In store they did not have the bikini briefs to match the top. "Buy the top now and order briefs on line" we were advised.....so we did. E mail on the Sunday said " dispatched and will be in store Monday (the following day)..great! Monday : E mail says item dispatched and with courier. Monday: Text message says there has been a problem with delivery Tuesday; NOTHING - so called Customer services who told me that the delivery driver had waited at the store for 2 minutes but no-one was available to sign for delivery!! (must be 200 people in store). But I was promised it woud be there Wednesday. Wednesday: NOTHING - so called again and was told it would be deivered Thursday. Thursday: NOTHING - E mail from customer services after a complaint agreed the service was "farcical" !!!!! Thursday afternoon: Gave up all hope as no-one knew where the parcel was or when it would be delivered........SO CANCELLED. Joke of a service and would never ever use again.

Ordered a sofa which I not only waited five weeks for, due to the incompetence and appalling service of their courier (giving delivery slots of 3-6 and then arriving at 12.45 when I am at work despite being told when booking the delivery that I would not be in before the slot time and reassured that this would not be a problem!) and when it finally arrived without even so much as an apology, despite my measuring using the sizes provided on the website, then did not fit through my door so had to be returned! I have moved into a new home 5 weeks ago and still have nothing to sit on! Nothing but stress and poor communication from start to finish without even a product to console me at the end of it! I expect I will be waiting for weeks to a refund as well! Will never be ordering from Tesco Direct again.

You cannot describe Cadbury chocolate as chocolate. I can remember how it used to taste!

Found a condom in the curly Kale. After chasing the complaint for several weeks I was told the supplier report was that it wasn’t added during manufacturing process. Angered I asked to have dna tests to prove it wasn’t us and that it had indeed been added prior to purchase. I was told they would answer after the weekend but then they just destroyed the evidence so we could no longer prove our innocence. A shameful cover up by Tesco and their supplier and a shameful disregard for customers health and safety in food products. Disgusting.

The most of the products are damaged. Bananas old, tomatoes squashed and many other things that went wrong during my last visit. I have a feeling that ASDA pices are lower.

Never thought I'd see the day that tesco would no longer have my custom! To say I'm utterly disappointment and disgusted would be an understatement. A tesco delivery driver attended my address before my booked time slot and because I was not at home he was rude to me on the phone, barking at me to "hurry up!". When I got home he threw the boxes down at my door, before I started unloading them, I simply stated that he should not speak to a customer in that manner. To that he responded by taking back my groceries throwing them back in his van and driving off but not before coming back on my doorstep to tell me I am wrong and what am I going to do about it. After immediately making a complaint with Tesco customer service, they dealt with the situation by invalidating a £5 gift voucher they previously offered me, cancelling my groceries order completely without notifying me when they initially said they would reattempt delivery that day and making no contact with me even though 5 different agents kept telling me a manager would be in touch. I never received my groceries and was told to rebook for another day and pay again! Only after a week and emailing the CEO's office was I offered an apology and a £15 e-voucher. Sadly in this case, from the evil little sorry excuse of a delivery man with a bruised ego to the customer service team to the management, Tesco's motto was VERY LITTLE HELPS!

Bought a Tablet for an elderly customer from Tesco Direct partner 'Time2 Technology'. It was faulty in manufacture (SD card was stuck inside case), and was previously used (had unknown Auto-fill data coming up, and also had a Browser Redirect Virus and Porno Pop-ups!!). Both Time2 and Tesco agreed it was faulty. Returns took 2 months to achieve and I was 'forced' to pay more for an unwanted 'upgrade' that wasn't really an upgrade! Eventually I managed a full refund, but after all the time spent on calls, emails, visits to Tesco, the Post Office etc, and driving over to my customer to try to rectify things and passify her over it all, Tesco dismissed my claim for small amount of compensation!

A recent visit to the Tesco Cafe at Salisbury 2 Extra on 9 April at 10.30 very disappointing. Eight units for cakes etc. only three had stock - one had a Madeira type cake slices, another one scone and the other four croissants which did not appear fresh of the day - I purchased one! The young man serving seemed totally disinterested in his job, tables were uncleared from used crockery (the store or cafe was not busy). Finally having counted four members of staff in that area the young lady in the kitchen area could be seen through the window area of the kitchen flat handed wiping across the nostrils of her nose! Value for money - No, well managed - No, would I visit again - probably not.

Placed an order, delivery scheduled for particular day 12hour window. But didn't receive delivery or any update on it. When I called to find out, no reason for not delivering and informed will be rescheduled another 12 hour window. When requested for a specific time or shorter window, refused. Also drivers decide on the day according to their wish. Customer service is very robotic. Attitude was like take it or leave it including manager.

I had a delivery and items were out of date by 4 days. I spoke to a man called Chris who was very helpful and tried to resolve the problem but I got a call from manger of store it came from who practically called me a liar was so aggressive in his response to what I was saying ; because of this situation I will no longer order my food from Tesco seems to me the mangers don’t value the customers I phoned to make them aware this had happened and stated I have been a loyal customer for 40 years but this has now shown me it not good to be loyal bye bye tesco many more stores that treat customers better your loss !,,,

Four promised of delivery: not one adhered to. Tesco don't seem to realise that using inferior couriers reflects very badly on them. They apologise and apologise but no wine shows up. I clearly will not be buying wine from Tesco again and nor should anyone else until they have sorted themselves out.
