“I ordered Big Jims and they were beautiful. A couple bruises and a few small chiles lowered your score to Good but the taste was pure Hatch New Mexico.”

“Hi. I received my 10 lbs of peppers. They have a great taste and flavor to them. I did have to cut 10 peppers that had bad spots. Getting a little mushy but overall great. They are roasted and frozen. Thanks”

“Order for peeled frozen chili’s was ok just part thawed when received but still cold now waiting for order of fresh 1904’s to get here went from Nevada warehouse to Memphis to Mississippi then to Texas on to logan nm”

Hi Pam, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you did select 2-Day Air when checking out. We guarantee all Fresh chile orders which are shipped using 2-Day Air. I took a look at your order and it was delayed in transit as it should have arrived on 7/30. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage? Please send us photos of the spoiled chile that you received. As soon as we get those photos we will schedule a reshipment! In the future please reach out to our customer service team at support@hatch-green-chile.com if you receive a product that has spoiled in transit. “Everything went fine except I had a ten dollar discount ($10 or 10% I don't remember) from a friend referral that I couldn't get to post on my order. I got frustrated and just sent my order anyway. It would be nice if that feature worked better on your website. I felt a bit taken advantage of. The salsa I purchased is very good.”

“Product is excellent! You lost one star because my rellenos came thawed out, the dry ice was completely gone. My tamales arrived frozen with dry ice still intact. The rellenos were still cold so I refroze them (except for the 3 I ate right away). I loved them! I’ll be ordering more and will also try your green chili sauce.”

“I was disappointed to see the warning on the label that this product is “not ready to eat” as I was planning to use it to sprinkle on eggs, vegetables, etc at the table. I will still use it to cook with but not what I had in mind...”

Hi Sandy! All of our chile powder is made from sun-dried Hatch Chile. Since the chile is never cooked during this process the FDA requires us to place a warning on the chile powder. Our staff puts in everything from corn to guacamole to chip dip.
