Every time I've used this service, when trying to leave the car park after inserting the ticket into the machine, the display informs me that I've over stayed and need to pay extra and each time this has been false so had to call the attended and give my details to prove I haven't. I find this procedure very predictable and have wondered if it is deliberate to cause people to pay all over again! Where are the number recognition cameras that should verify payments by registration numbers?

Rang for bus waited 5-10 min and decided to walk to the terminal. Still got to the terminal before any bus arrived.

Arrived and parked in area D went to bus stop and joined other holiday makers and waited approximately 10 to 15 mins outside of the shelter as it was full No bus came and we walked to airport terminal with approximately 7 others As we passed the parking bus offices i noticed buses parked and i assume drivers in the office This was the fault i found on the service

Short stay anpr read my number plate incorrectly and on my return I couldn't get out of the car park. The customer service attendant was very abrupt and not very cheerful when trying to resolve my problem

Finding a parking space etc was no problem but when we returned our ticket would not work and the machine kept saying it was no longer valid. I went to the pay machine thinking perhaps we had overstayed as it had taken us a while to get through passport control and collect our luggage. When I put the ticket in the machine it said we owed £168 !!!!!! I pressed the help button and gave my reg number and was told to go back to the barrier and press the button which I did and we were let out the carpark but this was something I could have done without after a flight

The lady who took our telephone booking was really nice However on arrival at 'the Barrier' at the airport, I pressed the intercom, gave my booking reference number and waited... and waited..... and waited.. the person (female) took absolutely ages to find the booking. Again I gave the number, she then asked for the name that the booking was under... again there was a silence then eventually the barrier was lifted. your member of staff had no courtesy didn't say, 'sorry for your wait'... absolutely rude !!! If my staff behaved like that I would have no business at all.. A bit of courtesy would have been nice... a Hello - a thank you - a sorry about this - enjoy your day....

parked up at 3am and had to stand at bus stop for 35mins before bus arrived, 4 telephone calls to office before a bus arrived at overspill car park. people had started to walk to airport. On return stood in shelter outside airport only to see buses drive past on other side of concrete bollards on other side of road. Access road had been closed but no signs in shelter to tell you to cross road to another pick up point. Finally when getting off bus with cases why do all aircrew (Jet 2) stand in aisle blocking exit.

I pre booked and when arrived there ticket dispenser did not give me a ticket, upon departure, I could not get out of the park due having no ticket and had to wait in excess of 30 mins to get out......not happy at all.

Machine did not issue ticket when entering, and new computer programme not working properly when we came to leave, so took quite a long time to get out.

Ticket not read so unable to get out! Had to contact someone via the intercom on exit barrier! Very curt and unhelpful! No apology or explanation! Then after a short wait barrier just lifted! Customer service non existent and after paying over £40 for a week's stay would have expected a better response than the one received.

I have used the long stay parking for the last 5 years and had no problem, This year i was offered an upgrade (a week before going) to park in the short stay for only £9.99, I took up the offer as I thought it would save time on my return (No waiting for bus transfer). I was sent a confirmation email. On returning I went to my car and drove to the exit only to find that my parking ticket came up as "blacklisted" and had to ring for help, After about 10 minutes waiting the call was answered, I explained the situation and was asked for my registration, After another 5 minutes the barrier was raised without any comunication, No sorry, Have a nice day, just nothing, I may as well have saved my £9.99 and got the bus to the long stay, Made a complaint via email (thought perhaps my £9.99 might be refunded as a gesture) but no just a reply saying that they had been having computer problems.

Bus service on return was poor. Arrived back around 01:30, waited a long time for the bus (and then two turned up at once) and then the driver proceeded to drive straight past our stop! When it is dark and he was flying around the car park it was hard to see in advance where you were to ring the bell. We (wrongly) assumed he would stop at each stop (and maybe even call out the number), but alas we had to walk from the next stop back to the car. Would have been much quicker and easier to walk from the terminal. Very hard to recommend the service.

first of all the driver of the courtesy bus came through the wrong barrier for the terminal bus stop at3am in the morning we had to carry our cases to the far lane in the pouring rain. then he did not call out the stop numbers as others had in the past as we could not see them for the poor visibility.felt like he was not interested

Departure ( fast track ) purchased , yet we had to queue behind those that didn't pay for the service even though we were in the fast track lane Bags on return take an inordinate time to come on carousel We paid meet n greet parking yet car not there ready for us . Might as well parked in long stay and saved £s Come on NIA really poor show

I had changed my vehicle during the year and had notified the company of the new vehicle registration via the website, so when I wanted to exit the car park on 12th august after booking a two week stay in short stay car park and prepaid the fee, I could not. It took a call and 10 minutes with a member of staff to sort the problem. There had been other people having trouble editing the car park due to problems with a computer.

Took over 45 minutes to find a space, then we had to wait over 30 minutes for the bus. On our return our flight was delayed we arrived at the bus stop outside of the airport, pressed the intercom and a very rude gentleman answered and said you've missed the bus you will have to wait 20 minutes for the next one... 40 minutes later we were still stood waiting, pressed again and the same gentleman said it's on its way. Got on the bus and the driver was as miserable as can be, asked him to tell us when we reached car park I as it was dark and raining and couldn't see anything to be told press the bell when you see the letter I... dissapointed with the service this time round.

I paid the parking fee beforehand, but it was requested over 300 pounds when I put a parking card, and the gate did not open. I had to go to the office of the Car parking.
