I bought the whole Samsung Chef Collection for my new kitchen. I've had this collection a little 6 years and this fridge should have lasted 12 - 15 years without any problems. Early November the freezer compressor went out on the refrigerator spoiling at least $220 worth and took the technician almost a month to fix it on Dec. 3rd. It cost me over $600 to get it fixed. Well, last month March 9th the freezer compressor went out again, another $200 of spoiled food. Samsung is not going to replace the food cost or the repair cost for a new compressor. I will not spend another cent to buy another Samsung product. That was last draw. Tomorrow, I'm going shopping for an LG dryer.

Bought a cooktop that arrived with a broken grate. Received a replacement that didn't color match the adjacent two grates. Sent in a picture and they agreed that they would replace the set of three. That was three months ago with three follow up phone calls since. What a waste of time dealing with them. Getting ready to buy a OLED TV. Won't be Samsung.

DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG BRAND OF ANYTHING. I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE IT DID NOT WORK INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A NEW ONE THEY WANT TO REPLACE 2 PARTS ON THIS ONE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE.

Sevice is very very poor. If ur product under break down , u will not get any help from Samsung co. local service centre only misguide. Don't go with Samsung co. This is my personal experience.

Very unsatisfactory experience with broken fridge/freezer under warranty, following words quoted in Samsung's complaint response: - "We do not have a formal procedure in writing and you would not receive any feedback as all complaints are handled internally" Can this be right where is the Regulation?

Horrible experience, they have the worst policies and customer service in the world! Purchased a phone online, money taken from account immediately, yet a hold for the same amount of the phone was put on my card in addition to taking the money for the phone. I tried to call to ask why there was a hold when they have already collected their money and was told that it was company policy in case there wasn't enough funds in the account for them to collect. I was like, ok you have already collected your money so remove the hold, they said it will be removed within 7-14 days! I said I wanted to cancel, she said wait, don't cancel I will expedite the removal of the hold and she guaranteed for it to be removed within 3 days. So I said ok...3 days later the hold is still there, I talked to no less than 5 people, all of whom were completely incompetent, hell 1 person straight hung up on me as soon as I have my ticket number! 3 just kept saying that they assure me that "it's just a hold, it's no big deal, you will have it removed in just 14 days...be patient" WTF, it's just a hold that put my bank account in the negative by $600, they got their money immediately...this should be illegal! They are essentially robbing me for 2 weeks! Not only will I NEVER buy from their website again, I will NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN PERIOD!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS BEST!

Horrible experience. Took forever to get to to a real human. Then they just told me to unplug my TV on and off. When that didn't work, after 30 minutes, they had me reset the TV back to factory settings. THAT DIDN'T WORK and then they hung up on me, leaving me worse than how I started.

Do not purchase the Samsung Z Flip 3. I am now on my 2nd phone. The phone is under warranty but I sent it in and Samsung is claiming that I dropped it. I did not drop the phone. It started to develop what looked like a crack right in the crease. Then the screen turned black at the crease and the touchscreen wouldn't work. This is a horrible product which has now cost me $3000. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have.

I bought a new tablet from Samsung online on 3rd April and the earliest delivery available was 29th April which I accepted as they were not in stock. I received an email confirming my order and that is as far as I got, when I sign into my account I have no orders and the order number is invalid. So I attempt to contact Samsung to enquire and that is when the fun started. They informed me that I will not see the order in my account because a lot of people will be tracking their orders??????? so I got absolutely nowhere. When I checked online I noticed they were in stock for next day delivery so asked why I had to wait until 29th April after they have already taken my money, to be told my order is of the highest priority but no I cannot have one of the tablets in stock but must wait for the batch to arrive to be sent out on 29th???? and then very quickly got the message have a nice day and cut me off!!!!!! So in reality they do not care. I will NEVER EVER deal with Samsung direct ever again as the customer service is none existant!!!!!!

I have a Samsung refrigerator and I called Samsung‘s and the only thing they will do is give you a ticket ticket number a ticket number I have so many ticket numbers due to my ice maker freezing and the only thing they want to give you is just half of the money and that’s wrong never again will I buy a Samsung refrigerator doors refrigerator suck they are terrible so stop selling those refrigerators that you know that has those problems

I'm experiencing bad days with samsung now please don't encourage people to buy samsung products here after earlier a big fan of samsung, I made a big blunder by my biased mind towards samsung. A month before made an purchases from a samsung shop mobile app but product neither got delivered nor traceable by samsung and by their service partner “ecom express”. They asked me to cancel the product but refund was not initiated even after a month of waiting and they are not sure when samsung can return my money. A week before I received a mail saying that my cancelation was rejected and samsung shop app shows product was lost. I lost all my patience and their customer support is the worst I ever seen my life.

what didnt go wrong?? that will probably be an easier at this point. BUT... Their customer service is completely horrendous. They will deny that there is any faults with their company, or their website. If you have a ticket number, good luck. I have been hung up on three times so far, this go round, trying to deal with a ticket number issue. Along with the being passed back and forth between a bunch of employees. Like I said, customer service is a joke. I switched from Apple to Samsung, and I completely regret that decision. I am ready to go back to Apple. We purchased 2 galaxy s22's and 2 different versions of the galaxy watch4, and the whole process has been a nightmare.

I bought Tv got delivered but when I connected the Tv after months, I noticed that the screen was cracked but Samsung wouldn’t replaced it or repaired it. They want me to take the product to their repair centre and I will foot up the bill. Also they have cancel my 5 years warranty and their excuse is that, the product was accidentally damaged. This damage was caused by them. I will not buy anything with Samsung written on it . Their customers service is disgusting. Worse company to deal when things goes wrong . I dislike how I have been treated

I got a galaxybook pro 360 15.6" last July. It had frequent weird screen issues - scrolling bars, blurring, jumping flashing going black etc. I finally got around to making a service ticket for repair when I went in for brain surgery in February, as I use it for work but wouldn't need it for at least a week after. 1 week later, I got it back, with a note saying the screen had been replaced. They sent it back without the s pen that was in the box and I had to call and fight on the phone with someone who claimed it hadn't been to get replaced. Anyhow, now the screen was doing something NEW: Just going black all the time. I also realized I couldn't use windows hello and some other things were not working properly. SO, I created another service ticket and sent it back again. After about a week I got an email saying they found nothing wrong and were sending it back. I waited...and waited....no tracking info available after 3 days. So I call, and it's a huge to do, to find they just haven't sent it out yet. When I finally get it back, windows hello and the other OS issues, and screen issue, were resolved. "Hooray!" I thought. I THOUGHT WRONG. As soon as I went to shut down my laptop for the first time I realized....they'd replaced my screen with a non touch screen!! This model can't be shut down without a screen swipe. A ton of functionality is lost. And when I sent it back for repair the second time (when they claimed nothing was wrong, and nothing was done) they REPROGRAMMED the OS to function with the incompatible part!! Samsung won't replace it. They want me to send it in a THIRD time to the same place. I NEED this for work, I do not have a backup computer, and I've already been without it for a huge chunk of time, 3 weeks total, with no resolution. Now I have to send it back - as though I can afford to miss out on another whole week of working (Realtor) to have to reinstall/set it up again and just...hope it works? How many times will I have to do this? If they just keep NOT fixing it, do I just keep sending it back in, forever amd ever, and basically just...not have a computer to rely on? Why won't you exchange it for me if it's so "fine and repairable"? Go ahead, repair this one, I'll take one that works. Everyone wins. At this point it's still under warranty - and their contractors broke it. I don't want this laptop- ITS NOT EVEN MADE OUT OF THE RIGHT PARTS ANYMORE. It's LITERALLY not the laptop I bought - and they've messed with the OS settings too. I can't believe I'm still dealing with this - but the moral here is: Don't buy this laptop, because if you have a problem with it they will make it horribly inconvenient if not IMPOSSIBLE to resolve. I have so far spent 2 months and SIXTEEN hours on the phone attempting to resolve this with absolutely no luck. While recovering from brain surgery. I cried, a ton. I was hung up on by 3 support reps when they asked if they'd resolved the reason for my call and said no. I promised phone calls from surpervisors that never came. And every time I spoke woth someone, I had to tell this WHOLE STORY again and again. I was in excruciating pain, literally fighting for my life and my sanity. I wish I hadn't spent my money on this. I'm devastated. I loved this laptop but for the screen issue, and now I'm stuck making payment on a laptop that I never would have paid $1200 for.

would give 0 if i could. shockingly bad service from such a huge organisation that i paid £1400 for samsung s22 ultra only to receive non existent support via phone or chat which just keeps cutting out. really wished i hadnt given them my business.
