Utterly useless booking tool. Doesn't have on call service support. Ripps off money.if one of the flight cancelled, I need to either cancel the whole trip or rebook the whole trip. Totally Nonsense

I have booked my flight ticket through kiwi.com from India to Kuwait via Saudi. I was not able to travel because of Saudi goverment was not taking transit passenger but this site provide me ticket like that. I talked with Airline, they told me talk with your agent. Finally I lost my 42000 RS INR. Never buy a ticket through Kiwi.com

Worst experience I've ever had with a booking company. We paid for our flight, they charged us for our flight and took the money out of my account but when we got to the airport the airline said there was an issue with the booking company and we needed to pay again. I had to pay twice for the same flight because this company sucks so bad. When i reached them they said I needed to file paperwork and wait 90 days to get a response. After this awful experience, this company seems like a scam. Not only did we have to pay twice for the flight, we almost missed it because it took them an hour to figure out what was wrong (which didn't work obviously because we had to pay twice anyway). My wife had an asthma attack running across the airport. It was so bad that they almost kicked us off the plane because she was coughing and choking. Horrible, horrible experience. Go with a normal booking site that won't scam you, steal your money, and strand you at the airport.

Kiwi is a complete scam. They claim a flight has been canceled when it hasn’t and simply ask you to pay for a flight change at a huge cost, above and beyond what the airlines would charge for the same ticket. If you opt to cancel the booking with them, they charge you the full rate regardless… it is really unbelievable. I was tricked because they were on skyscanner or google flights. Otherwise I would have never been stupid enough to book through them.

Please I urge you to find another site. They will book your flight and say its confirmed. then before the 24 hour cancellation policy they will email you to upcharge your flight price by a great price difference or you have to cancel your flight. Please say your self the trouble and DO NOT BOOK with them.

What a piece of s**t! This should be listed as a scam! They don't provide any service whatsoever. Just overcharge for basic services and don't even combine flights under one reservation. This was a disaster trip thanks to Kiwi.com

Still waiting for refunds/credits from our flights purchased during 2020 and flights were cancelled. We have contacted Kiwi many times for the status of refunds and they just keep saying it takes a long time. There is no way to get in touch with a person. It has been well more than a year since we contacted them and we are out of pocket at least $3,000.

Don’t use kiwi.com I bought a tickets from Bari to Milan There was some issues with flight, I called them immediately and They promised to give refund and it will take 3working days I called them next week they said it takes maximum 3month to get refund and for sure I am eligible for refund maybe there will be difference in amount It’s almost 5 month and it’s not only no refund now they ignore any kind of respond

They should close this company, they are stolen peoples money, I try to purchase a ticket they never confirmed and take my money, they don't want to returned, you can't speck with no one. Really disappointed and I don't know how they can operate legally.

Much like similar reviews below, one of my layover flights was cancelled. I was then offered a new layover flight-I paid for it- and they then cancelled my final destination flight without telling me. I tried and tried and tried to dispute it for 3 days but absolutely no luck in getting my money back. You deal with a new person everytime you send a message to their customer service and they each give you conflicting information. Please avoid them at all costs, they don't deserve any customers. They will just rob your money and find every reason under the sun to not give it back to you.

Kiwi.com is a scam! Please do not book from them. You can check their wikipedia page, facebook page, google map reviews. We bought a flight tix with them on 1 Oct but on 9 Oct the flight was changed to VTL flight due to new government regulations. They added new requirements to board the flight (vaccinated and stayed in departure country for 14days) we are vaccinated but we were transiting and not intending to stay at a transit country for 14days to board the flight. We contacted the airline and the airline stated on their website that they will provide full refund to passengers who have booked the flight but couldn't board due to the new regulations. We contacted kiwi.com to cancel our flight and get a refund but kiwi.com REFUSED TO REFUND even though the airline is going to refund them as we CANNOT LEGALLY BOARD THE FLIGHT DUE TO NEW GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.

I did not travel on two separate flights for my current vacation. I am scheduled to fly home tomorrow. Kiwi is the WORST booking site/app ever! I will let every social media site, my sister (a travel influencer), every person I come into contact with in my everyday life, NOT to have anything to do with this site. They have a COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made mistakes when I booked, it took them 8 hours to confirm a booking when I used a wired computer in my home, and now they will not give me a penny back on both the first leg of my vacation, nor my trip home tomorrow that I’m trying to cancel. Alaska Airlines, United Airlines, and even Spirit Airlines are all trying to help me with refunds. Since I booked then all with Kiwi.com, they cannot credit me or issue a refund. Do NOT Ever, Ever, use this “lack if service” booking app.

Very poor Very poor , it’s 💯 % a scam, they deduct right away the amount of the ticket I purchase (¥99853). from my account, after an hour they said and asked me that the price has been increased and offer me a refund or pay the rest of the the amount of ¥30000 , that’s very expensensive!!!! I ask a cancellation but they didn’t consider as they said that the refund has already been initiated in kiwi credits !!! I messaged them right away after telling me to pay another amount!!! And they said that it cannot be transferred to card or cash anymore !!! To those who’s looking for a cheap flights , never ever choose this site ! It’s a scam. I have my money on their company insisting me to use until 2023 October .. let’s see how… NEVER TO THIS SITE. Warning to those who will read this , learnt from my horrible experience . especially this Pandemic. I advice to go direct to the airlines for purchasing.

I found a ticket from Eastern Europe to Cincinnati with three flights (this is normal) for $300. Usually, on the off months I pay between $600-$900 and during peak months I pay between $1k-$1.2k. Reading all of the reviews, and having a horrible experience with BravoFly, I was 1000% skeptical and worried. I think I didn't have a bad experience because there were no cancelations with any of my flights since I bought it about 10 days before departure. I didn't have to communicate with anyone from their team, everything went pretty normal. My review is that they saved me money and I was able to get from point A to point B. I will definitely continue using them for my flights.

1) Once my flight was canceled and Kiwi said they need 3 months to process the refund. 8 months later after multiple reminders, I requested a chargeback from my bank. Thanks to my bank I got my money back but Kiwi never refunded anything 2) Now one of my flights is cancelled (inbound), and Kiwi prosposed alternatives. Not only alternatives cost +1500$, but also they all have a stopover in the US which I can't have due to lack of visa. At the same time there are multiple other (non-US stopover) options on the main search, but Kiwi doesn't allow me to choose one! Customer support is responsive. Awful serice. It was the last time I tried it. And I do not recommend it to anyone.

Buyed to tickets with Kiwi and just then notice all of this bad reviews. Just want to let you know that everything went fine with my flights although I was a bit scared with everything I read on internet. I recommend you to get the credentials wich kiwi used to book your flight. If you have that and you can check in by yourself at the flight company website, you’re good to go. Don't worry about all these bad reviews and enjoy your trip 🙂 Also, client support replied me super quick when I requested the credentials! Can't complain.

Kiwi got me to Hong Kong during what is now the height of the pandemic (so far) and it was a pretty complicated procedure but Kiwi was very helpful every step of the way. Kiwi provides a one time change/cancel policy just the same as booking through an airline directly. I was worried because of some of the reviews that people wrote, but Kiwi was very helpful and reliable. Thank you Kiwi for helping me on my journey!!

Do Not Use this Company. 18 months and still waiting for a refund for flights that were cancelled. They asked me to contact the Airline which I did and they confirmed a refund had been paid to Kiwi but they claim not to have received it.
