“This is now my 3rd laptop from PC Specialist. Always the first place I look. The ordering process is still simple and the team are available quickly to answer any questions you have regarding your order, including additional requests for fast track after online order placed. Again I have received my order in good time and I am very happy with my build. Definitely would recommend. Takes all the headache out of finding a suitable pc.”

“I discovered PC Specialist when I was looking for a new more powerful desktop for image processing. I knew the basic spec of the sort of machine I wanted in terms of processor and memory but not the details of motherboard, power supplies etc. But the forum was fantastic - I created a potential pc build profile and posted on the forum for advice and within a short space of time one of the experienced independent users came back with advice and suggestions and ultimately drew up for me a complete build profile for my new machine. This gave me the confidence to order from PC Specialist and within about 10 days I received my new PC. I also really liked the way that PC Specialist kept me informed as to where they were in the processing of my order. It took 4-5 days before they started to kit out and build the machine but once started they emailed me with progress updates as it moved to the next step, and at any time I could look online to see where they were in the process. Having forked out quite a lot of money, having that visibility gave me a lot of confidence that I'd made the right decision in going with PC Specialist. As for the PC itself, I'm very happy with it, it does exactly what I wanted, so much faster than my old machine and no problems at all in getting it up and running - I spec'd it without an OS as I am running Linux. And everything looks very neat and tidy inside the case, nicely built. Would I recommend PC Specialist? It's early days, I've only had the machine about 2 weeks, but on the basis of my experience so far, absolutely.”

“I was confused in the beginning of my configuration as I could not find components I wanted because of the groups which you have to choose and they are limited. I thought they have not them in sale. Finally found and since that all was absolutely clear. Statuses of my order, statuses dpd and delivery all was good and can fully recommend. One more thing which I have noticed. PC case was fulfiled with some fillers to secure components during transport. Some customers do not need to know about this and run the PC without removing them. This could be easily indicated by warning sticker around the power button.”

“Used PC Specialist on recommendations from a fellow Twitch streamer. Very happy that I did. Their website allowed me to select a PC based on expected usage and price and then allowed me to tweak it. Even told me where I could make savings! The turnaround was super fast (just over a week). PC arrived fully built and well packaged. All I had to do was plug it in, switch it on and I was up and running in no time at all! Will definitely be using them when I get my streaming PC next! 😊”

“Very comprehensive & easy web site to negotiate, change components etc. Once having paid for the initial build. I then decided to change one component. This proved difficult to pay for. Going through the normal procedure on Pc Specialists web site , assuming this payment had been processed. And receiving an email from Pc Specialist to say that I did not need to take any other action. This proved not to be the case. But after a phone call & another try on line, the payment went through. Computer arrived on the date specified. Packaging in good order. Except for the Internal foam insert, which proved very difficult to remove. I realise it is there for a good reason. But this was jammed in so tight, I was afraid of doing damage to the components when trying to remove it. Eventually I had to cut it away. Computer up & running now. PC Specialist 1st choice.”

“Very pleased to find this business and their website. Putting together a custom PC to do what I wanted was made easy and clear. Goods arrived in good time and good condition. I thought value for money was excellent too. My only difficulty, and nothing to do with PC specialist, was in putting on an alternative OS, as the wifi card interfered with the Ubuntu 20.04 installer. I include this info as it may assist other customers. All sorted now, and running like lightning!”

“The selection and co figuration process was really easy and well explained. I had a few questions and contacted customer support for advice. This was clear and helpful. The PC arrived in about a week - super fast - and I was kept informed throughout. This was a great service and I would thoroughly recommend it. The polar opposite of the egregious Dell.”

“The pc specialist Website is clear and organised, to order my PC was simple. There was quick and easy payment methods, confirmation. I received emails from start to finish, so I knew what stage is my PC in. Customer service is excellent. Took about five minutes to set up the whole machine.
