“The order process was nice and simple, the customer service was fantastic when I had questions about a few parts choices I made. The whole order took under 5 working days (from going into production to arriving at the door) I would love to include flashy RBB pictures of the system but I refer no RGB so set it to off but when it first turned on it was the image of perfection. I have had a couple of teething issues with the system but nothing worth dropping a star. Price... not cheep but value for money for certain for the security that the system was built and set up without having to deal with it myself. At this point I have had this system just under 2 weeks and hope that no point in the future will I have any need to change the review.”

“I have bought several PC's from this company before and they have always been good. I have been having some issues with this one which their technical support team have been helpping me with. Some of the issues have been Windows 11 (I do NOT like it). Another issue was with the case. I bought a high end gaming PC but just went for a very cheap case, I did not think it mattered. What I found was the front USB ports were not great quality, (Fair enough on a cheap case) which meant when I used an external hard drive connected to them it crashed a lot. Moving to the ultra high speed ports on the motherboard at the back helped a lot, though I am still not quite sure. The reality is if you have a complex PC with a lot of software and data on it, transfering to a new computer and resetting everything up is a long complex and tedious task. I have been working on it for 8 days now and have not yet finished. Having support from the PC specialist technical staff has been a great help. I have always and will still recommend PC Specialist though I still have a nagging doubt something is not quite right with the machine at the moment. Monitoring it carefully to see what issues develop but confident PC Specialist team will help me with it if any of the hardware is defective.”

“You'll probably need a hair cut by the time your machine arrives.......but otherwise, it will arrive well packaged, will look very cool when you un-pack it, and will work as it should! (well....at least that's what we experienced) Four stars because it takes far too long to get the thing into your home :( - believe me, the time it takes will freak you out! -”

“I bought a 7000£ gaming desktop PC from PCSpecialist. About 6 months in, it started having random issues with graphical stuttering which I reported to PCSpecialist. It's now been more than 1 month of going back and forth with their Support Teams. I have to call them every week just to get an update (or else I hear nothing back at all). I do this only to be asked to send the same information and logs over and over again with the only explanation being "It's a very odd issue". It's the worst IT Support experience I've had, and I've been working in IT for years and dealing with all sorts of IT Departments. Do not recommend.”

“Ordered everything online,all clear and easy to do although my son helped me picked correct parts for his teenage brother. Lots and lots of emails to keep updated on order and dispatch. Arrived well packaged to avoid any damage. Overall one very happy teenager. Would recommend this company as Beas also recommended to me. Could not fault with my purchase.”

“Upgraded my old laptop, with i7. Impressed with speed on new laptop even though I chose i5. All I really needed. Happy also with standard graphics card - perfect resolution for non gamers. Laptop also a lot lighter than my old Samsung”
