“James Dunlap is exceptional! He didn’t mind taking his time, and when I told him that I wanted him to call me back on Monday (we spoke on Friday) because I wanted to check reviews on Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem. He had no problem with it and he ask that I keep in mind that generally speaking people don’t write a review unless they have an unfavorable experience. That was very helpful information. I review by positive or negative, but I realize most people don’t. He called me promptly at our scheduled time,on Monday and we completed the sign-up process. I’m very happy with his assistance and highly recommend his services to other people, especially senior citizens who take a little longer to understand some things.”

“Doug Hall helped me so much to find the right Medicare duel plan. I’m grateful I was able to switch from United healthcare to senior care plus so I could keep my cardiologist and my hospital. I always go to so if you need help, he’s the guy to talk to.”

“Jonathan McKnight (from Chapter) was an awesome teacher and guide, who helped me enroll into a new Medicare Supplemental Insurance plan, plus educated me on Medicare Part D insurance options. He was patient, well-informed, knew about the latest rules and regulations, super-efficient, and a great listener. An excellent teacher and leader, he was professional to the hilt, without being cold. From the way he guided me, I could tell his years of experience. He was integrity personified. Everything he said was customer-centered -- not profit-centered. I am grateful that I stumbled upon this company. They happened to call me -- after I had already encounter a number of insurance agents, most of them, shady, slick, and smooth. I would recommend Chapter to anyone who asked me for a recommendation.”

“Chapter has been a source of information for me on several occasions. They helped me find a medicare insurance for my husband. He needed one with low copays to see his 3 specialists every 6 months, and sometimes every 3 months. Those copays can add up. Just yesterday I was informed by my primary care physician that they had been informed by my medicare insurance that they were no longer going to cover one of my medications. I was already paying for one of my prescriptions insurance was not covering, and now I would be paying for two. I called Chapter and within a few minutes they found me 2 plans with another company that covered both prescriptions for a small copay. All my doctors were on both plans. That very same day I chose a plan and Chapter submitted my application to the new insurance company. Chapter was quick, courteous and efficient. They took the anxiety out of my day.”
