“I would like to see better shipping rates. With a lot of things online theses rates seem a bit on the Hi side. The Chiles are great and get them every year. Maybe you could give a shipping rate for larger orders.”

“Was slight delay with chili rellenos but when the order was found they were expedited overnight and arrived in good shape except for one bag was ripped open. Out of four dozen ordered, One bag had 12, one bag 13, and two bags had only 11 so I am short one chili. The salsas arrived standard USPS delivery. Everything taste great I will remind them of the short pepper next order”

“Honestly I do not like the way you handle gifts. I much prefer having the email come directly from you. I’m still not sure I forwarded the correct email to my son for his birthday. Guess I’ll find out out one of these days”

When you order a gift card we send the email containing the code directly to you. When you open the email a little photo that looks like a gift card should appear along with a 16 digit code. “Everything came just fine and in a reasonable amount of time. One problem was I had ordered 10# of peeled and 10# chopped. I received 20# peeled. One of the 10# boxes of peeled had an invoice for John Swaim in Grandbury, TX. I emailed to make you aware of the issue. I was told they would ship my chopped which I said I am fine with all peeled. I do feel you should reach out to John Swaim about his order. I will be ordering again as I normally always make an order at least once a year.”

“I would prefer you use UPS because they drop it right at the door. I'm disabled and the chili sauce sat in the mailbox for 2 days. I have the type of mail box that is down the street. If I'm paying shipping it should come to the door.”
