Work for Uber for just about 2 weeks, the second Saturday of my work my account was hacked. Can't get back on the App, my pay is gone, can't work have been on Uber support so many times and not one person has gotten back to me. Suppose to hear from risk management, today is 6 days since have hacked. Not one email from anyone in risk management. This is scary, never seen anything like this in my life. Owe me money, not sure what to do.

You guys are robots you follow scripts and there's no human interaction whatsoever there's no ability to make a judgment call there's no ability to look at something from another point of view you take the riders word for everything and you eat up your drivers thinking there's going to be in a supply of drivers I got another thing coming there's not you ran out of drivers now you're scraping the bottom of the barrel and you only have top drivers and zero drivers no new drivers

Our driver Sikuri in Chicago was excellent! He was on time, a safe driver in Chicago 5:00 traffic, that is where we need to go and the right amount of time, absolutely polite and helpful in loading our luggage to the airport, and I would highly recommend him again.

Missing food from Arby's(crinkle fries, 2 wraps, curly fries). No one to contact because the phone to the restaurant was disconnected and the driver doesn't claim responsibility or offer to help in anyway.

Uber is too expensive now wtf is going on? A 10min trip for $70!?????? Guys cmon this is ridiculous, get you shot straight, I can’t be the only one suffering from this

No good!! I ordered from Walgreens 2785 Dublin blvd for theraflu because I been sick for 5 days my box was opened and only had 4 packages when it should’ve had 6 never again!!!!

Used the package pick up service. Uber driver did not drop off packages at the post office. Instead they are missing and was told since the drivers are contractors they aren’t going to refund or suspend the driver for the lost packages he took and charged me 20 dollars for investigating. Told me to follow up with police

Uber need to update sofware, ti fund the costumers, it ver difficult for driver and costumer. we spend too mucho time, Uber used to be the best , no any more. No complain wit driver, my complain is wit Uber (company)

Still haven't got any feedback on my review I gave on Wednesday...I see uber support only has a 1star...so I suppose this says it all. I sew numerous complaints for double charge...and just no response from support. Uber is thievery. Do not download.

Hunt ,our driver, never showed in spite of our tracking data. We live in Royal Palm Florida and after 20 minutes..we left or would miss our flight..We were charged 25 dollars for cancellation fee. After numerous texts to our contact..no response..

For 11 days now. Im very consistent of soing follow up They haven't solve the issue on how to add in ID/ Passport/ Drivers License. It's like when I follow up , it's an auto answer they gave me. No solution at all. So Sad for a big company like this.

Surcharge -scammers I was charged almost £4 extra only found out on my bank statement because the driver decided to go a different way I questioned why he was doing that he said there is roadworks and on google maps this didnt come up I complained to Uber they have given a refund yet to be received but they should have done more I.e. offered me a good will to keep me as a customer but NOT interested their loss! Also there is a random pending charge on my account which there is no need for the refund will apparently take 30 days and the pending charge to come off WHAT A JOKE. Don’t use them

How the hell I have to wait 27 minutes I still get charged $30 when I supposed to be charged less than that because I had to wait that long don’t have to be charged less than that Uber I think so because of the bottom of the regular one it says if you wait it’s less how come I didn’t get charged that price

Ordered a scheduled delivery and received it immediately. The uber eats app had no way to update the time or let me cancel without paying for half the order. There customer service is rude and did not even report an issue with the app. Only blamed me and said they could do nothing.

Uber are very un responsible. And they do not answer the customer for days. And taking ppl money. This not right. Really. I had scheduled a trips with a few stops and the total was 19.00 but then I realized that I did not go to one of the stops. I try to go in and edit. So they indicated the trip is already reserved and I needed to cancel trip and reschedule. So when I went to cancel the trip I noticed that they were going to charge my bank and not my gift card. So anyway I cancelled the trip to rebook. Guess what within 2 minutes I was charged 25.00 well policy is if driver is one the way or cancel at least a hour before. Well guess what driver was not on the way and I cancelled 55 minutes ahead. So I have written them since yesterday and no answer. Well am going to write a review every place I can.

They are a rip you off company they are all ways charging me twice for my rides!!!! It's unreal!!! And then you can't get a hold of anybody to talk to so nothing gets done!!!! I'm am so passed off right now !!!! I never would use them again if I had a choice!!!! But I'm poor and have no car so I have no choice.

I can't reach out to uber without an uber app. I am trying to reach uber to let them know that I have FRAUDULENT charges on my card and I don't even have an Uber account. I am trying make uber aware somehow people are faking uber rides to people's account that in some way got cyber hacked. And if uber does not address that it is happening or have more intense security for ride requests that everyone who is experiencing or has experienced what I am going through come together and figure what legal action can be done for uber to take the responsibility to have more accuracy ride requests to prevent this from happening.

Drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Online payments were introduced not just in Uber, but on a lot of such forums for a reason. Working in corporate, I get reimbursed for office related travels (including travel from home to the office and office to my house), provided i show reciepts of online payments. While very very few drivers understand when I explain this to them, most Uber drivers demand cash and do not accept rides if the payment is made online and not just that, either force me to cancel or create such a ruckus about it and mostly even resort to screaming. Forget company policy, many people would prefer to use their cards as a matter of convenience, but Uber drivers are exceptionally rude and arrogant when they are not told what they want to hear. Moreover, it is not enough that we pay a lot more on Uber than other travel apps, specially for long distances, Uber drivers also think it is okay to demand INR 100 or more extra. Paying extra is not a problem if drivers have the right attitude about it. And all this I face only in India. Never using Uber in India again.
