Had items stolen of my car,contacted airport security/police to be told the cctv isn't too clear and where I parked my car had no cctv,pretty poor excuse considering the money the generate from the thousands of cars that Park on there premises.

The girl that was boarding the flight was rude, I walked up to the existing queue and just before I got to the back a new queue was opened. I obviously hadn't even stopped so never had time to prepare my passport/boarding pass, rather than helping me get to the photo page. The staff members handed me it back and asked me to do this, I really think this is petty and would have taken longer than her doing it.

Difficult to know where the space is. Having to get a ticked validated by a very unfriendly member of staff when you return in a pain.

Car park was absolutely packed, which obviously isn't a problem. However, the signs said empty spaces so I drove round and round into areas where it said spaces and intact they were full. This was a nightmare! When we got parked there were no buses anywhere to be seen and so we walked. This isnt a long walk howecer it's not great is it? Not with lots of cases. Disappointed. I've used cheaper services previously and had better service!

Car left in medium stay parking for 1 week near the trees. When I returned the car was caked in huge amounts of corrosive bird excrement. The charges for parking are very high in comparison to other airports and thus measures should be in place to ensure that birds do not roost and deficate on clients' cars.

At the barrier upon departing we were asked for £150 although we had prepaid. We tried contacting the query line but nobody answered. So we had to reverse and go into a reception area to resolve. A computer error was blamed.

It was very chaotic when we arrived to drop off the car no staff on hand. Then when we collected the car only one old guy who could not find the keys for peoples cars and was taking ages with only him on the desk this caused a long queue all standing outside the small hut

Paid for ticket prior to arrival. on departure at the gate ticket said it was invalid had to contact the office to get out.

Having booked and paid for my parking weeks in advance . I returned from holiday and tried to exit the short stay parking . But the barrier would not accept my ticket . Tried multiple times but would not accept pressed the help button many times but no response what so ever. After some time I used my mobile and phoned the parking office and eventually my call was answered And they opened the barrier after over 25 minutes with no apologies . Really very poor service considering the cost of parking at Newcastle Airport .

Booked Meet & Greet, met by the most miserable and unhelpful person. Told to park way up the car park in the poring rain, perhaps he thought the paying customer should get soaked instead of him. Couldn't park near the office as I normally do as this could cause a tail back (at 4am). This man badly needs a customer service course, SHOCKING ATTITUDE. On the plus side the man who met us on our return could not be more helpful.

This is the second time I've used the pre paid short stay car park in recent months and on each occasion the barrier did not lift on exit, my car was not recognised despite me following the correct entry & exit procedures. I pressed the help button and had to wait a long time before being answered with other cars backing up behind me. On quoting my booking reference I was eventually allowed out of the car park.

The system to pick up and drop off passengers with a coach, especially with a foreign coach, is hopelessly complicated. Making the reservation by phone, pay by creditcard over the phone, getting a reservation number over the phone. And last but not least, upon arrival at the barrier sometimes a long wait before someone is at the phone, while I am waiting there in wind and rain in a very uncomfortable situation.

Every time I've used this service, when trying to leave the car park after inserting the ticket into the machine, the display informs me that I've over stayed and need to pay extra and each time this has been false so had to call the attended and give my details to prove I haven't. I find this procedure very predictable and have wondered if it is deliberate to cause people to pay all over again! Where are the number recognition cameras that should verify payments by registration numbers?

Rang for bus waited 5-10 min and decided to walk to the terminal. Still got to the terminal before any bus arrived.

Arrived and parked in area D went to bus stop and joined other holiday makers and waited approximately 10 to 15 mins outside of the shelter as it was full No bus came and we walked to airport terminal with approximately 7 others As we passed the parking bus offices i noticed buses parked and i assume drivers in the office This was the fault i found on the service

Short stay anpr read my number plate incorrectly and on my return I couldn't get out of the car park. The customer service attendant was very abrupt and not very cheerful when trying to resolve my problem

Finding a parking space etc was no problem but when we returned our ticket would not work and the machine kept saying it was no longer valid. I went to the pay machine thinking perhaps we had overstayed as it had taken us a while to get through passport control and collect our luggage. When I put the ticket in the machine it said we owed £168 !!!!!! I pressed the help button and gave my reg number and was told to go back to the barrier and press the button which I did and we were let out the carpark but this was something I could have done without after a flight

The lady who took our telephone booking was really nice However on arrival at 'the Barrier' at the airport, I pressed the intercom, gave my booking reference number and waited... and waited..... and waited.. the person (female) took absolutely ages to find the booking. Again I gave the number, she then asked for the name that the booking was under... again there was a silence then eventually the barrier was lifted. your member of staff had no courtesy didn't say, 'sorry for your wait'... absolutely rude !!! If my staff behaved like that I would have no business at all.. A bit of courtesy would have been nice... a Hello - a thank you - a sorry about this - enjoy your day....
