Charged for a delivery although it was advertised as included, as can be seen on the receipt. Basically added $10 to my total!

We ALWAYS have issues with our orders. Late delivery, missing items, cold food. What keeps me coming back is that on the app you let them know the problem with your order and they credit you right away. So, when lazy and not wanting to cook, it is still a good, low expectation option!

Money not refunded after bad experience. I spent over $50 and my food was cold and dry.

Refused to refund me because they had already refunded my account and they couldn't anymore. They need to hire people who know how to read an address. My address was a condo and they delivered to a house?? When do houses have unit numbers? How can you guys refuse to refund when someone paid for food and didn't receive it, correctly?? It Makes so sense! They also forget to check the orders and Also fail to get condiments. They also need to wait on the tip until it was received so you can tip adequately.

I received a false advertisement coupon I’m the mail and it didn’t work. Tried talking to them about it and got no where.

Under Special Instructions, I asked for extra tortillas. Sometimes El Vaquero gives them at no charge. Sometimes the charge an extra $1.75. Today they just ignored the request.

I am giving two stars, only because in the past I have gotten good service. If I were just reviewing from my last two orders though, I would give one star. Both issues left me hanging with no food long after it was supposed to be delivered, the second one never got delivered. On the second one, when I asked for a little discount due to already waiting for food over an hour and a half, I was denied. I told the customer service person that I was cancelling my Dash Pass, and that I was going to be writing reviews. All of a sudden I was offered a $10.00 credit. I don't think so. If they would have given a discount when I asked, I would have worked with them, but no. They will not buy my happiness after that customer service. Also, it took a very long time to get someone, all the while hungry.

I'm a Driver for DD and the app is absolutely horrible. It takes you to the completely wrong complex 1 mile away, constantly crashes, will reroute you out of nowhere and for no reason, will say you missed an order coming through when you literally just heard it buzz and come through 2 seconds ago. There are a lot of reasons why drivers mess up and the app is that reason. Support is absolutely useless because they blame it on your signal despite always being in the city with 4-5 bars, have no solutions when they acknowledge they see the app messing up, and then they hide tips. It will show you many times half of what you could've made when sending you the offer to take the delivery. When you complete it, you see you actually made double. I'd be furious if I were a customer tipping so much and received my food late because no drivers would take a low offer that wasn't because of DD hiding the true payout.

Our Dasher was nice but we didn’t get a part of our order from Fords Garage, and he just said “that’s what they gave me “. We spent 80 dollars and only got a credit back so we had to just order it again and wait another 45 / 1 hour! They should try a little harder to check the orders.. this has happened before so we are done with DoorDash and FordsGarage

I ordered pizza from Little Caesar's, and I got a text from "Diamond" saying they were approaching with my order. Fifteen minutes went by, so I texted the driver and asked, "where is my order." I received a text back saying, "Bitch, my car broke down; Happy F*cking Valentine's day." My husband was furious, so we reported this driver to corporate, and he emailed the company's president. Diamond canceled my order, and I got a credit to re-order our food.

There was nothing wrong with my review. Doordash decided not to post it because it has profanity in it? No. It's just the truth: "I didn't get onions in my burger and ordered a coca cola not a root beer I can not drink root beer." Where's the profanity in that??! Unfortunately doordash life is not a bed of roses. My words are the truth and people should know how you act.

DoorDash really need to cancel all together. Better off ordering delivery from actual restaurant or picking up food yourself. This is a sad business dealing with people food. It’s either late, Missing items and the top one is my order never arrives. When it comes to refunds, it shouldn’t take 7 business days, because I didn’t give DoorDash 7 business days of payments.

It's like playing Russian roulette. The company has to do better with quality assurance. Food arrives cold, so I paid $25 for food that I have to re-warm? Why not provide your drivers with hot bags? That's an investment in quality. My food smells like cigarette or weed smoke. Where's the button to make that statement when I'm asked how my order was? That is a fireable offense...what if a customer has severe allergies or asthma? Stop returning $1.32 when I complain; do better!

I am missing items from my orders more and more. I do not know if this is just a restaurant issue or dashers stealing from customers but the last few orders, every single time I have one to two items missing. They are good about refunding missing items but the whole point of ordering is to not have to go out and get those items yourself.

The last 2x times I ordered pizza (12/19/21, 01/01/22) both drivers were careless and the pizza looked like it was thrown into the box. The first driver had slammed on his brakes and the pizza box flew off the seat. The second driver was careless in handling the pizza, the pizza looked like it was thrown in the box. DoorDash offered a refund on both pizzas., however, I discovered that I was charged for the 2nd pizza after I was told I would get a refund. When I reviewed my bank transaction, I saw that I was charged for the pizza. I contacted customer service, the rep offered to help, however, I got an email saying I wasn't qualified for a refund. I tried to contact another rep, asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed/left on hold. Below are photos and screenshots.
