Opodo/edreams are a complete scam they tell so many lies never reply to email direct you to an Indian call center waist your time and steel your hard earned money they have to be stopped please if you are thinking about using Opodo think again and save your money never use this scam site IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM

WORST AIRLINE AGENCY EVER! I raised a refund request with Opodo on 19-11-20 for my tickets with Qatar Airways. It has been more than 8 months now and I am yet to get my refund. I have been calling the support team ever since. All I hear from them is that my case has been escalated and that Opodo has not got any response from Qatar. Qatar airways on the other has confirmed that they haven't got any request from Opodo. Opodo is a SHAM. GO FOR OPODO FOR CHEAP SERVICE... NEVER FOR CHEAP FLIGHTS.

Worst customer service experience. I cannot understand half of what the agents are saying on the phone because they don't speak this country's language. Waiting times are horrific. Incompetent service representatives that cannot give clear answers or solve any request. First and last time I booked with this company. Stay away.

I wouldn't have given it ONE STAR except I had to in order to write this review. If you need help they won't speak to you but put you in touch with an autobot who sends you round in circles and does not help you at all. I only wanted to add luggage to my flight and the only option they gave me was PAY AT THE AIRPORT. Eventually I contacted the flight provider directly and they helped - and they're not a firm that is usually recommended or has good press! But even they were better than Opodo. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND BOOK DIRECTLY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. [You can't leave feedback directly on Opodo website as they take your details and then give a link to somewhere that is supposed to help you but doesn't....SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Opodo is a 3rd party company. Don’t go through third parties if you can avoid it. See their offers then avoid them & go directly to the airline. Because of opodo I could not 1. Manage my booking 2. Check-in online 3. Therefore no seat number 4. Therefore not able to complete passenger locator form 5. Finally, The airline had no record of me. I spoke to a news reader friend and 2 journalists (all seasoned travellers) ALL of whom said " never use opodo ". Anyway don't take my word for it. Look at the Which magazine. Opodo considered to be the WORST company by WHICH

Bonjour, Je suis cliente Opodo prime depuis plus d’un an. Depuis le Covid j’ai eu une annulation de billet d’avion du au Covid. Aujourd’hui toujours pas remboursé. Opodo me demande de me rediriger vers la compagnie directement et la compagnie ne peut m’aider car je passe par opodo. J’ai par la suite réservé 300 e de billets d’avion que j’ai demandé à annuler dans l’heure pour raison médical avec un certificat. On m’a remboursé une dizaine d’euro après m’avoir certifié que j’allais être remboursé des 300 euros. Aujourd’hui je ne peux rien faire malgré mes différents appels d’une 30 aines de minutes à 0.80 centimes la minutes. Un beau vol organisé qui me coûte très cher.

AVOID-SCAM ARTISTS Told us flights were cancelled, we opted refund instead of alternative flights and made different travel plans. Said our refund was in process - Got an email from Airline for the supposed cancelled flight! They said Opodo requested new flights for us a week later despite NO CONSENT FROM US AND AFTER WE ALREADY REQUESTED REFUND OPTION. Called them over 2 hours, very rude staff cut the phone off me and told me because they reinstated, no refund will be given!! Reported to my bank and Travel Ombudsman for support otherwise 2K loss!! UNBELIEVABLE

don t rent cars through opodo app i booked a car for rental, and after an error from their mobile app, i couldn t change the hour for pick up, the car couldn t be changed, they asked for extra taxes to book other car. I tried to get in time at the rental agency by sending a friend of mine as driver and they told him the booking is cancelled. Lost a couple of hundreds euros in my holiday.

Thus far if I had the option to rate the company a zero I would. Their telephone numbers do not exist, they do not reply to emails and the live chat is more dead than alive. They only operate a robot system which is only programmed for certain questions and therefore you cannot get answers to questions you want to ask. Really wish I had never booked through them and won't use them again as of now will book any flights I need through the flight company themselves.

Don't ever use opodo Don't ever use opodo. They refused to refund or to change my flight after the airline cancelled it for a reason unrelated to the pandemic. They were flights available the next day. They also refused to refund another flight, this one cancelled due to the pandemic, after promising the refund for more than a year. They served me a different excuse each time I contacted them. This company is a scam.

TERRIBLE. Do not book through them. A flight was cancelled due to covid ans they are trying to refuse me my refund. The customer service sounds good on the phone, and then they say their “team” will call you back—they don’t call back! SCAM.

Absolutely worst travel company to ever exist! This has been a really difficult year everyone, especially for my disabled mum as she had covid last December and just about made it! Now that she's regained a bit of strength she decided she wanted to go on a much deserved holiday with her two youngest kids so she's booked flight tickets on there on the 16th of July and booked a wheelchair as well, they confirmed the booking but never sent the e-tickets so she's called them today and after being hung up on 2 times (40 minutes each call) and spending almost an hour on the 3rd call she spoke to a supervisor that told her they cancelled the flights because she "didn't choose what wheelchair she needed" which she obviously did but that was their excuse?? The supervisor gave her no other help or option and just told her we can't do anything and we are refunding your money and it will take 10-15 days?!! Her flight is meant to be for next week on the 27th of July! Absolutely appalling and we are now looking for legal action so this does not happen to anyone else!!

If I could only score you 0.. my flight last year was cancelled 7 times in a row.. I’m still waiting for my refund..it’s been a year and there’s no update or response from you…all numbers are not working anymore..if I check my account it says it was already refunded! Where’s my money then??? you scan people like this..we paid.. we deserve our money back

This is a truly useless service. Do not use. Slow click on purchase so you inadvertently purchase 2 sets of tickets. Then you can not contact by phone. All numbers are dead ends. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Please do not use or book your tickets through Opodo/Edreams. Do not book flexible tickets where they state you can change your travel dates 24 hours before the flight because you cannot! Unless you pay huge price plus airline penalties!!! Total scam - you pay more for flexibility and then have to pay more and more. They are charging for services they don’t provide. As I was travelling during these sensitive times I got an insurance from them too!!! Another waste of money as it is absolutely impossible to contact them. I sent them an email but no reply at all. I will never make a mistake like this again. Go and buy directly from airline and not from these scam companies.
