“Great communication and order status. Chilis arrived on time and in good shape. Box corner was crushed, but didn't affect the treasure inside. 95+% in excellent shape. None discarded. Busy roasting peppers now! I will definitely order next year. I love the fact it's a generational family business.”

“First I LOVE HATCH CHILES!! I ordered X-HOT because my husband is from Mexico and likes very hot salsas and sauces. My Daughter lives in Alamogordo, NM and it's hard to bring chiles back to NC (where we currently live). They arrived on time and were very easy to track so they wouldn't just sit on my doorstep. However, out of the 10LBS I ordered, about 70 of the chiles appeared to be not ready to pick. They were really soft and a different color from the others, and some were cut or broken. I'm aware its not easy shipping produce and that I shouldn't expect perfect but I paid $45 for 10LBS and got a right good amount that can't be used.”

“I was worried because it took 9 business days to ship and I had a chile cook-off 4 days later, but the box arrived 2 days later. So it can take awhile to ship. But the chiles showed up absolutely perfect. Looking forward to ordering more next year.”

“The chili’s are amazing! We didn’t have one chili that was bad upon arrival! The only problem we had was that we did not receive an email with our tracking number so I was not sure on when they were going to arrive. Other than that, amazing! Thank we, we will be ordering again and have recommended you to friends and family.”

“The chili's were spot on for medium heat, however I do not agree that I got "Big Jim's," most of the chilies were on the small size. I think there were maybe 5 in a 10 lb box, I can live with that since I have a difficult time getting medium Hatch in Las Vegas. My biggest issue was the shipping. I feel I was led to pay for something that didn't exist. The 2 day shipping wasn't. Had I known it would take 9 days from date of order (7 business days) I may have considered different options. I realize I ordered late in the season but I kind of felt like I was an afterthought. Great tasting chilies, it kind of ends there.”

“The chilies arrived in good condition but I paid for two day shipping which was not inexpensive. The chilies arrived three days after they were shipped. Not exactly what I paid for and the chilies were turning red by the following day. I would order again because of the convenience. Would check on how long regular shipping would take. Thank you for the chilies.”

“Chile’s were fresh as promised. There were a couple individual chiles that were ripped from the plant that were damaged upon arrival. Overall the process of ordering was quick and easy, order arrived in a timely manner.”
