Promo codes don't work and customer service is bad. Delivery guys are very hit and miss. All in all, bad company.

Frequently drivers go off the grid. Drive past my house, no other deliveries noted, food is always late and cold. Service used to be great, but has severely gone downhill recently.

Even with a tip I keep getting cold cold cold Cold Food and DoorDash keep letting the delivery people add more orders food comes Almost 2 hours late and more and more late. We should be able to add the tip at the end they did credit some back but how many time will you deliver cold food i though your supposed to keep it at temperature

You guys are pathetic. Drive 7 miles for $2.50!!!! Sick, not cool. 9 miles for $5.00!!! I would like to see you make those deliveries please. I want to watch you deliver all day $2.50 for a seven mile delivery. Please show me you have the wherewithal to deliver orders 7 mikes away all day for $2.50 each

Despite a large sign on my front door & instructions on my account to come to side door Dashers have left orders of chicken, hamburgers & milkshakes on front steps.

Honestly the product not the issue. The drivers dressed like they should be working at a strip club is just a little than professional. Way to teach the younger generation that appearance matters in the work force. Just very dissapointing that these aspects of hiring someone are ignored. Hurting future generations to come

Doordash is very convenient and customer service pretty responsive overall, but I am Sooo disappointed that they don't disclose the location they will be picking up from until after you order and receive the confirmation email. By that time it's too late to conveniently cancel through the app. This is a big deal for me, especially because I recently had a doordash order picked up from a location that has know health issues, and the location was 5 miles or so further from my location than a closer one. In order for me to continue my account with doordash, after about 6 yrs, they must change this policy! They must, like Uber Eats already does, show the location that your order (especially food) will be coming from prior to ordering. Now I understand that they may have more dashers available near some locations than others, but please atleast give the consumer an opportunity to decide if they must wait longer for their order as a result of location availability. They shouldn't be allowed to choose what location your food is coming from when you would never in a million years eat at the location they decide to pick up from.

First time I didn't add a tip for Dasher, I got food late and cold! The app shows the Dasher the tip before the delivery unlike Uber. I think that is an area for improvement.

Your ability to use a perfectly good card is infuriating. The service is never consistent. It works for a few orders than I get this stupid option to verify card which either never likes the address or just completely crashes. I give up on this service and will just drive myself to the grocery store.

My flowers didn’t get diverted to my mom for Mother’s Day. I called support that was given o bc the app and nobody answered. I googled a support number and talked to a woman who took 10 minutes to tell me that there is no driver for my order and asked if I wanted credit for the inconvenience and I said yes. I have yet to get the credit, my flowers haven’t been delivered. I called support back and asked for a text message to get a refund and never got a text like they said I would. I am going back to grubhub.

They are grouping orders together making your food cold, soggy and not fit to eat. Terribly overpriced with the high prices, delivery fees and the tip. 40 bucks for lunch. Fix it door dash. Nothing like hour old loaded cold soggy nachos.

I have had multiple problems with the door – driver due to language barrier. Every door – driver that I have ever had only speaks Spanish or very little English. Which is great! But not when you’re in America. English is the first language. Especially when you’re working with customers in America. One time, my food was an hour and a half late. the driver was only a couple streets down but didn’t know English to call me and get directions. Another time that I can remember, my food was left on somebody’s doorstep, on the GROUND (when in my delivery instructions it clearly says… Hand the delivery to me) because again he couldn’t find my place but couldn’t call me because he didn’t know English to have a conversation with me. It’s frustrating. I had questions for a couple of drivers who were bringing me my food and they couldn’t answer my questions because they had no clue what I was asking. End result…bad service from the drivers, inaccurate deliveries, cold food… And then they get attitude and roll their eyes to me because they can tell I’m upset. Wow ppl! We are in America! English is the first language! Anybody that has to work with customers or deal with customer service should know English to be able to communicate with their customers.

To whom it may concern, I spend so much money per week with doordash and I’m also, as their company would say, “a loyal DoorDash pass member”. I’m so tired of the terrible customer service I receive. The restaurants almost ALWAYS hands out incorrect orders. And calling in or going online constantly to receive proper compensation is an EXTREME hassle. Especially when I just had to call 3-4 times about an incorrect order of $64 for breakfast for 2 people. In which, a young man got nasty with me and hung up in my face. I also had an incident where it took 6 months for them to compensate me for an unfamiliar charge that came from my account. I spend $9.99/month and this is the treatment I receive. So upsetting.

Thief - Made an order this past weekend. Doordasher picked up the food but never delivered it. Spoke with the food vendor yesterday and learned this is the 3rd time Tyler has done their customers this way. Got a credit from doordash when it was running 2 hours late, but since no delivery at all, I stopped payment on anything to do with the Doordash cost. Paid the restaurant. Doordasher Tyler in Cleveland TN is a Thief!

If Someone has bad experience from a restaurant or delivery you should be able to post an honest star rating of how you felt. We sat in a hotel room for almost an hour before finding out that the restaurant decided not to want to deliver our order as far as we were from them. Kind of sad when you’re traveling for cancer therapy and get screwed by a restaurant and DD lets it happen . Y’all done this before y’all hide battery views.

Ordered food door 4 ppl a from a restaurant. All the food wasn't there and then on top of that the food was cold. I tipped the driver very well cause gas is expensive and traffic is hectic most of the time. However doordash is getting over on consumers instead of giving the drivers more in they pay knowing when you go to some of these restaurants the food don't be ready and it doesn't be their fault. It be the restaurants fault but they make majority of the money. Tip the driver at least $8-20 depending on your generosity.

No fork, no communication, food left at hotel front desk without any communication. Driver did not respond to text trying to clarify drop off. Food didn't include utensils.
