“The chiles were wonderful...my only reservation was the shipping via Fed Ex...they did not arrive overnight as per the package. Took 2 days, and they must have been kept in a warm environment...a couple of the chiles were starting to spoil! I was able to cut off the tip end that was spoiling and save the chiles. Roasted them and froze them! I'd perhaps consider another shipper! Per the tracking, they went from Las Cruces to Memphis, then to Boise! Seems odd.”

“I ordered 4, 11 oz greenchile powder and I noticed one of the bottles was extremely lighter. I figured Chile is never the same color. So i usedit to see if there was a difference in taste between the dark and the light. The light colored green was bland and not hot. I ordered all my powder on hot. Other then that the other powders are very good. Also The prices are a lot higher then what I usually pay from el Rey farms. I thought I would just try something different this year due to covid and not wanting to personally have Togo pick it up.”

“Chilis were fresh as promised. Not what I would call a medium heat, more bland than described, but still good. It took forever to get them, but that could be because the 2020 season was in the pandemic. I'll probably order again next year.”

“For the record I love Hatch Chilies. I was introduced to them 20 years ago and seldom seek any other chilies. The problem I had is I didn't understand that if I wanted the "BIG" Big Jims I needed to wait for the season to begin rather than pre-order them. I received 25lbs of small to regular size chilies. Like I said I love the chilies and they certainly didn't go to waste. Last year I ordered too late in the season (apparently) and received the same small to regular size chilies. So I'm confused as to exactly when to order to get the "BIG" Big Jims. Had it not been for that, I would have rated my purchase as 5 stars. I did contact and received a reply from customer service and their suggestion was to order later in the season!? I've pre-ordered and ordered later (in September) and have yet to actually see the elusive "BIG" Big Jims. Quite honestly I can get much larger chilies by buying the local Anaheim Chilies but they don't have the flavor.”

“The box of Joe Parkers we got this year were very inconsistent. The top layers were beautiful...but the bottom half were small and thin...with no meat on them...I will continue to get them.. but I was disappointed...”

“Hello. The chili came so clean and no spoilage! We roasted, bagged, & froze most of it. A little disappointed that It wasn’t as hot as you said it would be, but the taste was great! I don’t recommend anything to anyone …”

“Great chili arrived still fresh I live in North Carolina! I roast and freeze my 25lbs box and enjoy chili verde all winter long. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend this company!”
