dash isn't the only delivery company FALSLY ADVERTIZING in order to obtain customers, but since people no longer have the time patience or funds to SUE for False Advertising, Dishonest Delivery companies such as Door Dash have profusely continued to not value there customers and or future customer. CONSUMER RIGHTS WILL STAY BREACHED UNTIL SOMEONE CHANGES SOMETHING. #PISSEDOFFCUSTOMER!!

It is extremely convenient which I appreciate. Bit 10/10 the approximate delivery times are NEVER right. By almost 30 mins-an hour off. Thats alot. Of course quality of food/items are also a big factor. I hope they come up with a solution. Or are just more straight up 🤷‍♀️ because I do enjoy the service and convenience.

Promo codes don't work and customer service is bad. Delivery guys are very hit and miss. All in all, bad company.

Frequently drivers go off the grid. Drive past my house, no other deliveries noted, food is always late and cold. Service used to be great, but has severely gone downhill recently.

Even with a tip I keep getting cold cold cold Cold Food and DoorDash keep letting the delivery people add more orders food comes Almost 2 hours late and more and more late. We should be able to add the tip at the end they did credit some back but how many time will you deliver cold food i though your supposed to keep it at temperature

You guys are pathetic. Drive 7 miles for $2.50!!!! Sick, not cool. 9 miles for $5.00!!! I would like to see you make those deliveries please. I want to watch you deliver all day $2.50 for a seven mile delivery. Please show me you have the wherewithal to deliver orders 7 mikes away all day for $2.50 each

Despite a large sign on my front door & instructions on my account to come to side door Dashers have left orders of chicken, hamburgers & milkshakes on front steps.

Honestly the product not the issue. The drivers dressed like they should be working at a strip club is just a little than professional. Way to teach the younger generation that appearance matters in the work force. Just very dissapointing that these aspects of hiring someone are ignored. Hurting future generations to come

Doordash is very convenient and customer service pretty responsive overall, but I am Sooo disappointed that they don't disclose the location they will be picking up from until after you order and receive the confirmation email. By that time it's too late to conveniently cancel through the app. This is a big deal for me, especially because I recently had a doordash order picked up from a location that has know health issues, and the location was 5 miles or so further from my location than a closer one. In order for me to continue my account with doordash, after about 6 yrs, they must change this policy! They must, like Uber Eats already does, show the location that your order (especially food) will be coming from prior to ordering. Now I understand that they may have more dashers available near some locations than others, but please atleast give the consumer an opportunity to decide if they must wait longer for their order as a result of location availability. They shouldn't be allowed to choose what location your food is coming from when you would never in a million years eat at the location they decide to pick up from.

First time I didn't add a tip for Dasher, I got food late and cold! The app shows the Dasher the tip before the delivery unlike Uber. I think that is an area for improvement.

Your ability to use a perfectly good card is infuriating. The service is never consistent. It works for a few orders than I get this stupid option to verify card which either never likes the address or just completely crashes. I give up on this service and will just drive myself to the grocery store.

My flowers didn’t get diverted to my mom for Mother’s Day. I called support that was given o bc the app and nobody answered. I googled a support number and talked to a woman who took 10 minutes to tell me that there is no driver for my order and asked if I wanted credit for the inconvenience and I said yes. I have yet to get the credit, my flowers haven’t been delivered. I called support back and asked for a text message to get a refund and never got a text like they said I would. I am going back to grubhub.

They are grouping orders together making your food cold, soggy and not fit to eat. Terribly overpriced with the high prices, delivery fees and the tip. 40 bucks for lunch. Fix it door dash. Nothing like hour old loaded cold soggy nachos.
