If there was an option for zero star, would definitely rate that. The service at their branches is poor, I’ve been trying to do sim swap with no positive result for the past 2 weeks.

TELKOM LTE wifi not good at all have logged a problem with them on the 19 of October and still no help and eveytime I phone they just tell me a technician was appointed need to wait for them to contact me and still waiting

Switch me off over a weekend because of R300 owing (I did not even know it was owing!!!). Billing department is not open over the weekends. 2nd time. They make no courtesy call, no sms to advise you on the money owing etc... disgusting clientele

CUSTOMER SERVICE& BILLING DEPARTMEN This couple of days has been hectic for me.You know not evens once did telkom billing contact me and mind you people in the branch cannot assist you with billing issues. All that I can say, is that your services is poor - you show no interest towards the customer after I've been a very loyal customer for 6 years. BILLING DEPARTMENT MIND YOU DON'T DO UNTO OTHERS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DONE U TO YOU.

Telkom is one of the useless companies I had to deal with. They will make you pay extra for no damn good reason. I’ve been paying extra because they don’t debit and they make it my fault. I call them or go to their store but they don’t do anything about it. I regret taking this contract with you people. You are the biggest scammers I’ve dealt with. I’d never advise anyone to use your services🚮🚮

Telkom is a scam; you pay before time or not they will tell you that you are owing. I regret taking up another contract with them.

I have been with telkom for over 6years,I was very confident to rate them to other people but not after this month ,the ly debited my account on the 2th of August stopped my service ls on the 27th now I have to wait 14days for them to unblock them,I'm blocking all my 3lines with telkom and thank you to MTN I didn't have to struggle that much telkom is the worst service provider to go for please don't make the mistake I did...

They clearly don't understand or know how to close an account. We have tried twice. Since December 2022 now we have been handed over through their own incompetence. No wonder the rating is so low! I would be embarrassed to work there.

I had my contact phone canceled as I was not satisfied with the product within 7 days and I'm still being billed up until today.. I did contact telkom and confirmed my cancelation and I have a reference number to the cancelation... I'm utterly disgusted that I'm still being billed and it's causing me distress... Telkom is now responsible for theft on my part... They deducted monies not due to them and I will now go foward with a case

Absolutely useless and unhelpful. Its just problem after problem after ordering fibre on June 28th and now it is August 7th. My fibre is still not installed. I am so furious as this is my means for work. And i was told telkom is the 'best' The customer service team is useless and don't even give detailed replies. I asked the same question 3 times which they didn't answer

After the sale the frogfoot fibre installation and the unhelpful telephone router connection with unable to get a fibre service to the router. The process and service was shockingly unacceptable. Stay away from Telcom and frogfoot fibre Internet service. Should be no star, hope the service speed and connection is better now that completed the diabolical installation process.

Worse service I have ever gotten. Loyal customer of 8 years. Did our upgrades 12 July received incorrect devices on the 18th July did not sign for package and was returned to telkom. My currents Sims was disconnected then on 27 July contracts was canceled but still had to pay end July . 3rd August and still no help from telkom . 5 calls a day from 18 July to 3 August and they billing me and treating me like they don't care. Only feedback I get is when I call there mistake by sending me incorrect devices and canceling my contracts without my permission. I can try to apply for new contract and debit will go off as telkom are to busy and no managers available for 15 days

An erroneous over-payment was made in the beginning of April. I have applied numerous times to get a refund for MY money back that they do not have any right to keep. You get pushed around from person to person everyone saying that they can’t give you more information as it’s a different department. This is getting ridiculous, and honestly CRIMINAL! It is my money that I am owed and I refuse to let them keep it.

Just to clarify. My review is based on the interaction I had with a customer service agent named Sinovuyo. I called with a few queries I had on my account and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. It's not often you get this type of service excellence with Telkom therefore I want to commend this lady. Thank you for your exceptional service and I hope your senior management sees this and use you to upskill the rest of the customer service team. You definitely deserves acknowledgement and even better, reward/incentive for your work. I'm happy.

I actually pay for the data I don’t use. The first couple of months the data was working perfectly and now every month my data expires without even being spent because of poor network coverage. So disappointing

This is Khanyisile, I asked for international roaming to be activated on one of my numbers, before I left South Africa. I was told it was activated. When i got to Saudi Arabia, my sim card was not working, and I made a follow-up on that, I was told l can only get sms Roaming since I am on top up package. Why was I not told this before I left south Africa? This is poor service. What is more frustrating is the fact that I'm still unable to get messages even though I was told sms roaming is activated. Yet you guys don't forget to remind me everyday that my contract is due for renewal. This is soo unprofessional shame. This is the first time I experience a problem with telkom, but then it is the most hurting because this is the time I needed telkom support the most, to keep my accounts and my apps working. For 13 months I won't be able to use any app to fix my things back home. Worse part in the month of May 2023 I paid R827 on the 16th because I was not receiving salary since I resigned, but still on the 20th, same amount R827 was deducted on my account, making it a double payment. I sent an email asking for a refund but again I was told l must use the App that I'm unable to use,to rectify that. Even today I haven't got any help from you. I am very disappointed with your company. This will be my last time I will ever use telkom in my life. I will terminate all my accounts with Telkom. I never want anything to do with telkom again.
