"Delivered out of the one hour time slot that were not aloud to change. Fresh food left in direct sunlight after tapping on the porch door, ignoring the sign that says please use the back door and also ignoring the doorbell. The food was there for 2 hours in direct sunlight and was only found because my wife opened the front door."

"In Croatia this is one of the worst delivery services. You will always find problems with this company! If there is an alternative delivery option on the website, always choose it! My order with the tracking number 08448863561415 was held in the warehouse for reasons unknown to me and was never delivered to me. All attempts to contact DPD from my side and from the online store failed. Please be VERY CAREFUL and NEVER contact DPD. They will rob you of your money!"

"Deliver driver sukhbir is a joke I was tracking my delivery he was on delivery number 93 and I was delivery number 95 then all of a sudden he must think I can't be arsed to deliver it and put it as missed with a picture of bushes and someone's roof of a house, my delivery had medication that needs 2 be in the fridge don't see him paying me back for that!!!\r\nI have 3 people in the house 2 dogs and a camera on my front door.\r\nI have screenshot to prove he was on delivery number 93 and I was number 95 plus the driver screenshot and the random bush he snap shotted.\r\nDpd is a joke rang them and they rang driver n he said can't deliver it now hes not in area, NEVER EVEN BOTHERED 2 DELIVER IIT FIRST TIME!!!\r\nabsolutely fuming!!"
