“My initial order arrived with quite a few issues. After posting my concerns a rep from The Chili Store contacted me via email. After further explaining my concerns they were kind enough to send another batch that arrived as promised and in better condition. I applaud the follow up and will order again only this time I won’t wait till the bed of the season to be sure I get heat I wanted. Thanks for Effort to make it right!”

“Shipping was successful. But some peppers were crushed and mushy. The box was in great shape so the bad peppers were packed with the good peppers. I used to live and work in N M years ago and being only minutes from Hatch area roasted in the fields peppers were always stocked up. These peppers ( most of them ) were first quality and I will be buying more next season. You might want to check the person who packs the boxes and retrain him. Hatch quality should always be maintained . RAY b.”

“Chile arrived when promised and only one chile was soft. House still smells great from roasted green chile. Chile is very tasty and med/hot has a nice "kick" without burning my scalp. A little pricy though.”

“Wish I would have ordered earlier in the season. All peppers were getting yellowish red. They did make a wonderful Southwest BBQ Sauce!”

“Hatch Chile's are the best Chile peppers I've ever had. It took them five days to get them packed and delivered even after I paid for two-day shipping. Many of the peppers had turned red. Other than that, we enjoyed them immensely. I suggest you make the trek to your local SW grocery store to pick them up and freeze them yourself, while they're in season.”

“The fresh red chile arrived in good shape. We've been processing them this afternoon and the color and taste are really good. I would have given five stars except that I had pre-ordered them after last year's harvest and they had difficulty finding my order. It took a few phone calls to get it straightened out. That being said, we will be ordering again next year because the product is so good.”

“Was so good to eat that great tasting chili that has a taste all it’s own, like no other! I was disappointed that the medium hot was mild tasting! Next time I will order the hot!! I want some bite to it ! I will be ordering again!”

“Great communication and order status. Chilis arrived on time and in good shape. Box corner was crushed, but didn't affect the treasure inside. 95+% in excellent shape. None discarded. Busy roasting peppers now! I will definitely order next year. I love the fact it's a generational family business.”
