Owned a top loader that I loved until I didn’t. Less than five months after purchase (almost $1000) it stopped working! Tech needs part which is on back order. Then he tells me I have to disconnect and move the washer so he can work on it! I’m an older woman with no means to do a disconnect and reinstall a washer. Who knows how long part will take….NEVER AGAIN.

Samsung not honor the manufacturer warranty, i have to pay $120 for repair, cheap quality broken after 4 month, trash customer service! requested a repair, they want me to go buy an new one, not a good manufacturer

Terrible service. Waiting for mobile more then one month even that Samsung has 50 millions devices in overstock. Pay a lot but not get any service. Better buy some other brand! Worst service in the Europe.

Samsung mobiles customer care is worst service. Charger was showing as free but not sent with mobile. They are cheating the customers. The charger cancelled automataically, when informed customer care concern team will send mail about this occurance. No single mail came from 40 days and when she asked again, same dialogue repeating. They do not know why the order cacelled even 40 days completed. Very very poor responses and repeated dialogues. No progress till now.

Never buy any Samsung products the company does not stand behind its product they give you missing information they will not give you any refunds on their products worst appliances ever

If I can give Zero Star , I would. I called customer support line to get help with a leaking dishwasher few days ago! Stayed on the line long time and provided lots of details and pictures! While I was waiting 2 business days to receive a call to arrange a technician visit,this morning received an email that my ticket has been cancelled. I called customer service line again, being transferred between two agents and stayed on line for a while… new agent reviewed the details over and over and asked me weird questions ( as “is property damaged? Anyone insured?…)( Did I call insurance company or 911?) and he requested my home ownership/ possession paper !!!!! Since when home ownership documents are requested for sending a technician for a repair?!!!!! I am a real estate agent and builder !!!! Completely aware of some details and privacy matters!!! I Would never buy anything from Samsung and would never recommend Samsung to any clients or friends and would never use Samsung in my properties!!! All reviews showing that Samsung is the worst in doing business !!!!!

Have been waiting for a refund for 2 months. I call up twice a week and get told the same thing that someone will call me back in 48 hours to resolve the case. 2 months later nothing even though my refund was approved. Each time I get told that the case needs to be escalated again and again and again. I said what happens if i don't get a call back. They say don't worry sir. You willl for sure and true to form - no call back. The last time I got it escalated, I said what happens if i don't get a call back. She just said well you just have to escalate again as there's nothing they can do. This is nuts

Extremely robotic customer service and this was my last effort today and I did not want to trouble shoot or get sent to another repair center for a horrible product, I am beyond unhappy with this cell phone and told by executive care that there is nothing samsung can do because I am out of warranty, even though the issue was happening within warranty and they were never able to fix, this is samsung policy. summary; we pay thousand +++ for a phone that didn't work and now out of warranty still doesn't work!!!!! Newest playstation started over heating=they obviously couldn't fix it and now out of warranty so left for us to fix, cell phone camera NEVER worked=they couldn't fix it so left paying to fix and fix and fix then network connection problems and samasung support could not fix and wanted me to take to a repair center AGAIN to pay for it AGAIN to be fixed in addition to the overage charges on our service provider plan!?!? Maybe samsung should focus on one product line and make it dependable instead of so many that they obviously are failing at; cell phones, tv's, gaming devices, fridges, washers, dryers, and and and and!!!!!!!!! The staff answering our emails, calls, online chats, are doing what samsung corp dictates them to do so no issues with them but have to say robotic customer service not human customer care on any level of support with samsung reps. I understand things happen with electronics but companies need to remember that it's us customers that pay their shareholders!

We bought a French door fridge from Home depot in 2018 and it started breaking down after a year. The ice maker malfunction warmed up the fridge and everything went bad in few days inside the fridge . They sent their techs three times with parts but they could not fix it. They left us with a broken fridge and a promise to refund some money to buy another fridge but they played us for a month with fake ticket numbers and polite agents in Domenic Republican . They finally denied our refund! If you have a family , run away from Samsung kitchen appliances. They know well about their faulty products but hide the info from consumers on their own web site.

By all the other reviews it seems that you do care about what we say . ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS YOUR BOTTOM LINE $$$$$$$$ So please beware of what you get!!! by the way stay with what you are good at phones and tv's

I bought all my home appliances from Samsung along with extended warranty, but my god the problems I am facing when one of them goes bad. My Dryer went bad less than a year after it was purchased, called samsung created a ticket, some local guy came for repair said he has to order parts, and then nothing. I have called samsung and the respective service at least 10 times and my dryer is still not working after more than a month. My DW stopped working, call Samsung again, service lady wanted to debug the problem and refused to setup a appointment, after 3 sessions of debugging appointment was setup, keep in mind I had to send my reciept, my extended warranty information and all. Then after 2 weeks somebody calls and says they will charge me 100$ since my warranty is over, I told them that I have extended warranty and service center I should work with the ticket creator who did not add that info. Called Samsung service center at least 15 times and nothing. Interestingly Samsung called about my dryer saying they will replace it and again asked me for my receipt, and since email center is closed I have wait till they wake up and after I get a confirmation/notification I have to call and talk again. OMG.how can a company of Samsung's size be like so bad. I have bought appliances from sears,Best buy in the past and it was so so SO much easier. One call and done, this one no update even after 10+ calls on each and nothing. I am frustrated and fed up and am dreading what the future holds for the rest of my appliances. I also had a hard time even when they were delivering the appliances the guy refused to get my appliances in but that is another story

Disgraceful company! Bought a new Samsung 75 inch QLED TV for $1200 and it lasted 5 months. TV screen formed an internal crack, at the bottom of the screen, there was no impact to the screen and nor did anyone touch it. Apparently it's thermal damage related but Samsung refuse to do a technical assessment and refuse to implement their warranty. $1200 down the toilet. My new household is full of Samsung appliance and I guess all their warranties mean absolutely nothing like the 10yr fridge warranty. Samsung, shame on you! You lost a passionate Samsung customer and I see from all these reviews you upholding your unethical practices.

pathetic company with no service at all. we are facing a problem in refrigerator since 3 months , neither the service centre responds nor they want to clear that we are keeing a dustbin instead of fridge which we should throw asap. never recommend anyone to purchase anything of this brand. pathetic products with pathetic service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dealing with Samsung.com home appliances was the absolute worst experience i ever had. I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer on 4/11/22 and was told they would be available for delivery in early May. I didn't need them until I moved which was on 6/11/22 so I scheduled to have them delivered that day. Every week for 2 months I received a confirmation email from them letting me know the items are scheduled for on time delivery even through receiving an email the day before the delivery date. I waited in my house for 5+ hours before I started calling Samsung to see if they could give me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive. It took over 1.5 hrs to get someone on a call with me to tell me my appliances were not shipped and that they would let me know in the next week or two when I will be receiving them. I explained I have 2 young children and I must have a refrigerator and washer and dryer. I asked if they could loan me any until mine were ready and was turned down, I asked if i could exchange for appliances they did have available and was also told no. The washer and dryer were available but because i ordered them in one order, they weren't able to send me them separately. If i cancelled the order and placed a new order to get the washer and dryer, the price would go up because i didn't have it bundled with the refrigerator. The 2 options I was given were to wait and see when they will be able to deliver and they didn't know when that would be or cancel the order. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I am unable to speak with one nor would they provide the name of a manager. Again this had to be the worst experience I have ever dealt with and so disappointing to know Samsung would treat customers like this. I ended up cancelling the order (have to wait 10 business days to see the money refunded to my credit card), went to Best Buy and bought a different brand, but of course I have to now wait 10 more days to receive it because I just placed the order so now I am going without these items which is not easy having 2 small children. My whole point of ordering 2 months in advance was to assure that i would have these items on time for my move. No one even bothered to let me know they wouldn't be showing up to deliver. Shame on you, Samsung

Bought a double door refrigerator from Samsung.The compressor broke down within a span of two years. Pathetic service from the service centre here in Hyderabad...They had mentioned 10 years warranty on the compressor but the service centre has slapped an amount of 5000/- on it... will never recommend Samsung products to anyone..

Ok. I purchased 5 Samsung appliances. First the dishwasher broke, no service to repair. Replaced with kitchens aid. Refrigerator ice maker froze up, no service available. Today th Samsung dual gas oven the control panel stopped working. I would strongly urge you to not purchase Samsung (samsuck) products. Service providers do not want to work on their products. The washer shakes so bad in the spin cycle you wonder if it will go out the door. Very dissatisfied.

Samsung refund process is the worst that I have ever experience. Within a year of purchasing a brand new refrigerator the icemaker broke. They told us they would have to come out at least 4 times to fix it before we got a refund. When we tried to get a refund they told us because we waited to long they could only refund a small percentage. This was after they told us they would refund up to 90% of the cost on the 4th visit. Since then it has been back and forth trying to get paperwork done. We have spent almost 8 hrs on phone calls. I am convinced that they make it so hard that you will give up. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE.
