The worst service ever !!!!! We ordered Chinese takeaway to celebrate my friends birthday… restaurant calls me 30 mins later to say that the driver who picked my food cannot be tracked. The restaurant asked me to deal with Uber myself and that she won’t cancel the order nor prepare the food again!!!!! I reach out to Uber, get past the annoying chatbot, reach an agent named Avinash…. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!! He barely read my messages, asked me to wait it out and ended the chat abruptly…. The next agent wasn’t of much help, just said that he felt sorry for me!!!!! Like seriously?????? If any random driver can walk into the restaurant and pick up our order and then neither Uber nor the restaurant takes responsibility for it… then what’s the point of this whole thing ??? Why am I the one to stay hungry ??

NO CUSTOMER SERVISE. BIFORE everything WAS OK had a lot of orders. NOW I can't ask even small questions about why its took payment from me for something and i can't get any order with any payment . SOOOO, FU....CK off, i will delete accounts and goodbye 👋

they decided a while ago that because i ordered a lot and a lot of the time my orders were wrong and i would tell them that i would need a pin code for every order. and if anything went wrong w my order they would not refund me money. finally i got an order that just didnt hve 2 of the items and i took. pic of everything i got and yet again they refused to give me. refund. i cncelled my membership nd erased the app. i hve used the app for yers probbaly daily and a lot of times twice a day and they treat me as if i'm trying to get over on them. and they have no customer service that will talk to you. worst delivery app there is. i'm going to door dash. it said i saved 5k+ on my uber one membership before i cancelled it too.

The worst company ever .. I have deleted the app .. I don’t prefer their service at all .. I ordered the food and they charged me to cancel it and did not let me change the delivery address too .. however the restaurant was very helpful.. I rather order from the restaurant directly

Uber canada is crazy expensive!! I have been a regular customer and instead of giving discounts to regular customers… they prefer to keep rates super high! Charging $111 for a 40 minute trip is simply unacceptable!! Extremely disappointing!

If I could give it less than one star I would. Loads of drivers nearby. Eta of 9 mins. Not a single driver took my booking. Honestly awful service

Uber support is a waste of time! They have that there in place just to say they have a support team they never understand the reason you calling, will hang up on you, mid call just because they don’t have the answer or for whatever reason n you can never understand what the representatives are saying and they hardly ever understand us. Why would you get folks to wrk in customer service in a area where there’s a language barrier because the person calling n the representative that’s suppose to be helping sounds like it’s in place to keep proper help from being received

I'm owed $40 for a quest last week it disappeared and you all still haven't paid my $40 I drove 50 times and quest magically disappeared right when I got to 50 rides and support will not give me my$40 bonus for 50 rides and hang up on me

I am Uber driver in Canada. On march 28 2024.I had a delivery from food basic to customer. I had 3 items to pick up from food basic and when I go for payment my plus card is not working. I tried 3 times but decline all the times. At last I pay my own money that is $127.24. Then after I was not able to upload receipt. It’s shown me error,so I contact customer support about that issue. Customer support agent give home address of the customer and told me that when you delivered all the items call customer support again so I can finish your trip. That was the trap by all the customer support agents in Canada. Then I deliver the all items to customer and call customer support. Customer support agent send me email link to submit receipt. I did submit the receipt. Agent told me that you get your money back within 24 to 48 hours. I called so many times to customer agent about that trip and all the agent ask me to upload the receipt every time and that is the big scam doing all the agent in Canada. I talk and chat lots of time in support center by call, chat. But no any update. They transfer one by one to agent in customer support and ask about issue all the times . At last I quit Uber delivery and deleted my account in Uber. Plz plz plz all the Uber driver do not pay your money when your plus card not working. That is trap. Plz plz don’t do grocery when plus card is not working. All lost my money. So that’s why I message you guys.

I lost my account and I can no longer reapply for Uber due to Uber's own fault. They asked me for a verification document, and I sent it. However, since I had moved to a new house, I had to update my document. They then told me that it wasn't me and that they would permanently block my account. I created another account with the new document to see if it would work, but it was blocked again, claiming that I had a duplicate account, even though they had already blocked the first account due to their own mistake of uber

UBER in Dominican Republic is a scam. Once driver shows up they tell you they will not honor the price and that it is a negotiation.

I reserved my ride the night before my flight. My ride never came, I missed my flight and even after double checking my debit card the error was all on Uber, I tried 3 cards and was never informed they were not coming. I did get a taxi ride at twice the price but at least got to the airport. Strangely, the Uber chat disappeared from my app when they said they saw the reservation

Worst company in America. There is 0 customer service. It’s literally a scam. They will do everything in their power to avoid helping you. If you have an issue that is immediate you will have to say you are getting kidnapped to get support. Otherwise don’t bother. And when u do they expect I to wait 12to 24 hours for their less than helpful response. Take lyft or a cab if for no other reason. Principal.

How is it you guys can charge so much money for rides. If I wanted a ride right now it's only 11.00 but I request in advance and you want to charge $53. That's disgusting. I can rent a car for a whole day cheaper than that. I am done with uber. And to think I wanted to work for this company. I don't believe ripping people off who already struggle I will be recommending other ride shares for people

My uber account has been an messed experience for almost two months now. And of course customer service claim they would fix it but did nothing. I can only request a ride to a place but not a ride back, I have to request a second ride and hope I get one. Getting stuck at a store 20-30minutes is not a good look. To think customer service had me to send a screen shot of the problem alert and still didn't fix anything.

Disgusting company. I installed Uber, but never made any agreement with Uber Eats. I find out now that they have signed me up with Uber Eats, unbeknownst to me, and yesterday I have had 2 fraudulent transactions as their app is insecure. Uber have told me that they won't refund the because these orders are consistent with my order history. This is despite the fact that I have ever ordered from Uber Eats, and the orders were made for random addresses in England but I live in Northern Ireland.

Our Business shows up at two locations- Google maps are updated for moths and yet our customers are being taken to the wrong address- Your team was unable to help when I called and advised that every time this happens to our customers they should complain to their driver and on the app and hopefully your Maps team will pick this up

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I had an issue and spoke to 4 different people in the same day. Phone would get disconnected and no one would call back. The customer service person did not understand what I was explaining to him and her. Terrible listening skills, the representative would talk over me. Never got the issue resolved. Neither my uber nor uber eats works tbh I’m saving alot if money so it ok. I use lyft and cook at home.

My car is down so I am using Uber a lot in the last few days. I plan meticulously so that I am dropped and complete my jobs then have enough for my Uber home. So, I confirm my Uber and the driver picks me up. Says she has a delivery to drop first then will drop me after. Not knowing any better I say ok. It doesn’t bother me at all. When I am dropped off my bank sends a notification that I’m overdrawn by $1something. My $18 ride became $40 because I was charged the additional miles that it took for the driver to make her delivery. I contact Uber and they fix the price but of course the reversal with my bank will take days. And here I am now. Multiple calls, chats, emails to Uber and hours later sitting on a curb because my funds are frozen and it’s looking strongly like I’ll be walking 17 miles in the country at 10 p.m. with no jacket. I added what cash I have on hand to a card but it’s not enough for the full ride. I was only asking for a discount or promo to get me home. Since the issue that caused this mess was not of my doing I didn’t think it would be so difficult to fix. But here we are. Vent over, walking now 🚶🏻🚶🏻🚶🏻
