We bought a Samsung microwave less than 4 years ago. The plastic part that holds the door handle to the door broke. Our last microwave lasted 15 years. Samsung less than 4. Cheap design. Will I ever purchase a Samsung product again? No way. Never. Other manufactures have much better designs.

Our fridge died after ten months. Since it was under warranty, we had a tech come out. It took 10 days to get someone out and they couldn’t fix it. We were told a specialist had to come fill the Freon and a scheduler would be in touch. A few days later, we were texted to say we were being offered a refund. I guess they decided it couldn’t be fixed. It took another few days for them to decide we were eligible for the refund. We submitted that today and now they say 1-2 weeks to process and issue the refund. It will be an eCoupon to use at Samsung.com. By the time it arrives and we order a new one, we’ll be without a fridge for six weeks! With a toddler home and a newborn arriving in a matter of weeks, this is less than ideal! When I asked to speak to the refund department about any chance of expediting, I was told that they don’t have a way to contact that department.

Ordered a Watch 3. For what ever reason the computer cut off the Apt #. As soon as I got the e-receipt I called and was told they couldn't add the apt # until it was shipped. Thinking on it it didn't make sense so I called a second time. I was told the same thing only this time they told me to call them again (a third) time once I got notification it was shipped. So I did. For a third time I called and was told for a thrid time they couldn't fix the computers mistake and add the apt #. Next I called FedEx and was told I couldn't add the apt # only the shipper could. So FedEx sent the watch back. Now I cant get Samsung to credit my account. Gues it's time to buy Apple. My wife has one and NEVER had a problem with customer service.

I ordered Samsung 8K TV on June 15th 2021. The TV was delivered June 24th via AGS. The package was torned. I got a Third party to install the TV, but as I opened it the whole screen was cracked. I lost money which I paid to the Thirdparty, I had to repack the TV(it was 85 Inch) and the hand over top Fedex. Fedex delayed the return delivery by 2 days(June 30th) .Today is July 7th samsung has not still not refunded the money. They said there policy is to refund around 10 days time frame. I kept calling customer service many times, they are routed to somewhere in Asia and they simply dont care. Beware and never buy from Samsung.

I was sold a faulty fridge.....from the time if purchase it has broken down 6-7 times.....i cant bare your repairing charges anymore..... Switching to LG forever.

Awful company, they do not provide a 1 year warranty, 1 time 1 year screen replacement for the galaxy flip 4g despite the person receiving the documents with the warranty. From my experience chatting with their numerous agents, they are also extremely unprofessional in speech when q customer voices frustration, ie showing an annoyed emoji- they start to make personal comments ie ' 'Don't be mad'- what the heck?! Who has the right to tell you how to feel? Espically if your feeling frustrated from the lack of good service, every person is entitled to their feelings of annoyance from not being heard, and noone deserves to be projected onto with their feelings- ie I was not feeling 'mad' but I have the absolute right same as anyone else, to be annoyed and unsatisfied with horrendous service.( please see screenshots as evidence) They purposefully evade questions about the price of repair even with the warranty, their customer service agents and managers are utterly useless if you have any problems and don't care for customer satisfaction. My best advice for other at this point is simply to please avoid them if its possible for you and don't give them anymore of your hard-earned money by spending it on their products, because they most certainly do not deserve it.

Ordered a $2000 fridge and Samsung just delivered but DID NOT install in the 2nd floor and just left the fridge on the 1st floor where we can't use it. I've requested a 4-man install from Samsung multiple times but those multiple times they kept saying I needed to wait 24-48 hours for the upper "managers" to set it up and call me back. Why does it take 2 days each time for a manager to contact us? They offer no help at all at the basic level and even at the manager level there is no response. My fridge has been sitting on the 1st floor for a week due to the non-existent Samsung support. Will never buy from Samsung Store again. Will just buy from Best Buy where they actually have customer service.

I bought a brand new stove on 6/18/2021. We converted it to propane according to the directions (as we have done with nearly 4 stoves before). The burners leak LP gas even when the stove is off. So, we disconnected the gas and called Home Depot (not a great place for customer service and appliances). They contract out to a third party. Lakes Electronics, Inc. in FL was the company that came out to 'fix' our appliance. Yeah, they came out 10 days later on the 28th. Technician took pictures and talked to the engineers. Then left. He closed the ticket - didn't fix a thing, and apparently was too busy to actually think about fixing the problem. So, today this the 7th of July, our stove still doesn't work. Tomorrow, Lakes is supposed to call me back to set up an appointment for a 'Senior Technician' to come and replace whatever parts the stove needs. This finally happened after I called and called and called and called and got angry. Samsung, get this, is giving me a one time accomodation to pay parts and labor... WTH? It is brand new and you think I am going to pay parts and labor. Heck no. So over samsung... I won't ever buy another samsung appliance. And that was what I used to buy for everything.

Sounds right 1.6 should be .6. Purchased a stove with knobs missing I was told Samsung would do the RIGHT thing. Knobs, that is all! They would for a price because customer service is no big deal to them. Well I was buying matching refrigerator and microwave but now, absolutely NOT! I will copy this everywhere because that means customers don’t matter and this could be a fake review site.

Samsung care is horrible. You can only go into Samsung stores to fix/ replace your phone. The closest one to me is an hour away. The other option is to send it in and be without a phone for few days while they decide whether to fix or send a new one. Such BS, not worth it at all!

Bought 2 refrigerators, both had major issues with ice making and poorly constructed shelves, had to replace ice maker on each and purchased three replacement shelves. Both units less than 2 years old. Never again will I purchase anything Samsung.

Having spoke to 3 staff members on Tuesday 6th July the customer service from all the team was excellent good customer service fantastic Would like to give 20 out of 20 but it only goes to five will have to be this. Thank you Rita

Horrible horrible support.... (Happy with the phone) They should just close their shop and only make phones! Haven't had such and awful experience for a long time!!

I believe the new finger print on the front of the phone for the Samsung S21 is a complete failure. It only reads the print about 30% of the time. The Samsung S9 location on the back was much more user friendly and read your print 90% of the time the first try.

Purchased a top of the range brand new American style fridge freezer broke down after 2 days! After a week still waiting for a replacement. After speaking to multiple Samsung contacts and departments on the phone constantly told I have to wait for all the processes to go through before it can be resolved. These processes are obviously in the interest of the company not the customer otherwise it would take a much shorter timescale. I am having to purchase food and ice daily to keep it cold then throw whatever does not handle the short amount of time in the summer staying cold goes in the bin! Customer services are a joke! Don't expect a quick turnaround expect a long painful journey.

better service. please. Its embarrassing to think that such a huge company has such terrible costumer service(this review is if you contact samsung directly). The products they sell are amazing but if my product breaks i know that i’m better off just buying a new one instead of trying to get it fixed from your service because if i sent it to get it fixed i would probably die from old age before i get it back. This is 100% not a joke whatsoever. Even till this day i have not gotten my Tv from them. It’s been around 3 months. My Tv stopped working only 5 months after buying it with no damage or over use-age. I was playing a video game on it and just turned off like i pressed the off switch. After trying to get it to work for two days I decided to contact Samsung directly(since i didn’t get a warranty from the store i bought it from because i thought their Tv’s were just that good.) And they said they would fix it since i still have the companies warranty so a week later a service guy comes with a part and says he’s here to fix the Tv. No mind you he has not actually seen the Tv and checked to see what the issue was but already had “the part to fix it”. so 30mins alfred him being at the house he says he can’t fix it and will need to order a new part. during this time it’s been around 2 weeks. this happend again and then tells my i just need a new tv and that they will give my a new one. now fast forward 2 and half months later and i still don’t have the tv. at this point Im assuming they either forgot about it or expected me to go to their warehouse and fix it myself. In conclusion if you don’t not have the warranty from the store you bought it from don’t waste your time contacting Samsung. So make sure you don’t make the mistake i did in thing their Tvs are good because they are not.

Bought a Samsung S21 on January. 6 months later the SIM Card is not responding, and I lost access to use my data, calls, and texts. This happened a week ago. I Go to Verizon Store on the next day and get two separate SIM Cards put in and they tell me the reader is broken but I can try Best Buy (Where I purchased it) and they maybe can help. They called Samsung support with me and they told us to switch out the SIM Card (didn't work) and then told us to do a factory reset. Did that and it didn't work so they told us to take the Phone to UBreakiFix (Samsung affiliated phone repair in my area). For the S21 they can repair the SIM reader and Samsung requires they try that first. Work order went in Sunday, Part Came in Thursday. UBreakiFix was great got it replaced same day it came in and it did not work. Samsung made them run tests that take over 2 hours so they can verify that it is eligible for in store trade in for the new phone. They did and it has been in pre approval since yesterday. It is now Friday, one week AFTER the phone stopped working. Up until this point i understand Samsung having me jump through some hoops before they send me a new phone. I called UBreakiFix today and they say Samsung has not approved the replacement or the instore pick up. I get my Job ID # and call Samsung. I explain how inconvenient this process has been and the 1st two techs hung up on me after asking me to hold to view documentation. I know this because i was on hold and after a while it asked me to give the Support Tech rating, which happens after the call. I called a 3rd time and got a great tech called Rene (he was amazing) and he didn't even hang up on me. He told me that he did not have the authorization to expedite (fair) this situation and was honest that it's optimistically going to take at least 6-9 more days but probably more. I asked him to hook me up with a supervisor and they will call me back as soon as they’re free. So the timeline is this: Sat - Phone breaks - no data, no phone calls, no text Sun - Spend my afternoon going to Verizon, Bestbuy, and the Samsung Affiliate UbreakiFix and my work order is put in and part ordered - no data, no phone calls, no text Mon - no data, no phone calls, no text Tue - no data, no phone calls, no text Wed - no data, no phone calls, no text Thur - They get the sim card reader, switch it out, do a factory reset, and none of that works. Request for an In store replacement - no data, no phone calls, no text Fri - Still not approved for the replacement. Call Samsung support to see if I can get the approval expedited and the first two support techs hang up on me. Third tech tells me that optimistically it will take another 6-9 days. At the end of the day, Samsung's flagship S21 broke 6 months after me purchasing. I jumped through every hoop for the last week just to have two techs hang up on me when i call Samsung Support. I have gone 7 days and optimistically will have to go another 6-9 more (13-17 days total) without data, phone calls, or texts. I will also have to continue to pay for my Verizon data plan that i won't be able to use at all. In a day and age where cell phones are so massively used this process is unacceptable and any new phone moving forward will NOT be a Samsung. After all that negative I want to highlight how amazing Rene, their support tech, was and how great UBreakiFix was. They were the only positives in this whole ordeal.

They have the worst customer service in the world, at least in UK. Ordered my Galaxy S21 Ultra on 13th of June 2021, it’s a £1199 phone and still they charged me £3.99 for the delivery on a specific date and time. Guess what, they failed to deliver the phone on time and after calling them so many times, non of their customer service agents could give me any updates when I will get the phone, and their phone line is really really poor, you can’t hear them properly most of the time and suddenly they cut off the phone, it was really frustrating as I had to call over and over again and had to explain the same thing. Anyway, after lots of arguments one of the agents said she will send me an email with updates soon, but didn’t receive anything. However, suddenly in the middle of the night got an email from DPD that they will deliver my order in the morning, by this time it was already 24h delayed, remember they charged me for delivery on my specific date n time. Now let’s talk about the experiences after getting the phone. Obviously it’s a £1200 phone (£1199 to be exact) and you expect the best performance. Again guess what, the battery life is worse than my 3 years old phone. All the so called Pro-YouTubers and reviews saying you will get more than a day of battery life. But in reality I’m not getting anywhere near to that, it’s roughly 4h Screen on Time n I’m not a heavy user by any means. So after getting this poor battery performance I called Samsung again and again the same issue with the phone line, really really bad. Finally got to talk with someone after 3/4 attempts. He said I have to wait 2/3 days more to let the phone learn about my daily using patterns and then the phone will optimise the battery. If not then he said they will replace the phone. When I asked how the replacement process will work, he said “We will send you the replacement phone 1st with return label and you have to send the old phone back on that same box” So after 3 days when I noticed the battery didn’t improve that much despite me being so close fisted with the phone uses. So I called again to the customer service and again same poor line connection. This time the agent said they will replace the phone but I have to send the old phone back 1st and after 7 to 10 days of receiving the old phone they will send me the replacement phone. Is this a joke!!!!!! I'm now really disappointed with this phone and the service I've been given so far. This is one of the worst decision I had taken that buying a phone from Samsung. If you buy it from online you can't take the phone to Samsung stores or shops to replace as non of the stores or shops are their official site (as I was told by customer service agents) So I'm pretty much stuck with this phone and have to send it to them by post and wait. I have decided to return the phone and get my money back. It's way better to buy from Apple, at least you get better customer service and they have their official stores everywhere, and doesn't, matter wherever I buy iPhone I can take it to the store and get my issues sorted, at least that's what I learned from my previous experiences with Apple.
