Service is appalling I am waiting to get a report done on a tablet that caught fire on my deaf mute brother we are very lucky it was through the day and not at night. I have found samsung very unhelpful on this excuse after excuse .

Hopeless, really terrible. They barely speak English, and I'm fairly sure they don't know what a television is. I spent a full half hour reading out serial numbers and trying to explain what the problem was only to get cut off. I called back with the reference number and the operator's name to be told rather rudely that there was no one by that name in the department and I had to start all over again, which I did. After a full 45 minutes the same thing happened, and guess what! When I called back again I couldnt speak to the same operator, so had to start all over again! Third time lucky though, this time I spoke to someone who knew what a tv was and knew how to do his job (Marvin) and we got the problem fixed. If Samsung ever read this feedback I would suggest: 1. linking the operator to the reference number so that if you get cut off you can speak to them again 2. Employing people who speak English good (or maybe even English people!) 3. Employing people who know what a tv is Samsung you owe me 2 hours of life

Bought a samsung galaxy S5 brand new and after 2 months charging point cover broke off ( down to flimsy design ) and noticed the phone developed issues with charging which meant the phone took longer and longer to fully charge. Eventually it stopped charging all together so called the Samsung repair centre to get it booked in for warranty repair as it was still less than 6 months old. However they informed me that the charging point had cracked and there would be a charge of £92 to repair it.. Seems very unfair and points more to an issue with the phone and its design. Uncompromising .. Unhelpful .. And after using samsung phones for the last 8 years will definately not be replacing this one with another. If a star would be given it would be a 0 star rating as its a terrible service as you are in the hands of a repairer who can say whatever they want to and are expected to pay up or have your broken phone returned back to you.

Send my Samsung galaxy 4 for repair, the consumer service is next to nil, nobody seems to understand the correct procedures.

Bought a tv, within 4 months had issue with back light. Called arranged a 4pm appointment for a Wednesday. Then get a text from service centre to say they needed to arrange a visit between 10am and 2 pm.I work wife works, however I can do any day of the year after 3:30pm surely I am not the only person who works? They won't budge and I'm not taking a day unpaid to fix their faulty product! Surely as a customer I can arrange a time that suits? Especially when the service centre is 10 min drive. Complaint was raised not contact back so complained again. The whole customer service us poor I'm not unreasonable just want the product I paid for to work after 4 months

After sale customer care amounts to zero. God forbid for my vacuum cleaner to go dead on me during my five year guarantee. I have sent them three emails regarding over sensitive remote switch and all I got was instruction on not having any electronics on. I responded and asked for a replacement and no response since. My remote handle is not working correctly. Suddenly it lowers the suction and does not increase when pressing the plus button but will reset after switching it off completely. Learn something from Morphy Richards company. Excellent customer service with using just one contact detail, unlike yours. Wanted to purchase a replacement 2100W vacuum from Morphy Richards but they do not sell them now. This is the reason I decided to use Samsung company for my next purchase but never again will I purchase anything from Samsung nor will I recommend their products to my friends. They have a long way to match the service of company like Morphy Richards.

I would not reccomend a samsung product to anyone, customer service sucks. Stove caught fire due to mfg defect and they don't care
