“I have booke a flight to Portugal with Opodo. Non of their contact numbers work they don’t reply to emails. This is a fraud company that needs to be investigated!!!!!! THEFT!! THEFT!! SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!!!”

“I have my flights cancelled in March 2020. To date just unable to get through to Opodo. I emailed the airline and was told I should claim from Opodo. Useless Opodo online services and phone calls were not answered or unavailable. Loss my trust in them. Never book any tickets through them”

“Never book through Opodo, and never trust anything they say. I had a booking which the airline cancelled in April 2020; the airline offered full refunds through agents, and Opodo said they would sort it out, but since then I've had a long series of excuses and contradictions, a lot of silence, and no money. Right now Opodo's chatbot says "I don't see any pending refund request at the moment". Never book through Opodo, and never trust anything they say.”

“NEVER NEVER book with opodo. The biggest scammers out there. I have been trying to get my refund since December 2020. The airline also confirmed to both me and opodo that the money was refunded via charge back as early as September 2020. After a lot of chats, emails they just keep pushing and don't pay back. You will be sent from pillar to post. Also not available by phone. They don't solve anything. Outrageous company.”

“This people booked my flight in a day where there’s no flight..they’re forcing me to fly on different date. now they want me to fly from another airport 200km away by adding $50. Ask for refund and they said they’ll refund in 120 days .. this people ruined my whole trip and vacation. Fraud guys...”

“no customer support - bought a return trip but they cancelled outbound flight meaning I cannot return ( as I wont be able to go), trying to cancel the return but cannot contact anyone about it.”
