THIS WAS OUR HOONYMOON! This was our honeymoon! And Between Loveholiday and the hotel, we were totally done over. We paid for a junior Suite with double bed and walk in power shower and daily room service, we got there and the hotel we were supposed to be in was closed, put us on 1st floor tiny room with separate beds and an old bath! Had to stay the night, was then "upgraded" to a Suite which they said had double bed and sea view, what we paid for. It was an upgrade from the cheapest room they tried putting us in, but was still a massive downgrade to what we paid for and just had a double room with single beds again! Spent too many days trying to sort it with loveholiday and they were terrible. They have now taken ages to get back to us, and apparently blaming covid for DOWNGRADING! Didnt even know covid-19 could work a PC to be honest. The law says if you are DOWNGRADED in any hotel, you are due a refund and hotel should bend over backwards to help you. They were terrible at Castillo Antiquga and San Jorge hotel. OUR HONEYMOON WAS RUINED!!! Book at your own disappointment.wont even consider giving a partial refund! It's all covid fault. Lol.

I booked a holiday with loveholidays at the beginning of this year for August. The flights were cancelled and the resort never opened. I have been chasing Loveholidays for my refund since July. It is now nearly December and they still haven't refunded it. They don't answer anything. They don't respond to letters or emails. I will never book with them again as they are a nightmare.

Cancelled our Holliday due to Covid gave us half our money back even though was a package Holliday and said claim the rest off Ryan air so rang Ryan air they said not our problem ring lovehollidays absaloute joke fast to take the money but not to refund

Avoid !!! Package holiday booked last year to Majorca for this year, September, hotel shut down along with all others in areas. Ryan air still flying out no matter what!! No refund on flights and no body wanted to know. So we would have been abandoned in resort!!!! Never again Loveholidays or Ryan Air!! Had 3 holidays cancelled with other direct holiday companies jet 2 and virgin...fully refunded without issue and in a timely manner 1 year 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Just call your bank and get them to do a chargeback i did and got my money back within 30 minutes .They go to loveholidays bank and take the money directly.Good luck.

Had flights cancelled and a full refund given by the airline. LOVE HOLIDAYS simply refuse to communicate about having this refund forwarded back to me. They are quick to take any money for anything they can from you but do not want to return any money that you are entitled to.

I'm extremely unhappy with loveholidays and probably will be looking to book with another company next year as loveholidays are keeping people's refunds from the airlines. I'm with Norwegian airline and they have payed my refund to loveholidays and I believe this is criminal what they are doing to me. Iv sent them all the proof iv got in emails and they haven't had the courtesy to send me an email apologising! I'm really angry as my 12 year olds holiday was completely ruined. Oh and also loveholidays ignored me when I was trying to get help when we was stuck in America. Whatever this company are saying about getting refunds back from Airlines is a complete lie they are being payed the refunds and its been about 6 months for me now. I think loveholidays have got a lot of explaining to do???? And also don't tell me to read a small print of anything its criminal what you've done and I will take you to court out of principal! I have all the proof i need. People shouldn't be treated like this! What a poor company!

Absolute disgrace holding families money in this crisis and continue to pass us around, admin rubbish, do not adhere to their policies- we have done absolutely everything asked and still can’t get our flight money back despite having proof from airline they refunded love holidays- never ever book with them - we paid our money to them and we should be refunded by them and they get their money back from airlines- it’s nothing short of disgraceful

The airline changed the flights, meaning we depart one day later which also means we lost one whole day of our holiday. I notified Loveholidays expecting the charge for our accomodate to be reduced, but instead they are charging extra, stating its the hotel that are charging more for 9 nights than the original 10. Having contacted the hotel directly, they dispute this, stating they will only charge the nights we stay Loveholidays refuse to budge or waive the extra charge, stating its not their problem and that I am unable to escalate this to anyone at Loveholidays to try to resolve this, so I will take this further using other means and raise a complaint against them...

If you ever have cause to complain with Love Holidays, they just ignore you. No acknowledgement, nothing. I'm still awaiting a response from them since May 2020 (emailed them at 01:38 on 30/05/20). Letters have been returned or ignored that require a signature as they dont accept such correspondence. Chased numerous times. Online chat assured me that I would get a response but ignored again. ATOL advised me to set up a case with the European Commission and Love Holidays have ignored them too. This firm needs to cease trading as it is unfair that their customers have to put up with this.

Booked with these clowns , 1 holiday for July to Turkey then another holiday for Italy both cancelled due to covid , love holidays don’t keep to there word , still waiting for a refund , would never use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

Received hotel refund within 14 days but not flight, so after 3 months went to credit card and got money back from them.IF you booked a package holiday with LH you are entitled to a full refund from them under section 75 of the consumer act by law. Go to your credit card or bank for chargeback or county court. Do it they have’nt a leg to stand on.

Loveholidays provided by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Virtually impossible to contact, customer service reps who disconnected when they cannot answer a question, had to fight tooth and nail to get refund through ABTA (who they have now left, be warned). Even refused letters by post. An appalling excuse of a company, you have been warned.

LoveHolidays, more like LoveScamming Booked a package holiday for December to celebrate a big birthday and Emirates have changed the flight dates and now our hotel and flights don’t align. Contacted loveholidays in August to make them aware of this and have been promised call backs, none of which have happened, live chat refuse to speak to me and I get a copy and pasted message to say ‘someone will be in touch you just need to wait, Hugh volumes etc’ it’s just not good enough. Poor customer service, call backs that haven’t came, they have completely closed ranks and have my £3,500 squarely in their pocket. I will NEVER ever book with them again and have actually been in talks with This Morning to talk about my case.

LoveHolidays provide NO customer service Booked a holiday that isn’t going ahead and paid in full. Been promised by LoveHolidays 6 seperate times that they will call me specifically to discuss my booking, this hasn’t happened to date. No live chat advisor will help me, they all tell me the same thing, ‘you need to wait’ and that someone will get back to me 3 working days prior to departure to say whether the holiday is cancelled or not. Like, seriously? I’ve asked to make a complaint and I’ve been told they will look at my complaint 156 days after departure. I’ve asked to write in and they’ve said ‘our HQ is closed so we won’t respond to your letter’. There is no live telephone number, no email, no post just live chat advisors who refuse to engage or actually help in any meaningful way. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade, absolute scam artists. I will never ever book again with this company. This has been the least positive experience of Covid, attempting to deal with a company who close ranks and refuse to talk to their customers.

Well done everyone keep putting your bad coments about this awful unlawful company on here .I am glad to see that lots off people are doing a chargeback or taking them to the small claims court good luck to you all.And the sooner they go bust the better
