I bought a brand new washing machine. After getting it home found out the drum wouldn't spin and was a broken unit. They sent a repair man out and he couldn't fix it, needed to order new parts. Had to wait another week (only because I called and complained) otherwise it would have been longer. He spent three hours on it, only to find out about seven other parts aren't working and need to be ordered. Minimum another week or more for parts. It has been TWO MONTHS!!!! with no washing machine. I've had to keep buying new clothes, sheets, towels, etc.. They refuse to replace my brand new broken washing machine and keep telling me I have to wait and when I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't transfer me. WTF? I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN!!

I've had a few Samsung appliances by now, but as per most of us I'm sure my first was a phone the S8+, now I'm more than happy sith my phone now too the Note 20 Ultra, but I truly wish we still had an option of having the fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone much like the 8+. It is such a minute thing but I loved it and would appreciate to see a return of this on a later Note model, just one happy customers personal opinion. Someday I'd love to see all my appliances belonging to the Samsung family.

We bought a new tv from Samsung November last year, and from the 4th month we started having problems with it. The wifi would keep disconnecting, sound would suddenly turn off, there would be blurry and pixelated images on screen. Up to 5 engineers came to check out the tv and all of this was deemed normal. We were repeatedly told the tv just needs repairing and not replacing, but frankly it’s ridiculous enough that a brand new tv has so many issues that need fixing. An engineer came to check out the tv recently and ended up physically damaging it leaving a black line running down the middle, and we’ve been watching tv this way for weeks now. Another engineer finally agreed that the tv needs replacing but now the head office is refusing to honour this and they won’t give us a new tv. I’ve spent probably hours of my time by now waiting on the phone to speak to customer service, even taking time off work to wait at home for an engineer when nobody else in my family was available, complaining to what seems like hundreds of people to no avail. We are so fed up of all this headache just for a working tv. Samsung even sent us a basket of chocolates and cookies as an apology but honestly I’d rather they just focused on replacing my tv once and for all. I feel as though my problems started when I told them I’m old and they figure they can take advantage of the fact that I’m not so tech savvy In Samsung’s own policy which I’ve heard from their own staff, it says if the problems aren’t sorted out after 3 times the customer is entitled to a replacement, but for some reason this doesn’t apply to us. We bought a series 8000 50in smart Samsung TV in April 2021 (eight months ago). The picture screen went out in early December and we are still waiting on a replacement and service. It looks as though we will continue to wait u til after Xmas, maybe after New Year’s. The bad screen will evidently be sent back to Korea form refurbishment and then sold to suckers like us.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a Television for my son over a month ago, they charged me for 2 Televisions even though they said I only bought one, unable to talk to anyone in Customer Services who understood what I was talking about, serious language barrier - sent screen shots of 2 payments going out of my account, 2 televisions then turned up at my door, I returned one and since then have been chasing for a refund. When I email I get no response, however, I do get the odd one from one of the Customer services team who actually is interested in resolving it, but then that stops, when I call I am on hold during the investigation and then get cut off over and over again! Apalling service, I will never buy anything from Samsung again.

Dear Mr Hadrian Baumann We purchased a Samsung washing machine in June 2021 for £500. not a cheap one and we saved for this thinking we would get a good one as we have used Samsung products for some time. Unfortunately, a bit of rubber in the door has come off. There are only two adults in our household (no children and not much washing). Thinking it would be under warranty we contacted Samsung to be told it's not covered as it would be classed as misused. We have never had this happen to a washing machine before, and our other ones have not been a brand name like this or expensive. They said they would send an engineer but the charge would be £137.00 . We explained we could not see how this has happened and also could not afford the price given for the repair, so will need to look into getting this fixed ourselves. We were told if we do this it will make our warranty void so we would not be able to contact them again in the future. I will not be purchasing another Samsung item ever. We are now left with a leaking machine door due to the cost of the repair and it is only 6 mths old. Shocking and disappointed in Samsung. Samsung are such a big company and their items are not cheap. We are now in the process of trying to repair ourselves but due the pandemic and employment issues this is difficult. I am disappointed and struggling to get this done. We were not aware the rubber seal would not be covered. Regards Anthony Shores

The one star is towards the only person who helped us today. Around 6 reps sent to “help” after continuously disconnecting and blamed it on “technical difficulties” which was hard to believe after the 3rd time. Samsung will take your money, send you confirmation and an email stating your product shipped but never tell you where it is afterwards. It took a month of vague updates telling me my order was on time with no tracking or proof and a week after the delivery date passed to finally speak with customer service, only to be brushed off and ignored! Once I stated my concern about the phone I ordered, they expected me to wait 3-5 business days to receive an update on the whereabouts of my order which should be mandatory and already in my email! Throughout my conversation with the rep, they proceeded to tell me they will “personally make sure” I receive an update only to disconnect on me a few minutes later. This went on with several other reps as well after reading the chat. They blamed this delay on a “thunderstorm” that occurred at their warehouse when the phone was purchased in November and is now late December; then proceeded to refuse to give me any manager contact information and instead giving me a ref number right before disconnecting on me again! After making a call, turns out the product was back ordered, and had no product in stock to sell but still advertised they had it anyway. But I guess the “thunderstorm” was the problem right? Anyways Samsung costumer service is horrible at listening to you or giving you any sort of useful information, safe to say I’m never buying straight from their website again.

We bought a Samsung fridge and washer. Both fell apart fast. The fridge cost more to repair than it’s worth. I dug big chunks of plastic out of the pump rubber on the washer. A repair man also told us not to buy anything that’s Samsung. Don’t waste your money

Samsung are taking orders, along with your personal details and money when purchasing a item and giving you a delivery slot within a couple of days but DO NOT SEND THE ORDER. They’ll confirm the order, and even the courier will confirm your order with emails and texts of a time it will be delivered the following day (or requested delivery slot) to then cancel it on the morning if delivery as the courier hasn’t received the item. By Samsungs own admission the items are then out of stock, and won’t be delivered for several weeks with no more information other than that. However at the point of receiving this information (whilst still on the phone to customer services), you can still order the item online for next day delivery with Samsung again collecting your personal details and money knowing they can not make any of those order requirements and delivery slots as their items are not in stock… very misleading the customer services team will not tell you anything.

I have Samsung Z Fold 5G bought in 2021 for around 6000 AED. I experience issue with the speakers only when I unfold it. I visited SAMSUNG branch in Mirdiff City Center, the technician staff informed me if it is a hardware damage it would not be covered and if it is software then it would only be covered. Then the staff informed I need to pay 2500 AED to get it fixed without any basis for the amount and without any diagnostic or any evidence of hardware damage. Then he brought the receipt stating there is dent on the mobile (which is not correct). Staff objective was to relate the issue to a physical damage and try his best to make me pay for the service. The question is how did the staff come to the conclusion it costs 2500 AED but no diagnostic test was done yet? And why staff is using the word dent instead of scratch? Due to this I switched to iPhone, until my mobile get fixed, if the service was good I would bought another SAMSUNG yet it became risky to buy one more mobile from them and I think this might be no turn back to SAMSUNG again.

Purchased a Samsung "Frame" TV. Called tech support because I was having an issue, but the tech support agent astoundingly not only had no knowledge of how to fix the problem, she also seemed like she's never heard of the product or how it works. Please educate/retrain your support staff so they reach a level of competence where they can represent the brand well and help customers.

GAS RANGE--- CHEAP MATERIAL-- PAID A PRETTY PENNY. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... VERY CHEAP. GAS BURNERS WHEN ON VERY LOUD-- SOUNDS LIKE A BLOW TORCH OR TO FILL AN AIR BALLOON, HANDLES MADE OF PLASTIC.. MIDDLE BURNER IS UN-EVEN, TEAPOT DOES NOT SIT CORRECTLY. COVERS OVER BURNERS DO NOT HAVE A KNOTCH IN THE BURNER, SO THEY MOVE AND COME OFF. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

Samsung washer broke immediately. Called them and spent an hour talking with customer service (I use that term lightly) before they told me no company would repair it. Spent several hours and countless hoops were jumped through trying to get a refund. Their refund process is beyond ridiculous with many, many separate steps. It's apparent they are doing this intentionally so folks will give up. Finally, I just called Costco where I bought it from and they set up a refund in minutes LOL. I'll never buy any trash Samsung product again. All of the 1 star reviews below are well-deserved.
