“We were overjoyed to work with Derrick Muntz this evening. He was very knowledgeable about the various plans and very helpful. We followed his recommendations and want to thank him for helping us save money next year. We appreciate so much his ability to answer all of our questions. “We originally began the process by speaking with Tricia Hobbs. She did a very good job. We sent in the required paperwork and set up an appointment to finalize the sign up. Our appointment was today (11/19/24) at 1:00pm. We were contacted by Spencer Murdoch. He was nice enough but the call was very bad on his end and we had to disconnect the call and call back. The 2nd call wasn't much better. He did not know anything about our sign up. We had to go over the whole process again and start over. It was frustrating too say the least and because of his bad connection we struggled through to get it done. Then he was telling us that he was running out of time and we needed to get this completed. It only took us as long as it did because he didn't have any of our information. We were very disappointed in this part of the process. I would like Tricia Hobbs to contact us to very that we signed up for the right insurance that she proposed to us.”

“Ben was so kind and patient during my very first call to Medicare. He obviously knows his business and communicates everything in a way that I am able to understand. What started out as a nerve wracking chore, Ben turned into an effortless session that ended with a huge smile on my face. He asks questions without judgement and takes his time each step of the way. Once I was all set, he offered to have me call him yearly to make sure I’m on the best plan for my needs. It’s unusual these days to get a representative who treats you like a friend while being completely knowledgeable and efficient. Ben is both. If every support rep in this country were like Ben, life would be so much easier and definitely much more pleasant.”

“Doug did an excellent job in working with me to choose a Medicare Advantage Plan for 2025. He was prompt in answering the phone as well as answering my questions. “Charles provided excellent service in assessing how to find the most suitable Medicare coverage for my brother. I never felt rushed, and Charles patiently answered my questions and clearly explained the complicated materials discussed. He sent information and pamphlets on the various plans and companies, giving us plenty of time to review. All-in-all, it was a pleasant process, given the complexity of the topic. “Rachel Miller is so remarkable at her job. She was attentive, a great communicator, patient, and overall an amazing representative for Chapter. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves. She spoke with me on a Friday night till almost 9:30 central time and then again the next day on Saturday. She is so knowledgable and helped find the exact plan that we needed. Kudos and Cheers to Rachel Miller! She is a superstar!”

“My mom suggested I call Chapter after it was recommended to her at the hospital. I’m so glad I did! I called and was immediately connected to Brooklyn Gates-Carl. She was so nice, patient and informed about everything. She answered all of my questions and I left feeling excited about my new plan whereas before trying to choose a plan was a source of stress and frustration. Brooklyn really cares about helping you to get great coverage and making sure you understand everything. She’s fantastic and I immediately recommended her to my mother and boyfriend (she helped them too!). Thank you Brooklyn!”
