Very unhappy. The phone sim sent to me had a fault. We inserted another sim to see if the phone was at fault. The phone was fine but became sim locked to that other network. No help from Mobiles.co.uk would not recommend this company

If another SIM was inserted into the phone and it locked to another network we are unable to exchange or return the handset. The operative sold the product which is an old model at too costly a deal! In trying to email to cancel the agreement my email was returned recipient failed. I tried phoning but phone number was unobtainable, I then phoned mobiles.Co.UK only to be told I needed to phone Carphone warehouse direct even though they made the initial contact. With a considerable time and effort and the patience of the Carphone warehouse representative I managed to cancel the contract. Mobiles.Co.UK is the most despicable company I've had the misfortune in dealing with!

Despite sending back the phone within the 14 days,you still took the 36.00 pounds from my account,iam now having to persue 02 and yourselves to get my money.. If anybody read the reviews from 2010 and thought they must be ok now dont be fooled.

Hello Mark, Thank you for your review. I would like to apologise for being charged by 02 when you cancelled the order. The network issues the bill within 7 days from when the contract is taken out. With cancellations it can take 3-5 days for the network to cancel the contract once we receive the handset back. They sent me a phone that doesn't work and the seem card doesn't work. Wondering if the products are not tested before us. I'm really disappointed I'm thinking of going higher to seek help. Because this bad to treat customers like that. I got a bill to pay now which doesn't even work the phone. I'm really disappointed

I have been misled by your site. I went on the phones with free gifts section. I selected a beats pill. I then put an apple filter and an o2 filter. Top of the list is the phone I wanted - 6s 64 GB. at the top of the page the beats pill is still displayed and I am in the section for free gifts ... I am now told my order doesn't qualify for a free gift. But I ordered my phone from the free gift area with the beats pill still at the top of the page ... you guys need to send my my free gift ...

Where to start, having to send back two phones that are locked, I thought the phone would have been checked at least so the customer wouldn't have any problems , it will be over a week since initial contract was implemented and I can't make a call,what kind of customer experience would you call that,plus having to make long landline calls to customer service, waiting for phones to be collected, I'll await for you response and I hope suitable compensation, regards j.c

Good initial offers. Takes for ever to speak to a human. Didn't complete the paperwork properly with Vodaphone to transfer process became a nightmare

Mobile uk had a good deal on a iPhone 6 but gave me bad advise about how to port my number they advised to buy a 02 pay as you go sim then register it costing me £10.00 then wait 24 hours to get a pak code I did this got a pack from my old provider orange only to be told that we and orange could of done this free of charge .cost me over £11.00 talking to 02 customer services in phone bills to get a pak code not very happy with the advise but got a good deal in the end better than what really or orange could offer ,not easy to get through on phone as have to wait to long room for improvement

Hello Mark, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the information that you received was incorrect. EE do not allow customers to transfer numbers from one EE contract to another. The only way is to move out of EE and move back. Being on Orange in some cases the network does allow this however we cannot guarantee this. I’ve tried calling you to discuss this issue further but I was unable to get through to you. Please could you confirm a best time that I may call you? The reason our hold times were so long last week was due to the release of the Samsung Galaxy S7. We have now put things in place to reduce this. The first could be the credit check may have been declined or the second reason could be the internal security check failed. If the reasons are due either of these we are unable to overturn the rejection and the second order will not be processed. We have no influence over the decision and we cannot overturn the decision. Phone was recalled by Fraud department and when I finally got through the customer service was told that she was sorry but couldn't tell me the reason why or override. I've yet to receive a refund for the upfront payment I made either. Very disappointing experience

If they deem an order not safe after it is processed then a return is set up. We have no influence over this and cannot overturn it. I wasn't planning on writing a review, but then I saw that I could be in with a chance of winning an IPad Air 2! I don't normally read the T&C's for these prize opportunities, but did on this occasion. Let me introduce you all to point 4... 4. Entry for the prize draw opened on 30thst June 2015 (the “Opening date”) and closes on the 31st October 2015 So the draw closed 4 and a half months ago. For that I dock them a star. I dock them another star because they sent me a refurbed phone instead of a NEW phone when I ordered a new contract. To be fair, they dealt with it quickly (after 39 min queue on the phone to customer services) and picked up refurbed phone the next day and I am expecting the NEW phone today (3 days later). I would have given them 3 stars, but the fact they enticed me into writing a review with the possibility of winning something I now know I cannot possibly win means they don't deserve anything more than 1 star. Please stop misleading people! I'm only just about to start my contract with you and already encountering troubling signs! Please don't be like this for the next 24 months!

Initially very impressed with the competitive pricing, and the telephone service, the rep was very friendly and very good. However, wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them: - Never received an email confirming the order - Never received a text confirming the order - Have no account number - Phone was received but was obviously opened before as there were no headphones and the charging cable was just shoved in there, un-wound. Tried to call them to address the above but phone lines take forever to be answered. Terrible...

The email may have gone into your junk or spam folder. The confirmation text is sent by DPD and it confirms the delivery of the handset. DPD send a text in the evening and in the morning to narrow the delivery time down. I’ve tried calling you to discuss this issue further but I was unable to get through to you. Sadly my experience to date hasn't been very good. After receiving a faulty phone, this was returned for an exchange and was sent to the wrong address despite having the correct address confirmed. My calls to Mobiles.co.uk last approx. 20 minutes so this was an additional cost of 10p per minute. Hopefully my contract will run a little smoother!

I find it disgraceful that I was turned down for a second mobile without a reason being given. Not a happy customer and I feel quite insulted as I have never been turned down for anything in my life!

I ordered a new phone through your company and the phone arrived promptly. The SIM card would not work, after 30 minutes of calling your representatives explained the problem. I had to phone them back after a week, and, after waiting on hold for more than 17 minutes I was told it was a problem with EE switching the SIM card over. If I hadn't phoned back when I did, when would you have contacted me? Probably never. Although your representative Mohammedg was extremely good on the phone and got to the point straight away, the call waiting time and the fact that so many other customers had been aggrieved by the same problem and you hadn't notified other customers seems, to me lacking somewhat in corporate governance. If you know there is a problem, let your customers know Asaph so they don't have to spend ages listening to pap music on hold. Thanks

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with! The joke is they have asked for 3 reviews but would only allow one of the 3 phones we ordered to be despatched. said failed internal checks! how can on one order there was 3 phones but only one was allowed. Then fobbed off that Vodaphone only allowed one order a day, told to try on husbands account, told to try next day, different payment cards etc - They have lost business by not telling the truth - probably didn't like a discount code I was using, I would never recommend this company!

I haven't received my phone despite next day delivery being stated. I have already received the o2 Bill for a phone I have not receieved. I've called and sent emails several times but still non the wiser of when my phone will arrive
