I bought a dress for my Father's funeral it cost £55 but when it came it was not true to size and did not fit. I have sent several emails to customer services since then requesting a refund. The dress was sent back by tracked Royal Mail on the 17.11.21 and I can see it was received on the 19.11.21. As I don't have the original order number they will not refund my money despite having my name, address and the tracking information. I would not recommend this company.

DREADFUL Have now unsubscribed. Numerous emails ignored. Phone call ignored. Facebook comment ignored. It is rare to receive such a total lack of regard to Customer Service. I have ordered a fair bit in last 12-18 months so you are happy to take my money. First time I have an issue you ignore me. Lost my business.

Customer service rep talked over me and was rude. Its ridiculous they don't have a Christmas extension on exchanges. Over $200 that I wanted to exchange but can't. You have to buy early for online now with the pandemic shortages so you are automatically outside the 60 days. I didn't want a refund, just exchange for the same shirts. The only offer they gave me was to repurchase the smaller size. Wow!! Just what I want to do, pay for it again.

Roman Originals have a terrible returns policy .U will never buy from then again .I bought a dress on line and tried to return ot to a store as it was unsuitable. I was told I could only receive a voucher in store and not my money back .As I did not want anything else in store the assistant I could send the dress back via post but would be charged £3 to return it ! This is what I had to do .No other high street shop has this policy returns are always free . I would for this reason advise anyone to consider this possible illegal policy roman have regarding returns and discourage them from buying their products

This whole company is a scam, they steal your money, you don’t get refunds and you don’t get the products your order. All they do is deny that fact you made purchases here just avoid avoid avoid.

Refund Issues. Items sent back totalling £73 which was recieved on the 15th December. I emailed to check when I could expect to receive my refund, however I was asked to send over a tracking number, upon me sending this the email bounced back, I therefore created another Customer Enquiry Form, I have today been advised that they are behind with refunds, it could therefore take up to 7 working days, this being Christmas Eve, I have emailed a response only for the email to bounce back again. I am appalled at the lack of Customer Service and attitude given that this pandemic has left lots of families worse off, do ROMAN honestly think we can wait this length of time for refunds? I am hoping that Management pick this message up and respond accordingly. Over the years, I have spent a great deal of money on ROMAN clothing, however if this is how valued customers are being treated, I will shop elsewhere. I look forward to receiving a response. One very unhappy, unsatisfied customer!!

Ordered a beautiful blouse, navy blue with sparkly stars on. Well it shed glitter, not a few bits it went everywhere. And I don't think I will see the end if it for ages. Definitely do not recommend this product.

Omg wished I read the reviews first! I paid £75 for a faux fur coat that looks like a cat has scratched all over it..I was mortified upon opening the packaging I will be definitely taking this further if no refund ASAP an absolute disgrace to sell in this condition!

I’ve received an email saying they have got the items I sent back . Why is it not showing on my klarna account . It’s been 9 days . The email customer service doesn’t exist . It keeps coming back addresss not found ! I have the email from them as proof that they received the items back where is my refund ? Going to seek legal advice if I don’t receive the refund soon . Anyone got a proper address ?

When placing the order it stated "free delivery by Thursday 2 Dec". I chased the order on 1st Dec as I couldn't see it had been dispatched to be told that it was "standard delivery 5- 7 days". All they would offer was a free return, wouldn't upgrade to next day delivery. Just repeatedly apologized insincerely and blamed the warehouse being under pressure. Feel they must be gaining an awful lot of orders by promising a delivery that they know full well they will not fulfill

Very poor. Like others on here I was shocked to find out 3.00 would be deducted when I returned the item. Still waiting for a refund despite having received an email 10 days ago to say they had received the returned item. Chased yesterday and was told sorry there had been a problem with their system so my refund had not bern processed and it would take a further 7 days (watch this space!) Roman you should be ashamed of yourselves. Get your act together or you won't have any customers. I for one will not be buying from you again!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago - my first one with Roman. After a week I sent an email asking when I could expect delivery and was told the item had already been delivered by Royal Mail. Since then I've received no response to any of my messages. I've also contacted Royal Mail and am waiting to hear from them. I'm really annoyed that I paid for an item that I've not received. Very poor customer service. Obviously, I won't be ordering from them again.

Worst place to go, DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, BUCH OF LIARS, WILL NEVER RESPOND YOU, I saw a property at Rightmove for £1200, i booked a viewing, First they turned up late, called in the office about 20 times no one answered, finally guy turned up, saw the house and agreed to pay asking price, next day i found out oh sorry this property is for £1300 not £1200, I said its still advertise for £1200, oh we apologies it must be a mistake, anyway I still agreed to £1300 so filled up usual form, took a week to come back to me and been told landlord decided to go with someone else when i called with different number its still available, THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BANNNED FROM BUSSINESS FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE , CAMERON SMITH, SANGHARSHA GURUNG, THIS IS FOR YOU TWO,

Went to buy a dress today only to be told I could not get a cash refund. I was astounded . This is the only store I know of who adopts this policy. This will lose Roman a lot of sales. This particular store was empty. I'm not surprised!

Just spent £166 ,on Roman clothes,I can usually order clothes,knowing that they will be fine,but last order the standards have dropped and spend loads through the year,knowing they will be o.k.but I have noticed with my last order,the tops do not have any under cami ,they are see through,standards have dropped ,such a shame,so now I need to spend more money to get under garments...please don’t under cut ,you have always had a good standards .and people will start to buy else where .

Appalling customer service at Street store! Rude assistant as soon as I entered store who had definite attitude ! NO REFUNDS even with receipt, not sure how they get away with this as against consumer law!! Definitely will never shop with Roman again and advise any one else not to go near!!

Have never known a company charge to return an item. "Just £3" says the return label!! What a joke. Won't bother ordering anything again, and will warn everyone who might place an order

Roman Originals do not put country of manufacture on their clothing labels. I like to know where my items are made and try to avoid made in China. I feel they maybe have something to hide and should clearly label country of manufacture so the customer can make an informed choice whether to buy or not.

bought a cardigan online - posted back 2/08/21 to be exchanged from size 14 to size 12. Have proof of posting, and of delivery back to warehouse 4/08/21. It is now October 24th - have received absolutely nothing - have complained in between time drawing attention to this issue. My purchase cost me £28 - think the overall neglect of retail business “Roman Originals” is disgusting - in my eye’s they don’t deserve custom. How can a Company like this still be trading.

Still waiting for a refund for an item I returned on 19 August and it is now 29 September. I tried to ring number shown on their web-site and it is out of action so e-mailed and got a response of not yet received item will e-mail when we are due to refund you. How long should I wait??? Over a month is unacceptable.
