“Great ordering experience. The seasoning I ordered has a great flavor except it is extremely salty!”

“The peppers are great except I think they were mismarked mild for medium and medium for mild, but that makes it interesting. the second shipment the box got a little crushed but I didn't lose more than 3-5 peppers.”

“I ordered the original chili relleno’s back in May and they were fabulous so I re-ordered again expecting the same thing, Unfortunately the second batch was nowhere near the first batch there was hardly any cheese in 3/4 of them they were all supposed to be mild one came in that was triple X hot so I don’t understand what’s going on I wish you guys would do something about your quality control so this doesn’t happen to anybody else thank you”

“The chili's arrival with some starting to wrinkle, but they were good. I expected to arrive overnight but it took 3 days from the shipment date, and I paid for overnight shipping...”

“I ordered my chiles a bit late in the season so about 1/4 of the chiles were red, I would have preferred all green. The order arrived 1 day early, unfortunately there was a cluster of about 10 chiles that were moldy. I cleaned out the moldy chiles, roasted the rest and we now have a about 4 gallons of green chile pork stew in the freezer.”

“The delivery came as ordered. Roasted as soon as I receive them. One was bad and couple others damage on tip just cut off. I haven’t yet tasted them since I froze them immediately after toasting. Delivery man said he could smell the Chile’s. I was a little disappointed expected them a little bigger. I used to buy NM chile when a big rig came into town and I would preorder. Just was a large order and it is just me now. But I do like the fact that I can order and have it shipped to my address. Thank you, I am set for the year until next August.”

“Products are very tasty. My sauces have too much skin due to ineffective peeling. The shipping/tracking is misleading. I received notifications well before shipping. An overnight option would be nice. Lower cost for roasted/peeled chiles would be amazing.”

“The chiles were wonderful...my only reservation was the shipping via Fed Ex...they did not arrive overnight as per the package. Took 2 days, and they must have been kept in a warm environment...a couple of the chiles were starting to spoil! I was able to cut off the tip end that was spoiling and save the chiles. Roasted them and froze them! I'd perhaps consider another shipper! Per the tracking, they went from Las Cruces to Memphis, then to Boise! Seems odd.”
