LG drop in range is not recommended. Have had electrical, switch issues where you turn on one eye and a second comes on. Or you turn on and the one eye doesn’t come on but the other side does. Thankfully had a warranty. The repair man comes out and said it was knobs. He ordered them and said not to use the stove for 2 weeks. We have been using this constantly with him not doing anything to alter its functionality, so why not use. Given this range is not 2 years old - do your homework and avoid buying this product.

Customer Service is the WORST I've ever experienced. Repeated disconnects, promised call backs that never happened, and outright lies. Avoid at all costs, they do not value their customers and will make your life hell.

Do not waist your money on LG appliances, they're not reliable and they're made to fail quickly, I had a terrible experience with an expensive LG microwave device that failed after 13 months. Just after the manufacture warranty!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor repair service arrangement for my LG washing machine. My washing machine is only one year old and has completely stopped functioning. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I was informed that it would take six days before a technician could be arranged to attend to the repair. This delay is unreasonable for an essential household appliance, especially one that is still relatively new. As the machine is fully unusable, this prolonged waiting period has caused significant inconvenience to my household. A washing machine is a basic necessity, and I find it unacceptable that customers are expected to wait nearly a week without any interim solution, priority scheduling, or clear escalation for such cases. I chose LG based on its reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far below expectations, particularly for after-sales service and customer support. I would appreciate: • An explanation for the excessive delay in arranging a technician • Clarification on why no expedited service was offered for a non-functioning, 1-year-old unit • Immediate action to improve the handling of this case I hope LG will take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution that reflects LG’s commitment to customer satisfaction. LG tagline, life is good. Actually making my life no good. I’ll switch back to Samsung even I’ve to pay more. NEVER buy LG washing machine again

Purchased an LG Gram Pro Laptop with a promotion back in May 2025. Did I ever receive the Marvel Avengers promo? NO!!!! I have spoken to customer service at least 3 separate occasions, each consisting of several phone calls, over several days, and supposedly speaking with managers. "Oh, we will get back to you." Not even close because I'm still waiting 2 months from the last series of calls. I always have to begin the process. Where are my promos? Such a SCAM! LG Customer Service really does SUCK!!!!

We love our LG Washing machine but we are disgusted at the fact that the inside rim next to the detergent dispenser started rusting about a year or so after we purchased it. The machine is kept inside our home is the laundry room with no excessive moisture. We keep it clean and use it at least twice a week. I thought these machines had a better finish than 10-20 years ago? We want it to last so what do we do?

LG products are not designed to last. I purchased an induction range that arrived broken. It would hum loudly and 2 of the 5 burners would turn off when the dial passed 5 and turn back on when I reached 9. The person they sent to repair it showed up without parts claiming he needed to see it for himself before he could order parts and then went on to say,.in the same sentence, he didn't have them bc they were on back order. I questioned him once again on wasting my time and he just snapped at me. Then he sat in his car for 2 hours outside my home. After another 2 weeks they agreed to fully replace my range and gave me an extended warranty. Fast forward a year and majority of the numbers are wiping off of the dials. I can't even tell which setting I'm on. I attempted to reach out and was told they don't provide replacements and that is a me problem. They produce sub quality products and aren't worth the time, energy, or money.

STAY AWAY FROM LG. Hands down the worst customer support and web site interns of getting basic appliance information. Shame on them for being so disrespectful to customers time and money.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent us a lemon--circuit board didn't work, so they replaced it. Still didn't work. They suggested the WE check our electric. We did--no problem. We asked that they replace it, and they said they needed to have it serviced THREE TIMES before they would consider that, and then never sent another person out. We have called, texted, live chatted...and nothing. We have been without a dryer for FIVE WEEKS. If you choose them, you are rolling the dice.

I purchased this LG stove 6 months ago, and last week the glass cooktop spontaneously exploded two hours after I had finished cooking. The stove was not even in use at the time. Despite providing photos clearly showing the glass is elevated and pushed outward—proving it was an internal failure and not an impact—LG is claiming I must have dropped something on it. They are refusing to honor the warranty and have kept me in a loop of "someone will call you back" for days. A 6-month-old stove should not explode, and a company should stand by its product. Beware of the "LG Premium" price tag; the support is anything but.
