Poor customer service they make a lot of mistakes with poor quality items and if you complain they just make excuses. I've uploaded a screenshot of a great example of this when I purchased cookies which clearly had a bite mark in one of them from an in store bakery. But like I said this is just one example I have complained before about various other things and it's always the same a poor excuse from them. Got so sick of it I decided to write this review. Well done Morrison's

The Doughnuts in the Hereford Store are completely inedible just like undercooked lumps of dough with just a squirt of jam in the middle. Brought them in other Morrison’s stores and they were fine. Perhaps the person baking them needs a bit more training.

Nothing surprises me with this company. No idea about what should be where on shelves at times and empty ones too. Checkout ladies all getting less than £9 per hour for goodness sake. Avoid this company. The previous review says it all really.

I would give Morrisons the accolade of being the worst supermarket by far, for the following reasons: Customer service none of the people I have spoken to apart from one had any idea what customer service is!! The CEO and the Chairman of the company didn’t even have the courtesy to answer my emails or acknowledge my read receipts. Although I did get a phone call from the so-called customer service, even though I stressed I did not want anybody from that department to phone me. After that phone call I heard nothing which was not at all surprising. Coming to the complaint which other supermarkets, apart from Morrisons, would have done something at the very least, considering my complaint!! Complaint: I purchased a bag of watercress and I found a lizard in the bag still alive this was only noticed when we had consumed virtually all of the water cress. These reptiles carry a lot of bacteria and the attitude of Morrisons is totally disgusting. They really couldn’t give a damn about the customer!!

I agree with every single word of previous review. Terrible. I am using Asda more and more. Problem with them is their appalling self service. Looking into Lidl now. They do have self service but also enough others. I will not under any circumstances use self service!!

Stock keeping appalling - can never plan a meal as you never know what’s in stock (and I mean basics - pasta? Semi skimmed milk? Broccoli?) Lots of food is damaged or mouldy. Salad gets frozen because fridges are set to wrong temp. Ice-cream often thawed and refrozen. Empty shelves. Broken fridges that take months and months to fix. Wait ages to help at self checkout. Generally shoddy... I could go on.

Morrisons at it again. This time with a quarter of a water melon in cling film for £1:50 and a single water melon for £2!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you bought four quarters for £6 you may have well as bought three whole ones for the same money. I am gradually buying less and less there because of their constantly rising prices. The only redeeming thing about this company are their lovely checkout ladies.

There doesn't seem anything very nice here about this company so I will add a little bit more. Checkout supervisors. Obviously they have been put under pressure from management, but it is wrong to take it out on lovely friendly checkout staff isn't it. Keep it up and they will start to leave. Customers enjoy talking to checkout staff and at times even have a giggle with them. It is called "customer service" but some supervisors seem to be missing the point of this. If they cannot take the strain they should leave.

Anyone else noticed the flowers scam they are up to now? Roses. Some used to be £3.50 per bunch or £5 for two.Now they are £3.50 per bunch and no two for £5. Instead they say each bunch contains 25% extra. I worked it out, (won't bore you with the details) and you are in fact paying more for two bunches even though they say 25% extra.Do Morrisons think we are all stupid or something? I guess so. What is ridiculous is that about a minute walk away there is an Asda selling them for much less and fresher. It is becoming impossible to shop in Morrisons because of their constant price increases, not to mention their ever increasing amount of self service checkouts.

Deceptive pricing again, Morrisons Higher Ince Wigan, three bottles of beer for five pounds, but they slip normal priced beers in with the offer, would not have noticed but only bought three bottles of beer and at the till it was £5,65, I asked how is that possable off the three for five pounds shelves 'of which there are four or more' the assistant said it must be right so she went and had a look, she explained that the offer beers are a yellow label and the normal priced beers are a white label, the yellow label cover most of the shelves but in between there is a small white label with a normal price on it for other beers not in the offer, you dont really see these and they are spread out in various places on the shelves, why not all together and not with the offer beers, and to add to this not stocking the shelves especially the dairy section, started going to lidl and aldi better quality I think

Abysmal company to work for. A proper dictatorship. Say anything out of line and youll be reprimanded for it. A new venture called "pathways" is just a genius name for management bullying people to do what they want because "you've signed up for it". CEO a proper greedy barstool, stripped staff of bonuses, Sunday pay, paid breaks... Meanwhile he takes in roughly £5m a year in bonus payments. Complete hypocrite. All food is cheaply made and charged at high prices, you're better off going to Aldi or lidl at least you get what you pay for.

I wrote to Morrisons Chief Executive, raising the issue of log-broken LPG pumps in Byker, after failing to get a reply from Morrisons Complaints process. I FAILED TO GET A REPLY FROM MORRISONS TO TWO EMAILS SENT TO HIM!! If the CEO fails to work properly it will follow that the staffs below this rank will also fail to work properly. Morrisons is a shambles, by failing to listen to its customers it displays deep disregard for the public and the consumers who shop at Morrisons. Who can I complain to above the CEO? Is there a Chairman of the Board or something?

Online shopping is hopeless due to the amount of out of stock items. Sometimes you can add items to your cart to find they are out of stock when you go to pay. However the item is still instock on the website.

Fresh food in Morrisons? Sorry but I do not believe that at all. Fruit never is, bread is normally past bb date (fresh baked that is). Prices throughout store are utterly ludicrous. They seem to go up on a daily basis. Is this company trying to force us away for some strange reason? Maybe they are heading for a store on the moon. At least the moon men will be able to afford their cheese. I hear they like it lots.
