Your cusomer servive for consumers sucks. You tell us to go to the bottom of our screen and click on "account" and we can update our profile. There is no "account" at the bottom of our screen. When I place my food order, I get a drop not notice that the delivery address is far from the restaurant, please change your delivery address. It then drops off and I get my delivery. Do you have my current address fro, when I moved from another state almost years ago? I can't find out. You double bill my account and then say the extra charge is just a hold, and will drop off, but it doesn't. We must call our bank who removes it immediately when they hear the problem is with Uber. I can see why you have a 1.1 rating. Your delliver meals well, you complete rides well, but your customer service especially as it relates to your billing preacties is a joke. How many times does the hold charge not "drop off" but is kept to offset expenses.

Missing food constantly then they just refund the one missing item which doesn't help when you've a child missing food and it's £10 to reorder a £3.50 meal that's a mistake on their part

The app Uber wouldn't let me get my ride, unless I take a picture of my state ID, passport, or driver's license. I did it, and it wouldn't let me go through.

On May 7th, I took an Uber ride and my fare was unexpectedly adjusted from $7.72 to $218.52. Despite reaching out to four representatives over the phone and sending multiple messages through the app and email, I have yet to receive an explanation for this significant increase in charge. They just keep telling me to look at the live chat, and a rep will respond when available. This was a short 5min ride with no issues. Still waiting for a rep to get back to me. It’s been over four hours and no one has gotten back to me.

Terrible experience with Uber as a driver ! It’s always a struggle to access the funds that you worked for ! And never received a proper answer or solution. The answer is always to wait

Never use this company. I’ve complained about missing food on multiple occasions and been told I’d receive refunds. Everytime this is false and I’ve never received the refund. To be told that I had a missing meal and they wouldn’t refund me because it was against the policy but they couldn’t/ and refused tell me how! Absolute scam

If I could give them no stars I would! Wrong food delivered (with food that have allergens in it). UberEats are currently refusing to give me a refund, despite the fact that A. it was the wrong order, B. we couldn't eat any of it due to allergen contamination, C. the food delivered was approx. £10 less than I paid for it!!!

1st a couple months backs a rider made a mess in my care with his human waste and uber refused to give me a cleaning fee, now i received a fake uber ride and my money was stolen and uber refuses to give it back

It was the business I've ever seen. They got me a driver and posted update. Driver never came after 15 minutes late. They posted me another driver that did not show up and made the wait 35 minutes. The third post for a driver ended up being over a hour late. What started 10 to 15 minutes ended to everything they did canceled out on me. Don't use no good I was left stranded. Close your business you are not professional. Poor job I give you a minus zero

Unable to contact customer service regard my family account and a charge made to my bank account after I add money to my uber money account for a ride my grandson scheduled and was then cancelled. On Saturday May 3rd we arranged for a uber to pick my grandson up and drop him off. Since he's a teenager I added enough money to my uber money account so that it would cover a round trip. Mind you they have my credit and debit cards both on file. The 30.00 I added to my account was taking out of my account and showed pending and the money appeared in my uber cash account. His uber was scheduled to pick him by 6:30pm-6:45pm at 6:10pm he received a text stating that his uber had been canceled due to my bank declining the payment for $10.48 (the reason my bank declined the payment is because I locked my debit card) but my card should have never been ran since there was 30.00 in our family money account which I add specifically for this ride. When we tried to contact customer support it was impossible. There was no customer service contact number. I sent an email to customer service stating the issue and didn't get a response until Sunday morning. At that point I asked to be refunded my money and also the charge was now showing up as a purchase in my bank. After 2-3 emails, I gave up and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I have decided to cancel my uber account because this wasn't the 1st time I had a problem with uber and charges on my account. Just 2 months before this we had a similar situation happen. With this being said I do not recommend adding money to your uber money account. I don't plan on using uber again.

Can’t create a rider account. My 1st support request never answered. The 2nd request was answered with “You may now update the mobile number on your Uber account in the app.” Can’t really do that since I can’t create an account.

They are taking 60 to 70% of fare cut . Which is cheating the people who are working hard with them. Please stop this . It’s wrong ethics . For Uber owner , you can hide these cheating from human but after death you will have to answer in supreme power court and you can not run away Stop this greediness now I drive for uber

In Indore City (India) all Uber drivers want cash instead of Card / Amazon Pay / Pay TM / Bhim etc. Firstly they ask where to go & if they do not want to go they cancel booking and customer stuck at last moment. For every ride from Airport they demand parking charges extra whereas at the time of booking Uber shows inclusive of parking charges. If you do not give them parking charges extra or their bill amount in cash they quarell & gives threatening.

I waited over a hour for my food it did not say the driver had to stop off on the app the driver had stopped for 15 / 20 minutes and my food was freezing cold and my drink was half empty then when I had a dis agreement with the driver she drove off then Uber eats cancelled and charged me more for cancellation I did get my food but it was freezing I had to through it away and my son had to wait another 40 minutes for me to make him something to eat the worst service I’ve had ever before

quoted a 22 dollar ride, then charged 56 dollars after the ride was over. When I ask support for help all they say is that the ride was charged correctly.

uber has the worse customer service i ever experienced. no phone support no online support. they give you options you have to chose from. if if your problem is not one of the options then you out of luck .
