Stay away! I bought the ticket 3 weeks before the departure date and the airline cancelled because of payment issues. On Kiwi website my ticket was valid and my money taken. Still waiting for my money. No money, no ticket. STAY AWAY! SCAM!

Absolutely rubbish service. Each chat message is responded bya different agent who does not read any of the previous note. Standard reply is telling me to rebook online or have a £10 refund due to voluntary cancellation. Peru is red COVID status means I cannot go to Peru! The other option is to rebook a different flight but as I want to do the trip in one years time and the airline has not published their schedule, keeps suggesting me to pick a different date when I’m not in Peru. No option to receive a credit voucher unlike any companies I have dealt with physical or online. They are cheap for a reason. If everything goes well, you are lucky. If things goes wrong, they won’t help you but will keep your money. Of course, they will be able to cancel the flight with the airline, no problem. BUT you won’t get your money back. Unacceptable business practises. Avoid avoid avoid. I warned them about giving them a bad rating. They simply said it was no reason to. I can get a refund (£10) for the standard ticket I purchased or rebook even though there dates did not suit me. Like hitting my head against a brick wall

Terrible experience, scam artists Terrible! The worse experience I ever had, together with skyscanner. They should call them skyscammer!. Booked a trip to Montengro consisting in 3 different flights. I couldn’t check in online, not allowed, the luggage policies on their website are wrong. Ther e-ticket they provide you doesn’t inform you which tarif you have, so no way to find out until you check in at the counters. Call them few times to find out, there had no idea or they couldn’t explain. Terrible experience, end up costing me almost twice the amount advertised. I won’t recommend and I will never never use it again.

Using Kiwi.com was one of the worst travel experiences i've ever had. My friends and I planned a trip to Mykonos in Summer of 2021. They were able to get reasonably-priced flights booked on a (legit) website. By the time I was ready to book, the price had increased considerably. Then I saw the original price being offered by Kiwi.com, so I booked with them. Tbh, I had the feeling their website was sketchy to begin with, but I ignored my apprehension and booked/paid for the flights. Within a few days, one of the legs of the trip was cancelled (granted, which is not Kiwi.com's fault). However, when I was notified by Kiwi.com, all of their alternate route suggestions were inconvenient, and I would incur additional fees! I looked on the specific airline's website myself, and was easily able to find better connections. I sent numerous emails to Kiwi.com to ask for assistance to book this flight. All went unanswered. Furthermore, it was impossible to find a telephone number to deal with them directly. When I called the airline myself, there was the hassle of persuading them to make the requested changes, since the trip was booked via a travel website, and not on my own. The airline finally agreed, I was able to change my flight and without added cost. Weeks later, Kiwi.com sent me an email, apologizing that I "didn't get a timely response on your inquiries since we are receiving a high volume of helpdesk message requests." And even with that email, no actual assistance. Totally inexcusable! I have since learned that Kiwi.com is a czech-based outfit (!), and I can't help feel that it's a team of one guy, in his parents' basement, in some Prague suburb, doing this as a side-hustle!! Stay away at all costs. From now on, I will stay with legit companies even if it costs a little more. Lesson learned.

FRAUDSTERS....... They booked my ticket from Air Canada.Then the flight gets cancelled.The flights were not running due to Covid ,even then they book tickets.After a couple of days, they say ,flight is cancelled and apply for refund within 48 hours.I applied and and am still waiting after 18 months.I lost approx 200000 Indian rupees.

Do not go with kiwi.com. They will cancel your flight and say oups the company did that! then they won't tell you about it, they will then go ahead and offer your sh***y alternatives and approve them for you and that's how they steal your money. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

⛔⛔⛔ATENTION!!!⛔⛔⛔ DO NOT BOOK with Kiwi.com! They will change your flights without your approval and then they will say that you did approve it!And you will never get a refund!!! One of my flights changed from 5th Oct to 4th Oct without my consent!I called them to request a refund, but they said that I did approve the flight while on the airline website my booking is still waiting my action, either i accept or request refund which proves I didn't accept or approve the change! I have pictures of my booking still pending action while kiwi.com on the phone is telling me that I did approve the flight change ( and I have the call registered as well. And as well the first call with them when I told them I am not ok with the flight chage as it destroy all my plans and it's no point for me to flight there anymore! People who can i can contact or where can I place a complain on them? I have all the evidence needed to prove that their are liars and scammers!!! ⚠️Please Share the story and suggest an authority who can take care of this. Thank you very much!

Horrible booking with different airlines, no help for delayed/missed flight. Messed up our vacation. Customer service is the worst ever. Upgraded service pack was useless, complaint about it, no refund. Never ever I deal with them again, advise you to do the same.

I would not recommend Kiwi. They are thieves and liers. We booked our flight to Canada with them. The pandemic hit and, while the airline company (in our case, Lufthansa) was reimbursing our flight, Kiwi told us Lufthansa did not. What is funny is that, on top of lying to us, they offered us a 'refund service' to presumelly go and get the reimbursement from Lufthansa (that they had already received !!). We PAID for this service 60 euros and their answer: 'despite our efforts, our team was not able to get the reimbursment of your flight'. We contacted this company Vol en Retard (a lawer firm specialized in ailine litigations) and they got our money back !!!! As said, kiwi is cheap, but there is a difference between being cheap and having no ethical values !

Do not add emotions. Be brief and to the point. You will need a brown envelope, and FedEx, DHL to the following address in the Czech Republic: Czech Trade Inspection Authority ADR Unit Štěpánská 796/44 110 00 Praha 1 Czech Republic Once they receive your forms, you will receive an email from Manager Patrick Kuffa. Will never use again, you always pre pay for luggage then you have to pay again, they say they will refund you, but they never do. So you pay twice for luggage. Stay away

THEY SHOULD BE CALLED KIWI.CON.Do NoT book anything with this company got some money back by putting in a refund with Ryanair direct MYSELF. Ryanair payed me promptly what Kiwi paid Ryanair for flights. Had another flight with Easyjet and have proof that Kiwi.com was repaid the cost of flight when I sent email. Said finance team were looking into it same as looking into a black hole. No money and waiting one year.

This is scammers They stole me 500 Dolares , No give my credit They send me a code for me put my ticket in credit, I put it in credit and the company transfer my ticket to kiwi and they don’t gave me , I had my ticket cancel because COVID But they don’t gave credit I work had for get 550 dólares and kiwi stole my money 😭😭😭 I’m crying a lot because they stole my money Don’t buy anything with kiwi 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Scam. In what universe is it okay to take 3 months or more to issue a refund. We paid for luggage on all flights and put in requests to get wheelchair assistance for my handicapped husband. We never got boarding passages on any of out flights. Neither airline got the luggage funds or the wheelchair message and we booked way in advance. When a company cannot provide what they clearly state they can and take your money for it, that is the definition of a scam. The fact that they can't refund sooner because of high volume. The work "volume" says it all. I truthfully doubt I will ever see my refund

Kiwi.com is a scam. They are thieves. No service, no contact, and no refund even within the FAA mandated 24 hour period. Dispute the charge and write as many negative reviews online as you can. Zloději

I've been scammed 2.280 for two tickets. Someone should tell the airplane companies not to do buisness with this crowd. Also there call center sounds like there based in the Philippines somewhere. So authorities should set up there strike force there to catch these scammers.. these people are taking millions from innocent hardworking people.. hopefully someone from afp even fbi just someone in that level to have all the tools available to stop these criminals.. arvo d stevenson

I booked a flight through them and had an email claiming that the booking would be ‘confirmed in a few minutes, but in any case in no longer than 24 hours’. The money, of course, was collected immediately. This was 3 days ago. I tried to use ‘contact’ email but did not work, and nothing in ‘help’ covered the topic, conveniently. I then tried to ring them. They ask to enter the booking number. When I did a recorded message told me that ‘we are working on your booking and cannot assist you further’. So basically they have my money, I cannot contact them or get a refund. Basically they are plain thieves
