I am forced to give you one star review because this is the least review which is available in your system. I wish I can give - zero stars for your after sales support although is not available. You do not care about your customer's satisfaction, and you do not even treat them in a fair way. You refused to replace the defected appliance which I bought from your brand, and you taught me a very big lesson in life which is never to trust neither your brand nor your products nor what you call customer service support. I hope that you will all experience the same nightmare which I went through because of your lack of responsibility.

Do not buy any major appliances from this company. If you want to return it they give you the run around even act like they can't hear you on the phone like you have bad service. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Run

sent a Samsung galaxy watch back for service under warranty july 1, 2021. It was received july 2nd. - They said it would be repaired in 4 business days .I never receive the watch as of today. Called Samsung about 12 times to date and all they tell me they cancelled the repair ticket. Nobody can get in touch with repair center - The phone gets disconnected while l wait for an answer . No representative calls back. Watch was only a couple of months old and costs 200 dollars with tax. I asked for the watch to be repaired, or give me back my money or another watch. I cant believe how bad the Repair service is and how inefficient it is to get answers - I am still waiting on phone for answers. I think my watch will never be returned and l will think twice before l ever buy another Samsung product. I spent hours on the phone with multiple representatives. No one can give me an answer what happened to my watch.

I ordered two phones on July 7th, 2021 from Samsung. Samsung sent the items out on the 8th of July. The phones moved through the FedEx network really quick then once it got to the Jamaica, NY shipping center the items stopped . The phones was suppose to be delivered to me on July 12, 2021. I received a Text message on my phone at 3:37 pm that the driver attempted to deliver this package but customer or business was unavailable. I was sitting in my living room next to the door. I was informed by a neighbor, the FedEx driver got out of the truck place the door-tag on the door. Got back on the truck without ringing the bell and left. Remind you the package is something you have to sign for per Samsung’s policy any item over a thousand dollars has to be signed for. They can’t just leave it in the hallway and go. Which typically in bad neighborhoods they are not suppose to leave packages at all. They are suppose take them back to shipping center and attempt another delivery the next business day or date. The Jamaica, Ny FedEx shipping facility did not attempt to do delivery again at all. My package has been saying the same thing for last 3 days pending on a delivery truck for delivery. No date or time in the description. Since July 12th- July 16. I have been constantly on the phone and chatting through Twitter with Samsung’s and FedEx customer service reps for 5 days. In reality, I’m not suppose to be the one contacting FedEx at all because I’m in contract with Samsung because that’s who I paid my money to. Samsung has been saying we can’t refund your money because it hasn’t been 7 days since the item hasn’t been considered lost or stolen. This item have not moved or been scanned since July 13th, 2021 at 8:24 am. Now the items delivery status is saying pending with no delivery date. The FedEx website is still saying on the vehicle for delivery. I was also informed by a FedEx rep that they in fact is considering it missing because there has been no movement in last 3 days. This is all in writing in my Twitter direct messages. After getting off the phone with Samsung about the policy for a refund, I called FedEx again to ask what the policy is for a missing package and I was informed by a FedEx rep that Samsung can file a claim even though they are doing an investigation in to the missing package since there has been no movement in the last 3 days. Now, Samsung’s customer service rep is saying I will have to wait until the 21 of July to get my money back which is also the 14 day time limit you can return their phones and get a refund for the items you purchased if the items so happens to show up. Yet they are not counting the days of my order shipment as me waiting for my package. The phones has not moved since Tuesday and they clearly see it hasn’t been updated for 3 days. On both FedEx website and their (Samsung’s website)There is no way I’m getting these items since they haven’t moved since Tuesday. FedEx even said they are doing an investigation in to why the package has not moved or been scanned in the last 3 days. I’m going to honest with you, please learn from my experience with this company. Do not purchase anything from them unless you want to be going through what I’m going through now. I’m now going to get my bank involved with the matter because this situation is fraudulent. If my bank can’t get my money back I’m going to DA of fraudulent services because the Consumer of Act of 2015, states if a package is later then the expected delivery date (my package is 5 days late with no updated delivery time. Still saying it’s on a truck to be delivered to me.)that is posted when your order an item from a Seller you have a right to a refund. Yet, Samsung refuses to play by the rules and made their own policy about how the refund should be handled. Also, one of the reps told me that once the package leaves their warehouse it’s no longer their responsibility it’s now the customers responsibility to find a package that I didn’t choose the shipping company for. Yeah, that’s what she said when it says on both FedEx and Samsung’s website that a signature is required for the delivery of this item. I haven’t signed anything stating I took ownership of these phones. Another rep told me that she would give 100 dollars for the items that paid over a thousand dollars for. Which I kindly declined that offer. So please don’t buy anything from them it is not worth it.

One of the worst ever customer service. You will loose all your patience. Absolutely incapable people. You will waste all your time but the issue will never be fixed. Their VP or head of customer service or whomsover is heading the customer service is absolutely incompetent to head this service. Never buy a samsung product unless the customer service is competent

After MONTHS of research we decided on buying the QLED Q6DA 50". We had a heck of a time tracing one down as so many claim how great they are. Bought from Sam's on line . PROBLEM right out of the box! The colors, brightness and sound were HORRIFIC! So bad they cause severe headaches, eye burn and even muscle problems. Started that day chatting and calling Samsung.com. LOTS of lip service from overseas, bad English and "REFER TO THE WEDSITE FOR HELP". WE"VE had the TV less than a full week and we are literally sick from it. We have chatted more than 15 times (at length more than an hour each time) and called over 10 times (being on the phone more than a hour each time). We live in western Georgia and the (1st) ticket wrote for repair was to a "Cyber Electronics", they were suppose to call but never did so when calling i got a bad recording. I decided to look up the company and the reviews (all) were REALLY bad! So i called/chatted and had to go over EVERYTHING again. Finally they said we will contact another shop and they will call. When they FINALLY did they said they didn't know why they were contacted as they are completely on the other side of Atlanta. for ticket (3) went thru having to tell the story more than 6 more times to a-holes that wouldn't take the time to real their screens chat or by phone. I explained ticket one and two and ALL the problems AGAIN. The man using an American (as they all did) couldn't even pronounce it! , tells me we have no more service agents in your area and we WILL hire an outside agent in your area and they will call. So today i return home and on my caller I.D. there is a phone number for ""CYBER ELECTRONICS" ! WTH! I called Samsung and they would not answer my question and said they stood behind their techs (for which they didn't have a list of). I EXPLAINED AGAIN and demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told "we have no one on duty" . I demanded again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When he came back he said one would call in 24 to 48 hours. Lets say the call went south! andI was hung up on. I went to chat and they all must be in the same room or have instant contact as when I signed in and wrote most of the lenghtly problem he would not answer . I sat 25 minutes before closing chat. I called again and the idiot was rude from second one and put me on a 30 minute hold before hanging up. Guess what ? Tv gets packed up this weekend and goes back! To bad as the TV has superb clearness and beauty and all we needed was just a few minutes help to set the color setting and sound. NEVER AGAIN WILL THERE BE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN OUR HOME!

My 65 inch television went out after approximately one year. I had an extended seven year warranty and called the company for repair. They said they would send a tech but no one showed up so I called again and then they said they would refund the television. I provided all of the documentation, receipts etc to them and they said a trucking company would pick up the TV and then the refund would be issues. Now a month later and numerous phone calls to Samsung and no one has picked up the television and I have no refund. A manager could not provide an update and said that they are not able to share their internal policies so they cannot tell me the current status of the situation. Never buy a Samsung again. The warranty is useless!

What an awful customer service program. I upgraded to a new phone in December 2020 and was told by the sales person on the phone at Samsung that my new phone would be transferred to my new device (Galaxy S20). 7 months later, I find out that isn't true and all they are going to do is refund me the 7 months of insurance on a device I didn't even own! I love my Galaxy but Samsung needs to step it up with making sure existing customers are satisfied. They also need to make their Sales people understand how their services and plans work.

If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from Samsung 75" TV UN75RU8000FXZC. This TV is GARBAGE. Had to replace the LED Panel in less then a year then it went again 6 months later. Samsung WILL NOT warranty the replacement part after 3 months. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone.

First I paid for installation and the delivery guy refused. I had to hire someone to install. Once the dryer was removed from the packaging, a large dent in the door was noted. Had an appointment for their service team to come evaluate the dent then got a message that they weren't coming because it isn't covered under warranty! And every call to them is at least an hour long process!! Stay away from Samsung!!!!!

Less than a year ago, I purchased a dishwasher for over 1100.00. I just had to pay 251.00 to have an upper nozzle replaced because the technician said it was physical damage. This is a nozzle that is mounted on the top of the dishwasher. Samsung refused to pay for the repair and won't reimburse me.

After lodging request for repair for a Samsung Refrigerator , no one called back or visited . Kept calling samsung customer care and they said there is no commitment when the technician will visit . So food , frozen items , fruits n veggies got all spoilt had to be thrown.. all Thanx to Samsungs PATHETIC / VERY VERY POOR After sales service. People should think twice before buying a samsung product.

I always wanted to buy samsung products..but the behaviour of service guys are pathetic..the way the aunties talk to the customer is just horrendous. They tok 5000 to fill gas for my ac and said issue will be solved.but still the issue is not solved. and still wàiting for their services..

Have a z flip for my god daughter. She cracked the screen and it started turning the whole screen black, we never used the warranty and we went into the samsung repair shop July 3rd, they said the warranty ended june 2nd. They would not at all make an exception for the one time discount on screen repair for the z flip that cost $399 to fix plus $100 for labor. Even though the warranty was barely a month over. Way to care about customers. Even the repair place asked if we contacted samsung to see if they would offer an extension since it was literally over a month before. I dislike the entire company now. Used to tell folks to get a galaxy over an iphone, not anymore, I'm minding my business lbs when they say they're going to apple.

I waited for around 4 months to buy this and when I finally got it, it worked great for a couple of weeks but suddenly stopped responding to the screen anymore. I showed it at the store, they lead me further to the online support for processing the return. I called the customer support next day and they said they can take it back for inspection and will replace it or give some other solution. During the call the representative said that she could not track the serial number or something even after I provided with the images of the packing and the proof of sale, they said that they will ask their supervisor and get back in 3 business days but I did not get any follow up response. After a week when I called again, one of the representative HUNG UP on me in the midst of the conversation. Then the next representative heard me out and said the same things as the first one, I told him that he is just being repetitive but he gave me a lot of assurance that he will get back in three days again but again it was the same thing. Today its been 10 days since last phone call and about a month since first one. There had been no response not even a single email, just phony assurances. For such a big company they have zero customer service and zero values towards their customers. The customer service is way more poor than their product. I used the s pen to teach on my online classes and edit photos for my clients, I told the representatives that how important it is for me to get it fixed because both my businesses directly depend on it and they did not have even a tiny bit of sense of urgency and they just let my complain be ignored due to which I had to suffer losses financially as well. I am very disappointed from the performance of the pen and way more disappointed with the customer service, please think twice before you buy any expensive accessories from this company.

I purchased this Fridge: RF28HMEDBSR/AA A $4,000 fridge... Should not have lasted only 6 years, not at that price! I have had no name brand refrigerators last longer! The freezer stopped cooling and then the freezer. WE had their tech come in and he said it was one thing, which he couldn't repair, and then they sent another tech out that was qualified in that area and he then said, nope, you can't repair this. It was deemed un-repairable. Something that expensive is broken already. It's not like we abuse it. It just sits there and cools our food. We spoke to that about it and asked why such a "top of the line" fridge would die so soon. "They just don't make them the way they used to. That's about how long you can expect them to last." I am ashamed to say I actually owned a Samsung. I will not purchase another Samsung. I will invest as much time as I can in writing bad reviews for Samsung on every web location I can. Quality is a thing of the past, Samsung is proving this... Don't purchase their stuff. If you do, get ready to deal with customer service...

We bought a Samsung microwave less than 4 years ago. The plastic part that holds the door handle to the door broke. Our last microwave lasted 15 years. Samsung less than 4. Cheap design. Will I ever purchase a Samsung product again? No way. Never. Other manufactures have much better designs.
