“This is a scam company. I ordered 2 sandals according to the size chart. The website is a hot mess - two different size charts with 2 conflicting sets of information, one chart by the sandals, another in a different place. So, I talked to customer service to make sure the conversion to US sizes was correct, and ordered the size they said was correct. Both the sandals came too small to even wear. I cannot even give them away because even though they are supposed to be a 7, they are like a 6. I don't even know any teenagers who are a size 6. So in the trash they go. Last time I will order anything from this piece of garbage company.”

“I have ordered items several times from Temu and always had a good experience. This time (April 1st) I ordered 4 items: Boxing Gloves, Posture Corrector, Chair Cushions, Hiking Shoes. All 4 items showed delivery date of 5 Business Days. So based on that I placed the order. I need the Hiking Boots quickly (and didn't buy from local Big 5 Sporting Goods which was $1.75 more). After I placed the order got an email for OnTrac Shipping - stated Estimate Delivery: April 3rd by 9 p.m. Didn't happen. When I went onto Temu website said estimated delivery date of: April 25th thru May 20th. How is that 5 Business Days??? I will not be ordering from Temu again after this experience!”
“I ordered because of a promotion that promised a free item when purchasing certain products. However, when my order arrived, the free item was not included. Its a FAKE PROMOTION!! I feel deceived and so dissappointed and I want to warn others about such offers. Make sure you double-check the details before trusting similar promotions. “I have been a long time customer of Temu. Not had a problem with returns, refunds or issues with Customer Service. My issue is how they scam you with the Fishland/Farmland games. After you pick your items (that usually don't cost more than 30/40 dollars) you have to spend hundreds of dollars trying to get the "FREE" items you picked. Your choices of items are also only on the pages they decide. The less expensive items for them. It takes more money than what the items you picked are worth to "win" them. My advice, order and pay for what you picked if you really want them. It will save you so much money. Don't get caught up in trying to win items. Temu is smart. They tease you with free offers but charge you hundreds to get them. Just buy them outright. I too was caught up on the games until I realized what was happening. Don't do it.”
“I am tired of placing orders and almost every order I have items that I have paid for left out of the order, and their “customer service “ is a nightmare to deal with. I have never called them with an issue where I was on the phone for less than an hour and few disputes have ever been settled in a way that was fair to me, nor was there any compensation offered for all of the time that I was left on hold. They are getting ready to loose a long term customer who has made a lot of purchases with them just to receive long hold times, without a proper resolution. As a handicapped individual, I really feel that this company has taken great advantage of me on multiple occasions with correctly reimbursing me for my time or the items that were not sent with my order that I paid for!!!!”
“For a couple of years I kept getting their ads for free items. I decided to place my first order that included all these free items of my choice. Once I placed that order and paid for the one item I quickly discovered I am supposed to get only the item I paid for. I No surprise there but I do feel it is very deceptive advertising - not company I want to do business with. From other reviews I will watch my bank statement to make sure I am not charged again and again.”
“Temu has STOLEN from my account twice. The scam they run is if you VIEW a product and then put it in your SAVED items to later decide a future purchase.
