I have received the ABSOLUTE worse customer care with Kiwi that I have ever received from any company in my life ever. I have been wanting to manage my booking with Ryanair over an extremely urgent matter and which Ryanair have said they can help me with. However, Kiwi has the most ridiculous procedures in place - when I purchased a Ryanair booking through them they generated a random email on my behalf and used this to complete my booking. Now, in order for me to manage my booking with Ryanair I have to pass the security check, which I do in ALL aspects other than the email which Kiwi generated for me. After contacting Kiwi MANY MANY MANY times in order to obtain this random email which they generated ON MY BEHALF, they have come back to me all times and said that they cannot give me the details I request in order to pass MY OWN security check with Ryanair. Honestly, this is the most APPAULING service I have ever received in my life and I do not know how they run a business with such POOR logistics. I will NEVER in my life use Kiwi again, I doubt they will be in business for much longer to be honest and I wish they would stop conducting business within this industry. I have nothing but extreme negative feedback in regards to Kiwi. They are APPAULING.

Waiting 500€ since 8 months. No refund. Not even 1 euro, always the same answer. They are working on it... Don't trust them.

Terrible company !! Avoid avoid avoid! I had problem worth Checking bag took me over 7 h calling back and forth to sort and not through them through British airways ! Kiwi as company lie so much !! They kept lying about everything Never again !! Willing to pay 200 £ extra worn proper company !

Kiwi.com are a scam, their sole business is to scam as much money out of people as possible. You may get your ticket's but if anything on your travels change or you need to get in contact with Kiwi.com, it is impossible, and you will never get a refund no matter what the scenario is, and largely they try to avoid contact with customers or avoid responsibility for any mistakes, until the customer gives up. There are 1.000 of online horror stories of how customers have been mis-treated by Kiwi.com. Buy you ticket's and travels somewhere else, stay away from them!

Kiwi.com is a total scam and they will not refund your money for guaranteed cancelations well in advance of the trip. Their responses are crazy, poorly written (like grade schoolers) and merely delay tactics to wear you down; none of their explanations make any sense at all. I was duped! Never book from them regardless of the discount. You will lose your money!!!

Scam company. Don't travel with them. They don't refund you for the cancelled flights. They are always cancelling flights.

Sorry, but it's a SCAM. I have lost thousands of dollars. Airlines have confirmed my refund but Kiwi.com is holding it. No help or customer service.

Don't buy a ticket from them! I bought a ticket this summer. Kiwi took money from my card, sent me a plane ticket. When I came to board the plane, the airline said that my ticket was not valid. Kiwi took money from my card, but did not transfer it to the airline. For more than 3 months, the Kiwi company has been ignoring me, the money has not been returned.

Is been over 6 months and still nothing on there part, if I don’t write to them there’s no follow up on there part, there said it would take 3 months to resolve the refund from my cancel flights in may 2nd, yet here we are, nothing yet and all they responded to me was a genetic email with same excuse. Stay away from Kiwi.com go with Expidia.com or Booking.com way better customer service and they handle all there returns on time. You have been warned stay away from Kiwi.com!

Dishonest, unkind and cruel. I booked my flights no problem but then day of my flight emailed me to say it was cancelled stopping me from being able to check in online. I had to investigate because my Flight WASN'T CANCELLED. I was told by kiwi keep Your receipts for checking in at airport and we will refund you. I did that 4 months later I get a response to say I’m not allowed a refund as I missed updating my info to check in online. Well I couldn’t because you falsely cancelled my flight and I couldn’t update my info. Companies like this don’t deserve to make a profit. Cheats, liars and fakes who don’t care about their customers.

While Kiwi may look to be a few dollars cheaper than other travel websites, they are not worth the headache. The pandemic has brought to light their unscrupulous behavior towards their customers: despite numerous examples of airlines already refunding air tickets, Kiwi continues to hold on to the refunds for themselves and only sometimes refunds pennies on the dollar or issues travel vouchers instead of the original payment type. We had our own experience in that we had air tickets from Canada to Australia by way of New Zealand. Australia and New Zealand both closed their borders to incoming travelers and Air New Zealand cancelled the flights. Leading up to our flight dates, Kiwi attempted to convince us that we needed to pay thousands more to change flights to other carriers despite knowing that we weren’t physically able to enter the country. Despite the flights being cancelled by the airline, Kiwi continues to insist that we accept pennies on the dollar in refunds. The airline won’t deal with us as they insist we must work through Kiwi yet Kiwi won’t budget nor will they answer the phones or much of our correspondence. You are much better off paying those extra few dollars to book directly with the airline and have the peace of mind that the airline will act in a more professional manner when it comes to issues such as this. Since 8 months my flights have been cancelled by the airlines for a trip that I (unfortunately) booked via Kiwi.com. Since 8 months, I'm in contact with Kiwi.com. Trying to call them, sending them endless emails and endless messages on their live chat. Only ca. 2% of my calls even go through to their "customer service", the rest just bounces off. None of my emails and none of my inquiries on their live chats get answered. IF I get through on the phone, the "customer service" tells me to be patience and relax... It's been 8 months and I'm still waiting to hear back from the airlines or Kiwi.com. This company left me completely alone in this whole process and just showed me how unreliable they are as a business partner. They completely ignored my case from day 1. It just shows how much they really value their customers. It's one thing to grow as a company. But in moments like this, the character of a company really shows. And the face that Kiwi.com has shown in this pandemic is ugly and disgusting. I lost out on a lot of money because of Kiwi.com. Money, that people don't have during a pandemic. Kiwi.com should understand this and their customers. They shouldn't just ignore all their customers and hope that everyone accepts just losing money. Enough is enough, my patience has come to an end. This was definitely my very last booking with them. Truly dishonest and unprofessional company that takes profit out of other people's misery... Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Everyone who reads this: Please avoid this company!!!

Kiwi.com is a total scam. My flights were cancelled and refused to give me any refund back, despite multiple rounds of requests and discussions with them! Would never use them again and advise everyone else against getting anywhere near close them. Companies like Kiwi.com should go out of business immediately and face legal repercussions.

I booked a flight in February and it was canceled in March due to Covid. I requested a refund and it’s been 9 months and i have yet to receive a full refund. I contacted the airlines who let me know the money was already paid to them. They don’t respond to messages or emails. Don’t lose your money too!

All, Take any issues with Kiwi to the Citizen Advice and request a travel dispute from your bank. Please put bad reviews everywhere in internet. Send them 1000 emails to them. They will pay us back in labour. Join the group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/254374211743198/?ref=share
