"Ordered HP refurbished laptop. Worked fine except for the in-built camera which wasn't working.\r\n\r\nWent back and forth with tech support for days - they were not at all helpful, suggested things I had already informed them I had done.\r\n\r\nI finally spoke to their tech support on the phone. Went through everything again and was informed they had to arrange for the laptop to be collected so they could check it - they said it had not been checked before it was sold to me... when I questioned the sale of a refurbished laptop not being checked, they backtracked and said it had!!! After checking they would repair it or issue a refund, but the checking part would take 7-10 days.\r\n\r\nI would not be able to get a refund or a replacement until after the 7-10 days.\r\n\r\nEscalated the matter. Had another phone call and was told the exact same thing again. Very unhelpful, very unsympathetic.\r\n\r\nSteer well clear!!!"

"First time buyer so was a little skeptical to begin with, first monitor had a fault with the screen too. This was all quickly seen to and a replacement was sent, along with an added extra as cables for all ports was provided at no extra cost. It was a nice little bonus."

"Laptop that I bought was wrongly advertised. Was advertised as having a backlit keyboard which was one of the reasons I purchased it. Upon receiving it it had no backlit keyboard. Annoying the website does not have the correct information listed for their items. \r\n\r\nLaptopsdirect we\u2019re good apart from that, delivery was prompt"

"They had the used monitors I was looking for in very good(A1) condition at a reasonable price. Painless purchasing process. Extremely well packed and delivered. Power cord supplied but they only sent VGA cables \ud83d\ude22 do had to order display port cables from Amazon"
