Don’t buy Samsung, worst customer service ever!!! They have no real concern for the customer.

Didn't know Samsung was like that until now, why I didn't find the reviews before, order everything for my kitchen with them at the beginning of December 2021 today is January 2022 I have no idea what happened with my order, call them I have 2 hours in the phone and nobody have a idea and the have me in hold, wish me luck...

I order a 28 c.u.f refrigerator (order # US109069258) and i was told that i will get message within a day to confirm the delivery time. Never received a time slot (i called a few times to find out but couldn't get answer) and finally received a message from XPO the night before delivery and the window was from 8 am to 10 PM. The day of the delivery, I received a message at 1:30Pm that my refrigerator has been delivered. I text back saying that it has not and was told that someone will reach out to me. I waited a few hours and then called XPO (samsung customer service was closed) and was told that it was delivered at 3:15 PM. I informed again that i have not received anything and they put in search tkt. I called Samsung on Monday and they promised to have an answer by the end of the day. I called back again on Tuesday and was told they are still researching the issue. AT the point I asked to cancel my order (which they supposedly did) but I have yet to receive a refund. I have called Samsung multiplied times since they all they do is bounce me around or hang up the phone on me. I have been Samsung customer for years, but not anymore.

I had the worse experiance of a lifetime, Customer service isn't customer service base on their attitude and tone, not very helpful either also case management isn't helpful either. I spoked to Romuald ID# 003300: he is the worst wasn't help at all or cared about my situation, very defiant worker... I WOULD NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF SAMSUNG EVER AGIAN ! I HOPE THEY LOSE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MONEY! definitely not customer friendly. If it was possible to give zero stars I would love to but my rate is 0=ZERO! NO STARS! WORSE OF THE WORSE.

Forced updates change the phone and settings. There is not an opt-out option, and they're not security changes. This is not the $1400.00 phone I paid for, and I want my money back.

He bought a Samsung top load washer 3 years ago. The washer stopped working this week. We’ve had the Samsung 24/7 service line send out a technician twice this week and they have not fixed the issue. They have charged us over $500 and will not issue a refund and we still have to go buy another washer. Their customer service agents are awful and couldn’t care less if you get service or not. I will NEVER buy any Samsung products again. Beware of Samsung!

Bought a new washer, dryer, refridgerator, dishwasher, stove, and phone. Bad choice. 1 week after buying washer, the door seal went bad. i week after buying refridgerator, ice maker went bad. 1 month after that ice maker went bad. dishwasher soap despenser went bad after 4 months. then the door lock went bad, then the door seal went bad. Still waiting for door seal which cost me over $200. no problems with stove ,yet. phone battery went dead 7 months old and was told to return it to Korea, which shipping was $42, battery is only $36 I do not recommend "any" Samsung products. to high priced and my opinion they are junk

Samsung is the worst! I have been trying to get a remote control replaced since mid December 2021 now we are almost end of January 2022 still no replacement. I spoke to 5 different representatives and kept on telling me different things. A week ago they said my replacement was on its way and it would take about 15 days. I was curious so I called to check the status, the representative just told me there was an error so the ordered wasn’t placed. Now I have to wait another 15 days for the replacement. This so upsetting and I’m disappointed at Samsung!!!

Warranty scam, unfortunately didn’t read the reviews prior to purchase. Turns out that the 5 years warranty is actually 2 plus some convoluted additional 3 by jumping through hoops, anyway the expensive washing machine has failed after 3 years, so tough. Won’t be purchasing anymore of this rubbish

Way over priced already dropped $200. since Christmas and still to expensive. For kids not serious adults games and apps to play on. No way to block spam texts. Hatd to get rid of Bixby. They had complaints before but didn't listen. Decided they knew better what the customer waited. This is too expensive to buy as a toy. If you are looking for a phone to use for a business don't get. If you are looking for a phone for serious conversations buy something else. If you are an empty headed idiot. This is perfect for you if you have nothing better than waste time playing on a phone for hours. I would have given it a - 20 if possible. The things that were on my Plum compass 2 are missed. Bought one for granddaughter. Loved it so much bought myself one. I dropped it and broken it was better than this one. Finally it died or would still be using. Next time going to look for a Motorola. Not going to have this one fixed when dies throw it away where it belongs.

Ordered a new Samsung phone and it was damaged in transit (never delivered). Samsung won't issue a refund until Fedex returns the damaged phone (hopefully). In the mean time, they are still charging me if I don't return the trade-in phone on time. All explanations to Samsung online support people are ignored and just keep believing the erroneous errors in their system that the phone is still in transit after more than 13 days of waiting. No one will actually fix the problem. Now I will have to report it undelivered through Paypal and try to get the money back that way.

samsung say do not open your phone as that breaks the warranty, wrong samsung do not repair the phone so they give to a private company so now you know if Samsung do not service the phones why do they give to a private company to do the repair .my phone went to this private company the result it needs a new glass , wrong it really needs a motherboard it has a fault the cost of glass £124 +vat but my glass is %100 perfect

make all simple 1. Purchased 3 phones 2. 10 months later on phone got defected 3. I had to talk to 5 tecs supports try to replace the defected phone but all 5 tecs rejected with own power and not helping my issues 4. so It took me 2 day and 6 hours of talking to these out of state tecs support people just wasted my time 5. each tech told me that all other tecs are lying tom me and he or she is right? 6. finally I didn't get my warranty issue solved, just wasted my time but those 5 tec supports people probably left there buts out. I was good customer with Samsung not because I'm Korean/American because I trusted their service and equipment, but CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FILLIPPINES? (I'M SURE THEY NEED TO BE SHOUT DOWN AND USE AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND AMERICAN WAY) I'll send more information once I reach out from management

It was the worst experience I have ever experienced with the service center(Diva electronics, Nashik, Maharashtra). Service centers customer approach was bad. For my issue they took about 3 months to complete my problem after so many calls from me. After the service again after 4 days I received the problem with my TV which was not expected from the official service center of SAMSUNG. They were just ignoring me every time as I contacted them for follow up. They took extra money from me as actual bill amount was less. In future if I recieve any problem I will not contact any Samsung service center. Even I have to give extra money to another private shop I will do it but never contact to you people

I have multiple bad encounters with Samsung. I've called multiple times (8 times) and no one seems to know how to resolve my issue. 2 of my calls got disconnected intentionally and they never called me back. Why else would they ask for your call back number if they do not call you back when disconnected? People are rude and lazy! I am so disappointed with their customer service and technical support.

I purchased all new Samsung appliances for our new kitchen, one of the burner burner knobs on the range was cracked underneath that I didn’t notice upon delivery and eventually the knob came off. I contacted Samsung and they refused to send me a replacement stating that knobs were not covered under the warranty. It would probably cost them pennies to replace the knob and make a customer that spent nearly $7,000 on Samsung application happy. Horrible customer service, I will never buy Samsung again.

I'm in this camp of I will never buy direct from Samsung. I have been dealing with a lost TV.  The order support people give you what they must know is bad information just to you to get you off the chat or call. Here are my examples of my recent dealings.  "Need not to worry as I will forward this issue to the concerned department so that your order can be delivered within 24 hours. I can completely understand your frustration, it is completely justified." I knew this was not true and pressed the rep on how he could make this statement and his reply, "this is the process and according to it the complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department internally. Days go by and still no TV I open another chat session, Samsung sends me this email, "This is a follow-up email regarding the USXXXX. Upon checking the order details we will consider the order is lost in transit if there is no update till 10 business days from the last update of the Ags, as per the tracking number 7 business days has been completed I request please wait for the 3 business days and get back to us on Jan 18 we will help you with the refund. Warm regards, Duvva Shiva Sai Samsung Customer Care" I get back with them on the 18th and had to endure another marathon chat session.  Finally they abruptly tell me, " I have checked the details with my team and I will right away process the refund you will receive it in 24-48 hours. You will receive the refund update to your email address" Again, I knew this was a blatant untruth yet again from the support.  48 hours later and no email. When things go right with Samsung web orders everything is fine but if something goes wrong watch out and be prepared to waste hours of your time.  My time has value so in the future I will never order directly from Samsung.  It simply is not worth it. I shudder to think why their tech support is like

Bayonne NJ Received a damaged unit and all Samsung said that it was the delivery service that was responsible the worst customer service and I will never buy another product and I advise that everyone not purchase any Samsung products until they realize that they need us and we do not need them I agree that we should all give a zero star

I wish I could give zero stars. Their dishwasher has malfunctioned twice for me. Worst part is when the tech was supposed to come between 10-2, forcing me to take off work, they cancelled at 1:45 each time. I’ll never buy another Samsung product again.
