This really does seem to be a theme for Roman!! Returned whole order but only refunded for one item. This has been going on 26th May, sent several emails but no answer and there are always at least 30 calls in there queue. I will never buy from them again and would have given a zero if it was an option!

Like many other customers recently, I have returned an item bought online. Received by Roman on 27 May, but only automated reply to contact on website; no answer to phonecalls. Occasionally an email that says they will close my ticket unless I reply to the email. No notification of a refund, and no refund in sight.

The Roman Sales service is excellent but their after sales service is extremely poor. I emailed them three times about a faulty garment but received no response. I have tried phoning them but you either get cut off or are at least 25th in the queue. I have now returned the item with a covering letter and am waiting to hear from them.

Would give none if I could. Don’t order from this company unless you know you won’t need to return it. Customer service is none existent. Been waiting for a refund since 20thMay. They’ve ignored emails, messages and replies to their emails wanting to know about my experience with them.

Cannot get any contact comeback by email or phone I am waiting for 1 refund since beginning of June I am not holding my breath for another I have sent back last week Very quick to take money but not refund . Its amazing how other companies can do a quick turn around no problem but Roman cant

Disappointed on all purchases from Roman through Top Cashback! None of the Top Cashback transactions have been approved by Roman despite me ensuring that I followed the process to the letter. As a result, I shall no longer be shopping with Roman and will not be recommending them to anyone. If you as a business choose to be a part of a scheme like Top Cashback, you have to honour your customers rights!

I never received an email confirming my order. I rang after 3 days and was told they have so many emails to send sometimes you dont get one. Rang again today and for the second time i was in position 26 for soneone to answer the phone. How can you sort out a problem when it takes 45 minutes to actually speak to a person? I haven't got that sort of time to hamg around. I wont be ordering again. Extremely annoyed and disappointed

Where do I start? You have now had my return for 18 days and no sign of a refund, or even an email. I cannot get any response to my emails and phone calls are not answered. This is disgrace. I will never ever order on line from this company again. How dare they withhold people’s money. This is bordering on illegal.

Returned a skirt at the end of April and have still not received refund. Have sent numerous emails and tried to phone but still not resolved. Have read other reviews and sadly this is very common. I will not be having anything else to do with this company. I will continue to pursue the refund.

Love the clothes, and used to buy regularly in a Roman Shop, until it closed down. Now it has gone over to online it is terrible1!! Customer Service is.... non existent!!!!! Cant get through on a phone, and have emailed several times over a 5 week period and still waiting for an answer. Not brought anything since going on line as service so bad. So have decided to give up and go elsewhere, and shop.... in a shop.... where you can try on, look at the garment, and get proper customer service.

Bought clothes from roman originals for but Not any more.If you return anything you don't get refund and have to contact them and get the usual e-mail.Ive e-mail numours time but got nowhere.They still owe me money and i know they have received the parcel.This has gone on for 6 weeks.Just read all the bad reviews,Everyone complaining about refunds.If you phone they just hang up.Think they maybe closing down and keeping people money.

Firstly, my return has not been acknowledged. I was number 25 in the telephone queue and when I got to position 5, I got cut off. I've emailed numerous times and completed the online form and have had no response. The customer service is diabolical and I will not recommend or buy anything from Roman again. Beware people - do not buy online with Roman.

As all other reviews refund outstanding from Roman Originals. However my bank have refunded me through chargeback on debit card after a month. Suggest all owed refunds get chargeback on debit, credit or Paypal instead of allowing Roman to use their money to stay solvent.

The item in question was returned via Royal Mail and tracked, eventually Roman Originals confirmed receipt and said they would sort the refund asap. It is now exactly 1month and still no refund although they said that a refund had been authorised. Numerous attempted telephone calls which were a waste of time as I was always 25 in queue etc, as of today still nothing numerous emails, computer generated replies etc just fed up now, they are an absolute disgrace do not buy from them unless you are sure you are happy with your choice because if you have to return it you will suffer the same as hundreds of other unfortunate customers be aware!!!!

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get through to customer services on the 'phone and 3 unanswered emails I was beginning to think that I was going to have a problem with Roman. However, I sent them a message via Facebook and within 40 hours I am happy to report that I received my exchanged item. Great service once you can get through.

I love Roman Originals clothing and have always found them to be well made and delivered promptly and over the years have purchased many items, however, my recent experience with two returned items is very disappointing. I returned one item requesting a replacement on 9 May. Today - 7 June, despite emailing and receiving automated email responses saying a ticket has been lodges, I have not received a replacement item, nor have I received a credit to my account for this item and another item sent over a week ago for a refund. Trying to speak to someone on their customer services telephone line is frustrating to say the least - waited in a queue for over 15 minutes and was then cut off. Sadly after this experience, I will not be placing any more orders with them.

Roman have had my rtn since 30th April and still no refund. Tried contacting by phone and that's useless as well as you are always 29 something in the queue. Put me off purchasing anything else from roman.

It’s a great pity that Roman Originals customer service is so inferior to their clothes. I have been waiting over four weeks for a replacement for an order I returned despite innumerable emails to them. All I get back is an automated email saying “a ticket has been raised” but no follow up. It is also impossible to contact them on the phone - a recorded message says to hang on then goes dead. If you order anything, ensure you get the right size etc as return and refunds are VERY difficult.

I am a regular customer and have spent a lot of money with Roman but they have lost a Customer now, item returned online for a exchange to next size up as petite jumpsuit too short in the body. The nearest store 12 miles away don’t stock Petite do sent back online as order that way . Tracking shows they got item off me 18/05/23. 3 emails got automated response . Phone isn’t answered or it’s automatic cut off. Wanted the item for my holiday well it’s too late now. I’ve gone through resolver and got same automatic reply. Going to consider small claims case as I want full refund now
