My account was previously with Shellenergy and this was migrated on 11/07/2024. I had an email from you asking me to register my account.l have been unable to do this even after an online chat with someone.

They charged me £75 for the engineer visit and he was not able to resolve my internet issue. After his visit my internet was still not working. after disbute they only refunded me £50. i will never recommend this broadband service because they charge you when they are not able to provide any solution or resolve your internet issue. Very disappointed with there services and will definately not renew my contract with them.

I was a shell broadband customer paying £32 31 a month. Talk talk are now my broad band provider without my permission upping my bill to£32 39. They are a complete rip off company so if you want to be ripped off beware.

For Months I've had problems with my landline. TalkTalk eventually sent out an engineer, who confirmed the problem wasn't my end. The then sent an OpenReach engineer who confirmed that, and did some work at the exchange. Next TALK TALK TRY TO CHARGE ME £75 FOR THE ENGINEER! It's a pity I can't give them no stars!

Don’t use - appalling customer service. It’s virtually impossible to speak to a human being, and when you do have an issue you will be passed through several teams on WhatsApp before they can help you. They actively refuse to facilitate a call when you finally do speak to someone on WhatsApp as they ‘can’t offer that service’ We placed an order and after nearly a month of waiting and chasing them, the order did not progress. It was also a nightmare to gain any updates as they did not provide an order number or account number, and when I asked for this they were ‘unable to provide it at this time due to security reasons’ (I’m the account holder?). When I finally managed to find someone who could cancel it for me this was done swiftly thankfully, though when I requested this be escalated to a formal complaint the response was that they had closed my complaint as the issue was now rectified - so I assume because I was no longer a customer and I’d cancelled having wasted a month waiting for them to deliver, there was no longer an issue with their service? Awful - use someone else.

On 3 June my land line went down.Despite suggesting to Talk Talk they should perhaps contact Open Reach in case it was a problem outside the house, they did not bother.It was obvious that nobody at TT had the faintest idea how to solve our problem.We were sent a micro filter! Eventually after a lot of toing and froing someone at TalkTalk with a bit more sense contacted Open Reach .Result a 20 yard trench dug in the pavement to correct two breaks in the cable.I had no land line for 28 days.

Terrible customer service and website. Payment wasn't taken out of bank so internet was cut off, tried numerous times to pay online but their website was timing out and it couldn't be refreshed. Phoned customer service who's phone lines are terrible and couldn't even take a phone number after repeating it 6 times and after they said they'd ring back they never did. Tried paying online and was finally successful, payment taken out of bank but still saying it was unpaid! Utter shambles.

They promised gift card to sign up but the sails man lie. I have been ripped off. sent email after email. you get an automated answer or nothing back at all. iv spent hours on the phone to complaints. they say we will sort it out for you or keep trying. But nothing happens As for connection, internet and phone were off this morning.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Spent three and a half hours on with them and was transferred 12 different times to their "EXPERTS" Horrendous. Lost the will to live DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!!!!

in am in brisbane au ,mother is in salford uk .has not been able to make calls since thursday in the mean time i have phoned once and used the chat service 2 times wasting hours and getting no where promises of a tech going round and the fact that as she is 86 living alone they will fix it .shocking service from a shocking company .

We have been trying to sort out billing issues for almost two years. Firstly being charged for Netflix even though we are unable to use it. Now we phoned to cancel the optional boosts to save money. We were told no problem and were told the new amount that would be charged, but low and behold the original amount was taken from my account. Have now contacted Watchdog and Ofcom to help us.

Took out a broadband deal that went live on the 3rd of the month. It’s only been 3 weeks and the internets stopped working 4 times. Had an engineer come fix the issue and 2 days later its stopped working again. Its not worked for more days than it has worked. Currently having to go a week without internet while i wait for an engineer and its disgraceful that im still expected to pay for the full month even though my internets worked for less days than when it doesnt work.

I called talk talk because, i had bad internet issues for devices as close as 4 meters from the router and i asked for a plan upgrade but apparent i am on the best plan, so as they cannot offer me the best service so i asked them to cancel my contract for which i have to pay 160£ cancellations fee for no mistake of mine, they tried to identify and fix the issue by asking me to buy a plug for 80£, again this has to be paid by me. then i ask if i can speak to the manager and the said yes and kept me waiting for 15 mins and then disconneted. this entire conversation went on for 2 hrs . that the amount of time i was there on the call with them with no solution till now

After being out through to about four people and waiting ages and having to keep explaining over and over again I have had to put the phone down...I was complaining of a crackling on the line and why had they took off my 1571 service plus they overcharged me ...fed up with them

Do not signup to these people. I would like to give ZERO stars but I cant as I cannot write a review. their service on faults is ridicules. 2 weeks ago reported phone line faulty with no dial tone, cannot make or receive calls called them to book engineer on the 14th June. after nearly hour and half the engineer was booked for the 20th. he came and checked the socket on wall and confirmed the fault is in the Exchange. 20 minutes later had email and text confirming that the fault was fixed. NO IT WAS NOT. Talked to them on line with JULIUS and after 1 hour and 25 minutes confirmed fault and booked engineer for today the 24th. Engineer MOHAMED phoned me this morning at about 9:30 and said he will fix the fault and call me back to confirm, he also said that as his number wasn't blocked I can call him. All good and well Received email and text at 1:43pm saying all fixed. I did NOT receive a call from Mohamed. THE LINE IS STILL NOT FIXED. Have tried to call Mohamed but he does not answer. left him a few messages. Meanwhile I have phoned Talk Talk and spoken to one of the managers there. DIENTRO who seems a very nice person and has promised me that he will call me back before 6pm. Wait and See
