Bought a Samsung smart TV last year. Internet connection to TV stopped working after 3 months, losing e.g. Netflix. TV then progressively crashed more and more - up to 5 times on start-up. Finally got round to speaking to Samsung. Online chat - waste of 40 minutes. Told me to ring call centre. Called call centre who got me to do a Factory Reset. TV now will not start up at all! No warning from them this might happen. No resolution as "specialist wasn't available." So have gone from a TV with some features broken to no TV at all. Told me they would call me...never have. Call centre always 10+ minutes wait, plus the right people don't work during weekend. So I'd have to take time off work to call when with TV! Tried via Facebook...they took a week to respond: and that was to ask if I still had a problem! Unreliable Samsung TV; most useless customer service experienced in 30 years of electronics; buy any brand but them.

Galaxy Note 4....My phone developed a fault after eighteen months, it kept restarting all the time. Samsung arranged for collection no problem. That was three weeks ago, despite five phone calls, only to be told, we are waiting for parts, I still have no repair time or replacement. I am currently borrowing an iPhone 6, and I can tell you now that because of their poor customer service I won't be buying another Samsung product. We had a problem with an ipod of similar ago, this was returned repaired in 5 days!!!!

We've just bought an American style fridge freezer for almost £1000, but the tiny nut that attaches the water feed pipe is missing. I can't install the fridge until this pipe is fitted as there will be no access afterwards. This nut must cost around 20p, but after calling Samsung and sending three emails they will not send a replacement as the emails fail to attach the receipt for some reason. Surely there must be someone with an ounce of common sense at Samsung who thinks that customer service is just that and not some drawn out exercise in administration, talk about jobs worth! After over a week the fridge/freezer still sits unused in the middle of the kitchen, these people are a joke!

I have got a Samsung washing machine. Got it just before xmas of last year. The first machine arrived squashed. The second has been fine for 3 months then it developed a loud squeak when it spins, Went back to curry's to ask for someone to come and look at it and got told No. So I 've got an 6 month old machine that I spent £400 on, that has developed a metal grinding noise 1/2 way through the spin and I've got to put up with it. Guess who wont ever buy anything from Samsung again

3 weeks ago my washing machine caught fire. It's 3 years old. Engineer came out next day and confirmed somehow it had burnt out which he'd never even seen before. Next day Samsung confirmed that it was a manufacturing fault and we would get a replacement. Great I thought, I've got a 3 year old and a 2 year old...I need a washing machine. 3 weeks later after numerous calls to the customer service team who frankly couldn't deal with a customer if their life depended on it, 3 way conversations with the mysterious customer relations team, and being advised a multi billion dollar organisation doesn't have the ability to transfer calls and that they have no complaints department, I'm ready to explode. I will never buy Samsung again. .

Avoid buying from the shop.samsung.com/uk website. "Next day" delivery doesn't mean you will get your purchase the next day - clever wording might make you THINK that you will but when you press that "buy" button & get further in you will see the words "providing the order is placed and you have received your order acknowledged before 7pm". No order acknowledged = no delivery the next day. Oh, & no weekend deliveries either it seems. If your purchase is faulty when you receive it, be prepared for a wait. With smaller items at least, YOU will have to return it (with the prepaid label they provide) at your Post Office. Then you wait. And wait. And wait some more. Honestly, buy elsewhere - even if it is a few quid more. Save yourself the trouble.

Terrible awful service! Trying to charge me for an engineer to visit to inspect a faulty fitted hob. No problem with the visit, but they want to charge me if they deem it out of warranty. Have repeatedly exchanged emails and phone calls to try and resolve but no one reads previous chains or is interested in making themselves available at a convenient time for me to discuss (2 young kids and work means I cannot take calls easily at their convenience). Will NEVER buy Samsung again.

I cannot give even 1 star after the problems Im having. But I have to put 1 on there. 31/5/2016 brought a washing machine in Currys, delivered 3/6/2016. 5/6/2016 issues with spin cycle. 6/6/2016 rang samsung, explained problem said they would ring back in 15 mins, no call. Rang them back was given reference number and told an engineer would come on 8/6/2016. He came and said there was no problem. Worried about using machine so used launderette. 21/6/2016 complained again another engineer booked. 27/6/2016 engineer confirmed machine irrepairable needs replacing. Rang Samsung who said I would have a code number within 48 hours to replace machine. 29/6/2016 no code so rang again customer services difficult, would have to wait another 48/72 hours for code. 4/7/2016 still waiting................................ now going to trading standards and solicitor for advice, will never buy or recommend Samsung again they do not care about customers no matter what they say!

Very unprofessional staff at Samsung Support, Surrey Quays. Gave my phone for repair second time and I was told that they will repair it within 7 days and deliver it at home. On 7th day I rang up to ask what the update is on the phone. One of the staff spoke very rudely and said "ITS NOT 7 DAYS YET. There 5 days in a week, We will inform you when your phone is done.." On the 10th Day I phoned Samsung Support and they said they cannot deliver it to your home address, you will have to go and pick it up from the Support Center, Surrey Quays. Went there and they had NO CLUE where the phone was. Eventually after a half an hour search they said that they don't know where the phone is and told ME to call THEM next week. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. On top of that they told me to call the third part company and find out the updates from them... WORST Service ever experienced/ Rude staff members/ very unprofessional as one of the staff left half way rushing to go home as his shift finished. I would give them 0 star service.

I had a Samsung A3 which was only 3 months old and send for repair as it suddenly got switched off.Received it back now with a letter saying that the repair is not covered under manufactur's warranty, and asking as to buy a New phone. We basically lost more than 600 pounds for a Samsung product which is just 3 months old.Never trust this company. We regret for choosing Samsung.

Phone S7 received scratched, talk about quality control. Their customer service is incapable of listening. They are one verse script for responses. Don't care what I wrote, their responses were of no relevance. Not even worth one star. Going back to apple.

I wish it could be -100. They replaced my charger with a faulty charger and won't give me a new one. Because they have a policy where it can only be replaced once. What a joke. This is not the only time where samsung has let me down. I am definitely going back to Apple.

I bought a Galaxy A3 which only had a "quick start up leaflet" for other things I had to refer to the manual (which was not supplied). I rang my provider and they put me through to Samsung support who told me I could not have a hard copy as I had access to the internet. I explained I travelled a lot with my job and didn't always have access to the internet nor a printer. The guy spoke to a supervisor who came back with an emphatic no. When I asked to the supervisor they cut me off! I e mailed the customer service team and 3 days later have had no reply. All I want is a manual for the phone I am paying for - not much to ask!!!!!!!!
