I ordered a washing machine from L G. . Two weeks and no delivery. L G could not track/trace delivery. They would only say it was "shipped". I cancelled the order and LG agreed and confirmed the cancellation. Over 40 days, phone calls, and e-mail messages and still credit has not been issued. Wish I could give a minus star. I would never consider another purchase of any L G product.

Bought a tv and a soundbar as a packaged deal. Soundbar was defective so I returned it. It has been over a month and no reimbursement or replacement. They escalated this to a "presidential liason" department and still not resolved. This is a simple scenario which should have had a quick and automatic resolution. Instead they are uneccessarily dragging it out with no end in sight. Besides that, I have had to deal hours with their worthless overseas customer service department. Really bad customer service, especially for such a large established company.

Very very very unsatisfied with the lg experience. I placed an order online for a washer and the delivery was delayed and rescheduled 3 times. It’s been 3 weeks since the order was placed and no delivery yet. I’m on wait call for about 1 h to cancel the order. God knows how long this will take until they refund me !!! Good luck with lg.com !!!!

I ordered a Christmas present for my wife. A steam closet. It was advertised as delivered on Monday, December 22. I gave them the money. It’s now December 22. They haven’t even bothered to ship it and of course I can’t get a hold of anybody and I signed up for an account but the product I purchased doesn’t even show up on the account. I guess I should’ve checked the ratings before I tried to buy from this horrible company

Delived broken tv. No response to attempt to return and replace. Do not buy from LG online. They could care less about your time.

I’m disappointed by LG’s approach to network privacy on their smart TVs. After a recent software update, my router began blocking repeated outbound connections from my LG TV to random third-party websites — despite all advertising and tracking options being turned off in the TV settings. This isn’t about ads existing — it’s about security and trust. A device that must share a home network with online banking and government services should not be quietly contacting sketchy, unrelated domains in the background. If LG needs internet access for features, it should be routed through secure, clearly owned LG domains, with real opt-out controls. I ultimately disconnected the TV from Wi-Fi entirely and now use an external streaming device, which defeats the purpose of having a “smart” TV in the first place. LG needs to do better when it comes to transparency and user privacy.

I would not waste my money with anything from LG! I bought a complete set range refrigerator above stove microwave. The refrigerator went out within 3 years I bought an extended warranty which was nothing but a headache because where I bought the appliances only sells the appliance and the warranty the people who actually own the warranty is a company called centricity but they only own the warranty they subcontract out to appliance repair people then I come to find out that LG only allows LG appliance repair people to work on their product internally do you know how hard it is to get an LG certified repair person and it's still somehow managing to cost me out of pocket despite my warranty because everyone wants to argue who's responsibility it is. Several hundreds of dollars of food wasted weeks of waiting and still have not had a single person come out to look at my fridge. Waste of my time to buy brand new and to buy warranty poor customer service even more poor product!!!!!! And trust me no one is going to tell you when they sell you these appliances what the catches are and what a headache they are to work on or deal with specifically LG.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR APPLIANCES. I purchased an LG washer and dryer stack in April 2025. By September 2025, the dryer had already failed. It now takes multiple cycles just to dry HALF a load of clothes, making the appliance unusable. I contacted LG Customer Care, and it took several weeks just to get a technician dispatched. The dryer is well within the one-year manufacturer warranty and should have been replaced. Instead, LG sent a technician who literally Googled how to diagnose and fix the issue while standing in my home. Is this LG’s idea of professional training? YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE THE WORST TECHNICIAN IN THE WORLD LG! I DISGUST YOU AND YOUR ELECTRONICS NOW. The technician had to return 3–4 times before even attempting part replacements. After the parts were replaced, the same error still exists, the dryer still does not function properly, and I am forced to use a laundromat despite owning a “new” appliance. What's even more crazy is that they blame my vent system failure for the dryer's failure (AND I KEPT REPEATING TO THEM THAT THE DRYER IS AS OLD AS THE HOUSE, EVERY SINGLE CALL) :) UM ARE YOU STUPID LG? WHO THE HELL GRANT ENGINEERING DEGREE TO ALL OF YOUR ENGINEERS? To make matters worse, the technician completely ghosted me after the last visit. No follow-up. No resolution. No accountability. No nothing. Customer Care also NEVER created a service ticket, despite the fact that I called every single day to complain. I now have no clear point of contact, no working appliance, and no idea whether LG intends to honor its warranty at all. At this point, I am wondering: Is my money gone? Does LG stand behind its products or its warranty? Why am I paying for a brand-new appliance that doesn’t work? THANKS LG!

I ordered tv and sound system. There was a box to click for free wall mounting. When I called they said that it wasn't and there was nothing they could do about it. Next, they assured me that I would be notified prior to the deliveries. Two separate delivery dates (one for the TV and one for the sound system). We were not notified for the sound system and it was delivered with no one there to take delivery. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half (the said 15 minutes) to make sure I am notified of the TV delivery.

This Is a review of Customer Service not the product itself. Product was ordered directly from LG to be delivered to a home through a third-party shipping. Communication from the shipping company is horrible and almost completely absent. The product delivery has been delayed already once with no updates on the actual day of delivery as to whether this delivery is going to happen and no timeframe set. No no phone number provided for the actual delivery company or person making the delivery thus no way to get any real updates having to go through some call center from who knows where in order to try to get any information which may or may not be accurate.

Customer service sucks, and the customer service supervisor says the same as the csr...everyone passing the buck... Bought French door fridge, 2weeks later noticed water underneath, icemaker froze up and started kissing water out the back, floor warped and 2week old fridge is junk, LG said not worthy of replacement. Technician came and told the wife he can't turn the water on or off that thats a instalation issue, he just does the repair, and since she was to short to turn the water on an off and wasn't comfortable to hook up an un hook the plastic water line he was done with the repair, but when the parts arrive we are more than welcome to put them on, just becareful, it won't be covered under warranty if we break something.....Wait, What???? When we called, csr said I gotta talk to a department that gas no phones, email from lg car only with a call back 24hrs later....omg... 30 days later still no we're near a new fridge...

LG purchased at Sam's Club. Ghosting within 6 months of purchase, LG has a 3 year warranty I purchased this LG TV expecting high quality, but unfortunately it has been nothing but disappointing. The screen developed noticeable ghosting very quickly, making it unpleasant to watch sports, movies, or even basic shows. I contacted LG customer support to have the issue addressed under warranty, but instead of providing a solution, I was told this ghosting is "normal." Ghosting is not acceptable for a modern television, especially at this price point. A TV should deliver clear, sharp images, not blurry trails behind every moving object. What makes this worse is the dismissive attitude from LG support—rather than acknowledging the defect or offering repair options, they simply denied responsibility. I’ve owned TVs from other brands that have lasted years without issues, so it’s clear this is not "normal." Between the poor product quality and lack of accountability from customer service, I cannot recommend LG to anyone.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the performance and warranty coverage of my LG gas dryer, which ceased functioning after only 19.5 months of use. The dryer was purchased along with a matching washer from Home Depot on November 19, 2023. My concern is not with the retailer, but with LG’s warranty policy and product reliability. After contacting your customer service department on three separate occasions—the most recent being December 5, 2025—I was informed that the product warranty is limited to one year. This information was particularly disappointing given the relatively short lifespan of the appliance. Following your representatives’ instructions, I arranged for my local utility provider to perform a safety check on my gas line. The inspection confirmed that the gas line is functioning properly. Despite complying with all directives and providing this information, I was ultimately told that no assistance could be offered because the warranty had expired. What is most concerning is that the dryer, which receives significantly less use than the washer, failed while the washer continues to operate without issue. This raises questions about the durability and quality of LG appliances. Furthermore, LG’s slogan, “Life’s Good,” does not reflect my experience with this product. I request that LG review this matter and consider offering a resolution, whether through repair, replacement, or another form of assistance. I believe this situation warrants attention, as customers expect appliances of this caliber to last well beyond 19 months.

I ordered an LG OLED 77" C5 October 26, 2025 directly from their website. They said it would deliver November 6. I took the day off and waited. I called and they said they lost the TV. Then I was told it would be delivered November 10. I took the day off and waited. I was tracking the order and it showed the truck was a block away then never arrived. I called at the end of the day and they said they lost the TV. They offered $50 for the inconvenience. I declined and they offered $100. I should have declined again, but I accepted. The rescheduled for November 14. I took the day off and waited. I called and they said they would get back to me. They never did. I got an email scheduling the deliver for November 20. I took the day off and waited. Then I got another email scheduling the delivery for November 22. I had doubts since it was a Saturday. Instead, I waited. It never arrived. I called and they said it would for sure be delivered November 25. I waited. I called and the guy said he tracked it down and it would arrive on December 1. I took the day off and waited. On December 2, someone called me! They said they apologized for all the issues and that it was loaded on the truck and would be delivered December 3 between 8a-10a. I took the day off and waited. I just got off the phone with LG again (December 4). They said they can't offer me anything else for my inconvenience since they already did once. They can't just send me the next model up (they can't alter a placed order). They can't contact the delivery company. They are escalating the issue (even though they tell me that every time I call). I thought I was getting a deal by ordering directly from LG. Instead I wasted six PTO days. I was a dedicated LG customer. In the last five years I have purchased two refrigerators, two washers, two dryers, six TVs, a stove, a range, and a dishwasher. They have lost a customer. Life is Good, but it's too short to deal with this.

Washing machine and dryer purchased INCLUDING INSTALLATION SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE. Two men arrive, and I have to spend 30 minutes convincing them that I have paid for this installation service. Eventually, they concede. Then they ask if they both have to come along. I say no, one can come back with me, the other just has to go downstairs. They didn't do that because he didn't have to come along. What nonsense. Most arrogant bloody company ever.

I recently placed an order for an LG OLED C5 television directly from LG. I had 3 delivery dates rescheduled. Then they told me it was delivered! They are so screwed up. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM LG. After waiting a month, I cancelled my order and bought a SONY.

I purchased a LG TV from Best Buy within a month of using the TV doesn’t turn on. It is under manufactures warranty. LG customer service took 6 days to return my call and is giving me a complete run around. NEVER will I purchase anything from LG again. They do not stand behind their products and are rude and disrespectful to customers.
